My mom so happy to chose Kayak web . We did refer our friends and family use this web. Thanks

Pros: "Boarding for Any KA flight is excellent. They actually tell the crowders to sit down, which makes it easier to figure out if you're supposed to be in line or not."
Cons: "This flight was a Delta flight, with Delta crew on a Delta plane. Delta is great for domestic, but this crew was definitely not a Korean Air crew. The result is a lower quality of service, with more than half of the flight attendants not being nearly as cordial as they should have been."
Pros: "Excellent service and probably the most efficient boarding process I’ve ever been a part of. Food service went by without a hitch, and the stewardesses knew English very well so we felt comfortable and welcomed. I also really liked being able to get terminal/travel information from the infotainment system. Being that I’ve never been to ICN or NRT before, having access to terminal maps and basic instructions on how to find connecting flights and baggage claim areas was probably one of the most helpful features of the flight!"
Cons: "I am 5’11” and found my seat somewhat uncomfortable. It didn’t detract from being able to sleep at all, but it did seem like the seats on this airline might be at its most comfortable with shorter passengers."
Pros: "what I don't like .? let me tell you. I den't even know I have to go to. Alaska I Though i have to transfer delta air I have to transfer my lugege. I I'm 72 yet old it' not very easy I diden't want miss my fly I had heard time !"
Pros: "From boarding to meal to disembarking, Korean Air does it right. They are attentive to your needs and provide excellent customer service."
Cons: "On this particular flight, a nice glass of white wine would have been nice but they had beer instead. I survived. Additionally, an upgrade on their earphones would be nice. Their sound quality is not the best."
Pros: "How often i was fed"
Cons: "I wanted to upgrade and they said no even rhough it wasnt full"
Pros: "I very much enjoyed the flight. The crew went out of their to make you feel comfortable. The food was delicious and more than enough to make you full. I was very impressed with the room between seats. I will definitely fly with this airlines again"
Pros: "The general service was amazing. The flights were all super clean, well stocked (they still provided headphones, pillows, and blankets) and nice newer planes. The crew was great as well, their English was pretty good and I never had any issues."
Cons: "My original seat assignments were not found so I lost my window seat on one flight."
Pros: "Friendly staff, good food, comfortable length seats. Deplanijng and boarding was fast."

This was only a short flight, but it had a full hot in-flight meal service. I was very impressed by the skills of the flight attendants in getting the meals out and collecting the trays back without any problems, in double quick time. The meal I had was also very tasty.

Pros: "The crew was friendly and professional, the food was pretty good for airplane food, and the movie selection was very good."
Pros: "Comfortable"
Cons: "Need more comfortable headsets or ability to use personal earphones."
Pros: "Crew was amazing. Plane was incredibly clean, including bathrooms. Pilots flew smoothly."
Cons: "Need a few more movies and music. Breakfast options could be better."
Pros: "The crew is better than many, but not as “all smiles” as I remembered"
Cons: "More Asian hospitality, 3/3/3 seating instead of 3/4/3 seating in economy"
Pros: "Crew was super nice . Food from Chicago to Taipei was not good but from Taipei to Osaka delicious. Not enough room for man like me 6'2" in Boeing 777 better in 787 ."
Cons: "Look above"
Pros: "Superb flight all around. Excellent seat, entertainment, food and crew. Cute Hello Kitty/Sanrio items too."
Cons: "Rather long delay in turning off the seatbelt sign after takeoff, despite smooth flying."
Pros: "They helped me with assigning me to a roomy seat. I am 6' 4". Although I did not think to order a vegetarian option ahead of time they had extras. I would encourage all flights to stock a few extra for people like me who go through booking processes where it is not clear."
Pros: "1. Kind and accommodating flight attendants 2. The provided earbuds/earphones are great since they provide a bit of noise cancelling or at least block out extra noise"
Cons: "Comfort, I Need to get to where I can fly first class"

My business class experience with Qatar is beyond excellent especially the crew as Jaly Liansangzuali. Rumana Khan go an extra mile to make the flight the most enjoyable one. They are friendly, kind, attentive. When I was nauseated the took care and checked me a few times how I was feeling and concerned. So fly Qatar and you will never be disappointed.

Cons: "The crew at check in was really inconsiderate and has given us false information! Despite of what documents were required and submitted I was not allowed to board the plane."
Pros: "The crew provide good service but personally i did not like the food that could be lot better."
Cons: "The lounge, they use the club lounge in Boston which was so so. Could we have use the one world BA lounge instead?"
Cons: "Great selection of movies and the food was really good as well."
Pros: "Efficient, and courteous, seats too were comfy, neat amd clean"
Pros: "The Service is always great, entertainment system is great and the food is even good."
Cons: "I liked everything!"
Pros: "Movies and onboard games were good. So was the food. Crew took good care of us and the toilets were clean"
Cons: "We couldn't lower the seats backwards. It was horror for eight hours. And one little tv didn't work but they gave my wife a diferent, better seat because of that. We had a long layover, 12 hours, and they said we didn't have rights for anything. So we went to the city on our one because we didn't want to go on organized tour that we need to pay extra money"
Pros: "I liked that the flight was not full and I was able to use the entire row of seats and lie down as straight as possible to get some sleep. The crew was very friendly and allowed us to sleep most of the flight --- I guess they figured that most of the travelers prefer to just sleep and not be disturbed during a 15-hour flight. There was a good selection of movies and shows to watch to pass the time. I liked that there was time to go on the city tour of Doha and that there is a counter at the airport for the city tour."
Cons: "My flight started in Kathmandu and the layover for the connecting flight from Doha to LAX was 12 hours. I hope Qatar can come up with a schedule that will reduce the layover down to less hours while still giving passengers time to go on the city tour, if they want to."
Pros: "Everything really. They run the airline very smoothly and professionally from boarding to disembarking."
Cons: "They tempt you with so much food lol although some of the food wasnt too appealing.toilets very clean and seemed to stay that way throughout long 17hr flight.good leg room for a long legged guy like me.felt sorry for lady with two young children. She could have been allocated better seats."

Not much space. Was delay, once we boarded. No entertainement.

It was my great experience with you, I enjoyed my flight every moment. I really appreciate your everything you r doing. Thanks for everything

We were loaded onto a bus from the gate, that remained stationary for at least 20 min. While the doors remained open, it was still warm and very close quarters! There was no announcement as to the cause of delay.

A lot of CAT. Anything you can do about that?

Flight as delayed 5 hours, we missed our connection and had to cancel our whole trip. Plus we spent $300 for a room at the airport the night before and that was a waste of money. Air Canada retrieved that plane from mothballs and it needed extensive maintenance. This is our last thought of flying with this carrier

Easy boarding and very practical. The WiFi and outdated entertainment system could have been better.

Ground crew (AC8596, Jul,8,23) on check in kindly gave me a basic seat in accordance to my status (obesity over 300) but Sophia at gate 88 changed my seat from 17D to 19A without my consent and before even see me. This change put me in an emergency exit seat with fixed handles that I hardly fit and couldn’t completely sit, also put other passengers at risk due to I couldn’t move in emergency case. I asked attendant too to move me somewhere else but she didn’t. After 2 hours of suffering both sides of my body are were numbed and bruised. I will make an official grieving.

One flight was cancelled and air Canada rebooked new flight immediately for me. Checkin was awful at Detroit metro airport. No clear signage, I was directed to wrong line and found out after 15 minutes of waiting. Air Canada line was extremely long with limited checkin counters moving very slowly.

Flight was delayed Aircraft was old and compartments were extremely small

Pros: "Nice new aircraft. Very pleasant seating. Great entertainment"
Cons: "New aircraft was late arriving from toronto as usual and the toilet was busted meaning 25 people had to be shed from the flight to allow it to leave and we were then delayed and hour as baggage was transferred to another aircraft. Not AC's best performance."

Food could have been a lot better! Earphones worked only on one channel/earpod!

Amazing crew and their courteous services made this flight very comfortable for me. Food and seats were good too . Only down is - entertainment system was broken and selection was not good at all.

Crew, the entertainment system and seats were in non functional

None of the entertainment was working. Breakfast was almost inedible. Lunch/dinner was ok. Bathrooms were fine. Staff was helpful.

Cons: "Air India needs to be competitive and offer better services that is on par with other international airlines."
Cons: "A more approachable crew. The outlets did work for the USB connections."
Pros: "I did not like anything about the flight. I will never pick air India again!!!"
Cons: "The people working at the counter were very rude. The plane kept delaying. My flight got delayed til 530pm and I got the notification at 618pm. The plane was suppose to take off at 230pm and didn’t take off til 834pm. I missed my connecting flight. There was no accommodation for the people flying."
Cons: "Uncomfortable seats. No option to get out at Mumbai. Food as if stored for 48 hours."
Cons: "The 777 Dreamliner did not have functioning window shades. Airline check-in counter staff were trainees and did not understand Visa requirements to and out of India. The check-in counter was open to passengers that had lined up but not manned. . It made the check-in process slow and tedious."
Pros: "On time flight and polite crews."
Cons: "Not enough blanket for passenger , but the cabin crew has increased the cabin temperature to make up for that. They should prepare enough however. no entertainment whatsoever for the 6hr flight.Didnt like the food."
