They texted me my gate number and then they texted me again it’s now boarding but in different gate, and the gate was so far from the gate they texted me earlier. I have to run just to get to my flight. They always do that.

The crew and my luggage was still pretty good after a long flight. They take good care of the luggage.

Food tasted pretty good. Boarding was very smooth and efficient, compared to all other airlines I’ve been on. I have flown EVA, Cathay, Asiana, British Airways, and many USA brands. Cabin attendants were also efficient and professional.

The flight crews were extremely professional helpful and courteous. Departure and arrival times were accurate. No delay. Thanks

Not very comfortable seated in the back plane due to turbulence

I enjoyed flying on Korean Air. The service was great and the food was yummy. They served white fish.

Ford not that great the seat not to big for leg room like other airline

On time and flight crew are always so happy to help and always smiling unlike other airlines.

Crew was ok, but some passengers were a bit rude. Again, all outlets were not working, only the really slow charging usb plug on the entertainment system. Entertainment system was also bugged, some features just crash, the touch screen wasn't working and when trying to watch a movie the onscreen display kept flashing off and on making it very difficult to watch.

New plane. Perfect gluten free meal Very flawless procedures from check-in to the landing. Taking off on time and landing even earlier and the luggages are already there after shortest arrival report.

I wish the app was more user friendly. I wanted to upgrade my seats, but could not from the app. The gate agent said you can only upgrade from the website.

Overall great experience. All four members of my family were seated together without paying extra to reserve seats. Everything was on time. Food was great and healthy. Media entertainment was good. Rock music could be added as a listening choice. No issue with baggages. Flight attendants were friendly and helpful. I would recommend EVA to friends and family.

The crew was very helpful. Food was prepared with great care and tasted wonderful. Movie selection was a bit limited. The bedding on the seat is a little too thin for sleeping.

• Crew obviously hate their job • We were placed in the very back of the airplane even though we checked in 4+hrs before our flight • We were given food but since we were in the back of the plane, we were rushed to throw it away. • This was the most unorganized boarding experience. They just called “Group 1” to board and after that, it was chaos. Everyone was confused and they only spoke in Chinese.

The food was good, but we are not able to use earphones to watch a movie.

Their announcement was not quite clear in Chinese. The rest is pretty good.

The flight was ok. The person who brings tea and coffee totally forgot about us or just walked past at both meals. And special attention is given if you are Taiwanese

Everything was excellent service was good.Only one problem my trip san francisco to tapie was good but the Taipe to HongKong we change gate 3times a lot of walking n everyone has to rush around from gate to gate.By the time to board our flight i felt soo sick from running from one gate to another.That was the only problem i face

Pleasant crew. Very long flight, a bit uncomfortable at times being seated, but not too bad.

The food was the only thing that could have made the experience even better. Everything was stellar but the food. The staff was superb. I’ve been flying with ANA for years as my go-to and I think I may have found my new favorite. 😍

Short lay over. Seat assignment was terrible. Was traveling as a family and end up being seated separately. Will not use underpricer ever again.

Not many selections for entertainment. Bulk head seats are no longer available with out fee at the counter. That’s pretty lame.

All of the staff were very helpful, polite I was very satisfied with China Airlines The food was normal for airlines but I’m sure they could do better

Comfort was left wanting due to such a long flight, made the wife and I wish we could upgrade the seats to Business class or First Class, but did not have that option. Food was good but had very limited options and I have a dietary restriction which was difficult for the staff to accommodate since everything provided came with cheese on it. (Cheese could potentially kill me) Did not have an option to inform the staff until we were already in the air about the restriction and was not provided another option before flight departed.

Decent flight, staff was very good, especially with the turbulence during the flight due to weather. Comfort was about par with other airlines but since it was a quick flight, was not much of an issue for us.

It was a 2 hour flight to Taiwan. Lunch was served. China Airlines goes above and beyond for their passengers.

More than two hours delay I could not do my tax refund because of the delay to check in They lost my luggage

The plane was very old and uncomfortable. Service was very slow!

The internet connection did was not functioning as per normal.

Everything was good but I think food choices could've been better

My last few flights with Emirates have always been delayed at least a half an hour. When my layover is only an hour and a half to two hours, 30 minutes makes a big difference. I’m going to check out other airlines.

Emirates is always great experience, however, they should reopen their lounge in Istanbul. The IGA lounge is not worth it

Very bad !! My confirmed ticket got canceled with out notifying me in hyd airport , crew didn’t help us out !! They were very rude!! They made me pay for the confirmed ticket again !! Can you please let us know how I can get the refund for the ticket I paid

Amazing service and food. However I didn’t get chance to choose my own seat which bothered me a little.

I liked theAVML food. Taste was alright and quantity was enough. Sometimes during the flight I felt that the smell from toilet was coming to the cabin

The employees are very nice and good. The delay due to the aircraft is not a good thing. Planning for such problems should be an easy task.

Flight delayed in NYC and missed Hong Kong connecting flight to Guangzhou. While being given a hotel room and a 30 dollar voucher to eat in the airport, the delay caused a few big inconveniences , a 12 hour delay should have been better compensated for.

Wanted different plane design with an additional bathroom at the back of the plane.

Unfortunately I ended up beside a person who seemed to have been eating rotten corpses before landing because his breath smelled like Calcutta Sewage mixed with vodka and undigested eggs. Even wearing a mask that smell was so permeating that I couldn't breathe for the whole duration of the flight. I understand this is not CATHAY's fault but nevertheless I as a passenger had to endure this and there wasn't any way to fix it

I booked Flexi ticket, Paid extra for extra legroom seat. What I got was worst ever place to sit. It was an emergency exit seat with lots of legroom but half of the seat was occupied with aircraft body. Means you don’t keep that seat where a passenger can’t sit. The seats are too narrow. Whole night I was awake. Not movable armrests. One of the worst.

The flight was cancelled. I wasn't informed where to check in, how and when. It wasn't easy to get in contact with Cathay service representative, and they were not very helpful... The staff on the airport - Air Canada (I assume) were the most helpful, kind efficient, patient... Thank you for all your help and care, for your patience, for your professionalism!!!

Great, the flight attendants were very friendly and the food was also good.

The first economy rows have remote space in the seat which eats in the seating space. The seats are also smaller compared to other airlines.

Not good. Flight was purchased for my father who needed medical assistance to board and transfer due to a heart condition. No one at Hong Kong from Cathay was there to assist and he barely made the connection. When I talked to him he could barely breath and was not sure he was going to make it. Really poor service even though the ticket stated he needed a wheelchair assistance.

While I was in great pain, the seat was sufficiently comfortable to allow me to rest and not be in so much pain.
