Pros: "First time flying on Qatar and must say that the crew was excellent. One of the best crews I have ever flown in the last 22 years of New York - India sector. Special mention for HAIFA my hostess for flight QR702 on April 12th. She was the best hostess I have ever had!"
Cons: "The food wasn’t bad but since I flew Etihad in July 2017 from New York to Abu Dhabi to Mumbai and back my memories were fresh and Egihad’s food was definitely a notch higher."

Cons: "Biggest problem was late arrival, missing connection. Lateness caused by them at first, then a departing passenger caused further delay. But they were late to begin with. Next problem was their REFUSAL to give me an aisle seat. I reserved an aisle seat originally, aisle seats were available when I tried to change, but agent REFUSED to accommodate me with either aisle or window. Sat in middle with huge guy next to me. Very uncomfortable. Food was mediocre on this leg. Oh, and late departing AGAIN. Will seriously look for other options on next trip."

Cons: "They did not honor my seat reservation they moved me from row 21 to the last row without any good explanation what is the freaking use of buying a tickiet early and reserving ur seat early when they move u anyway"

Cons: "Emirates didn't allow me to get onto the plane with my 7 lb carry on because of weight issues in the plane. After bargaining few minutes, they were not convinced and only let me get onto the plane with my backpack."

Cons: "I bought a return from Emirates with the returning flight from Australia to London as a code share with Qantas. Qantas does not honour the e-ticekts from Emirates and will NOT allow you to preselect seats online. You have to hope for a good seat at airport checkin. Too bad, as I would have been prepared to pay extra for a seat upgrade."
Cons: "My flight was canceled. The airline couldn’t help me because I purchased my ticket through a 3rd party/ aka kayak. I filed a dispute with my bank for the purchase of a $3500 airfare that was required to accompany the $7000 trip I purchased, for the trip of a lifetime to see Egypt and Jordan. This ARRANGANT responded that they were going to take me to claims court. I purchased a flight to Cairo, There were no flights out of Heathrow. That was my connecting flight. Who is responsible ?? kayak, you need to be better than this."

Pros: "This was the second leg of flight from Gatwick, short stay at St Lucia, only a short flight, didn't leave the plane there so boarding and food comments don't really apply to this flight. Crew changed over here - new crew as good as first leg, excellent, never had problems with this on BA."
Cons: "Entertainment poor, limited choice and mediocre screens. Is the Boeing 777 fleet due a refurb? If so, don't spoil the seats and legroom, but do update the in-flight entertainment system!"

Cons: "One of the worst experience I’ve had, if not the worst. Lack of communication between flight attendants at gate was the main reason for missing our flight, after 2 delays from the previous flight. When we got to the gate they closed it at that moment, earlier than it should have. A Mr. Fenney, person in charge at the gate, didn’t help much. Just went through the motion and as slow as possible trying to help us. It seemed he just wanted to pretend he was helping us. Worse was his attitude when telling is the gate has already closed, didn’t do anything to help us, nothing at all. We had to literally get information out of him. We then went to customer service were the same thing happened, a lack of care that we missed our flight due to things out of our control. Even to the point where the agent told us “be sure to be there on time this time”, like if it was our fault we missed it (we told her the details of our situation). Till this point they don’t seem to care. They left about 15 people, that i know of, hanging. If they had better comunication between gates and waited a miserably 5 more minutes (although they closed the gate earlier then they should have) everyone would have made it. Throughout the whole process we noticed that american airlines employees did not care that many on that first flight had connection flights. They were just going through the motion, slowly while all of us were a bit desperate knowing that the layover time was going to be very close."
Pros: "Premium Economy seating is very comfortable and the cabin service was excellent."
Cons: "Despite the long layover, they managed to misplace one or bags at Heathrow."
Pros: "Nice staff, very accommodating to the fact that we were late and missing connections. The ground staff in baltimore were communicative and really nice about the delay. The ground staff in london were super on top of it, handing us a new boarding pass as soon as we landed given that we missed our connection."
Cons: "The back of the plane is just SO cramped. Seems humane to take out a seat in that back section. The food was pretty dry. Would have appreciated a bit more explanation of options. I didn't watch any movies - just tried to sleep. We took off three hours late. It's surprising to me that none of the BA staff spoke italian. Would have been helpful for the missed connections as I ended up stumbling through some spanish to help an older italian couple who didn't speak any english. it was surprising how little translation there was!"

Cons: "My baggage couldn't be checked straight through to the states. Had to pick up bags, go through security again, which limited time spent in the airport to enjoy duty free shopping etc. Baggage allowances were different between British Airways and Virgin Atlantic, which necessitated checking out carry on bags. The gate agent was accommodating and checked them at no charge, but that could have been an expensive proposition if she wasn't perceptive. All food and drinks on this flight are for purchase vs. complimentary"
The cabin was uncomfortably warm the entire flight. Being scolded as a group, that we the passengers are delaying boarding because of our luggage is ridiculous. Stop charging people to check their luggage and the problem goes away.
Only drink served. Miss the little snacks offered with drink free. A shame snack bag is not offered free any longer 😔
The 4 legs of our roundtrip were the smoothest, most comfortable flights that I can recall. I really felt very good the entire time on each leg, and all parts.

The flight was fully booked. on the plane, the coffee and hot water systems were not working, so no coffee or tea. Many food items were also not available. Perason Airport is dated, dirty and luggage took over an hour to be off loaded. Ridiculous!
Pros: "Food and beverage service was great, especially the the wine/beer and hot meals on the long flight."
Cons: "Not enough leg room etc. for the long flight. Cushions and blanket were nice."
Cons: "Air Canada is by far the worst airline ever! Lost our connection flight and arrived super late after being relocated in another flight."

Cons: "The crew did the best they could but the plane had two equipment malfunctions resulting in a 1.5 hr delay. After the first one resolved, we were inches away from takeoff when the captain came on to tell us something went wrong and we would need to be towed back to the terminal. After waiting for the ground crew to come rescue us, we started pushing backwards but then forwards again. Captain came on and said the problem was fixed. Once we landed at Toronto Pearson from Mexico City, there were no available gates. The movies see election available through streaming on Air Canada Rouge had fewer movies and shows than the tablet you could rent from the airline."
Pros: "We landed early, had a smooth flight, and the overall experience was excellent."
Cons: "I still feel as though it’s a bit of a rip off to spend $800 per person on a 4 hour plus flight and not even get a free snack... Also, the headphone sockets in both directions were woeful, and required a lot of movement to get sound clarity."
Pros: "My wife had injured her knee before our trip and was having difficulty walking. Air Canada provided wheelchair assistance every part of our airport transfers between Atlanta and Japan. Thanks so much !"
