Pros: There was nothing really special or to write home about--flight got us there safely and ahead of schedule, albeit, uncomfortably (seats were extremely thin and uncomfortable) and the pitch/distance between seat rows was extremely short & cramped..

Cons: They always change the gates, also too many disorders in the gate previous the boarding process, the process it is not clean. They took hand baggage aleatory to send to down and do not ask if we have fragile stuffs there.

Cons: I asked for an upgrade as we are on our honeymoon. The ground staff only wanted to get us on the plane and not try in anyway to recognize us. Our seats were very poor quality, you should immediately replace them! I would have rather stood than sit on the flight. The in flight entertainment is so poor. Absolutely disappointing especially with the head sets not working because of poor ports of connection. The food was absolutely tragic. You should fire your catering company. I expect more from your airline and I was disappointed all the way through. I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future.

Cons: I was catching a flight in Paris to Aberdeen after arriving from Malaga. The time between flights was not enough 55 mins as the gate closed 20 mins before departure and it takes at least 15 minutes from arrival to taxi to the terminal and then get off the plane. I had to change from terminal F to E which was well sign posted but I only made it with 4 minutes to spare

Cons: Surprised to find out that there was no rock/metal playlist available within music menu, considering that Finnish artists/bands are famous worldwide and very proficient in this genre.

Cons: I was bumped off my flight and re-routed return to NYC. Flight was supposed to depart at 10:25am and flight they put me on left 1:05 Pm and the connection was not even Finnair, but Icelandic air. The Kayak site did not alert about extra charge for confirmed seat before I had paid in full ticket.

Cons: I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone.

Pros: A flight was delayed due to weather conditions and we had to sit in the plane for almost an hour, BUT information sharing from the Capitan was sufficient and on-time. Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it.

Cons: Seating was very cramped, I am not a big person, neither was my neighbour, but we had to get very cosy rubbing arms at all moments of the flight. I had a seat support at my feet, so there was nowhere to put my briefcase under the seat in front of me. I needed an evening meal, but also needed to try to sleep, by the time the meal was served, we were half way into the flight with little time left to sleep. Please provide pillows on these flights, my back was very uncomfortable.

Cons: Could be more careful loading the luggage. Watched one of my bags drop out of the plane while loading and damaged the bag. Not impressed!

Cons: The staff did not want to accept my ticket purchased through kayak, told me that should have bought a ticket directly through air transat, and they told me to buy a new ticket elsewhere if I wanted to travel on that day. So I had to buy a same day ticket with air canada for an additional $900 CAD, and my ticket bought through kayak was useless, making me waste the entire cost of the ticket purchased through kayak.

Cons: There was a delay of 4 hours to board from Montreal to Paris. with not any justification or valuable reason from the crew.

Cons: Flight was delayed 12 hours. They didn't offer hotel rooms so we had to sleep on the floor of the airport (hundreds of passengers, including elderly and children). No communication. One person managing multiple delays, so rarely anyone at the desk to answer questions. Appalling.

Cons: I am not crazy about how they board the plane (random) but it works fine. Was in economy and the seats felt smaller than other (domestic) carriers.

Cons: The flight attendants were very loud throughout the flight. We expected and overnight flight would be calm, quiet, and with lights lowered. It wasn't at all that way. The overhead lights were on the majority of the flight and it seemed like the flight attendants were always making rounds and loudly talking. We expected to sleep but due to all the noise and commotion were not able to do so. Also, the seats are so tiny it is hard to be comfortable on such a long flight.

Cons: Disgusted that baggage wasn't included in the ticket price. I've taken the route 6 times, and this is the first time baggage wasn't included in my ticket. Seats were very small and cramped, with very little room. Not enough space in the overhead lockers for baggage which made cramped seats even more cramped. The TV didn't work either so was a long flight with little entertainment.

Pros: the flight crew made our flight very comfortable and pleasant. One flight attendant ( didn't spot her name) had such a gentle sense of humour while serving us-it was nice. Flight attendants at times seem like strict teachers - so it was nice to smile and laugh - especially now with such fear of flying due to COVID-19

Cons: My ticket/reservation was not found by WestJet. I had to buy a new ticket. Flight Network or Emirates screwed up. I will need you and them to reemburse me. Please investigate.

Cons: Food was terrible. Portions were small, we were given a KitKat for dessert. No side salad or anything. No headphones were given prior to the flight. Long haul flights should always provide these. Most of the flight wasn’t Lufthansa but Air Canada instead. This should be advertised properly as I had no idea.

Pros: Food and drinks provided were really appreciated especially the wine/beer and hot meals on the long flight.
