Cons: There were several announcements to download the Air Canada app in order to access in flight entertainment. They must have been 5-6 announcements about this. WiFi access was to start after take off in order to use the app. but was never available.

Cons: The waiting The late flight. Sat in TO Pierson for 3 hrs just to get this connection. That was after a 14 hr international flight.

Pros: Fast friendly service. Aircraft was clean and in great condition.

Cons: Delays. The system seems like it was set up where they know without a doubt every flight will be delayed. Also we almost crashed on landing.

Cons: Crew skipped our isle for drinks, couldn’t be bothered to come back. Didn’t respond to call lights. Flight was overcrowded, poor guy behind me couldn’t even fit in his seat, had to keep his legs in the aisle and fold them in ever time someone went by.

Pros: Space on airplanes are getting smaller and smaller , not more comfortable.

Cons: Entertainment system did not work, frustrating.

Pros: I lost my phone in the taxi and Javier offered his cellphone and spoke to the taxi driver to get it returned to me (I didn’t speak Spanish) before my flight.

Cons: Flight was delayed. On board, the seats were too small as per usual with Air Canada’s seating configuration. They tend to pack the cabin with as many passengers with little room.

Cons: I wasn’t notified that the basic fare didn’t include carry-on baggage. It was disappointing having to pay for checked baggage without notification.

Pros: Nothing much to write home about, but I didn't worry about anything in particular during my 4hr flight from Edmonton to Toronto.

Cons: The crew were not too courteous, but I've come to expect a little bit of cheery happiness from them after flying porter. Not sure I'd complain about this, though. The food was the highlight. The only vegetarian option was mac-n-cheese, and it was horrid. I didn't even try finishing it.

Cons: The flight itself was good. The ground crew forgot about us in Toronto, adding extra time to an already delayed flight.

Pros: All the staff were very helpful, even having boarding passes ready for us for our Vancouver connection to Portland.

Cons: I'm 6' 7", so for me, economy-class seats are usually the closest I come to being tortured. The food was just OK - not what I normally eat but I'm sure it's fine for others.

Cons: A lot of turbulence on the flight.

Pros: The stewardess accidentally spilled a little water on me but she was so nice about it and apologetic that she paid for my drink. Good people skills in bad situations make a huge difference.

Cons: Plane was an hour late. Boarding among the worst EVER ANYWHERE.

This is half of what I paid for the ticket originally, completely unacceptable. I will never buy again on Kayak's website if I get sneaky, last minute fees like this.
