Pros: Love the 757 fleet of Icelandair. Professional crew.

Cons: Every flight was late and no effort to do anything about it. Flying in the mid 400’s turned a 1hr 40min layover into a run for the connection. Far be it to use more fuel to deliver on your schedule. I’ve been on too many flights where the pilot found the gas pedal to make up for things on the ground to not think this is Icelandair policy and therefore will have a good chance of happening to me again with them.

Cons: Terrible meal options for an overseas flight. Discount airline-style buy your own meals not clear when purchasing ticket, poor drink service. Poor entertainment options. Ticket price did not reflect bare basics discount airline class of flight and service. Very disappointing.

Cons: Warm bus for the transfer from one plane to the next

Cons: Not enough room, way too crowded, all food is charged, entertainment content is pre-historic. A lot of room for improvement for the price you pay

Pros: Icelandair crew were very hospitable and accompodating

Cons: I have never sat in such a narrow seat. Literally could not put my hand down the side to pull out my seat belt. Two days later I still have sores from where the side of the seats hit my hips. Did not even provide complimentary peanuts.

Cons: The passenger sitting next to me smelled REALLY bad. Like he hadn't washed himself in weeks. Other passengers around me got a whiff too and also reacted the same. I asked the main crew member from my aisle for a seat change but he came back 10 mins later saying there was nothing else available. Later when I was walking around to stretch my legs, I saw there were AT LEAST 10 seats open in the next cabin. Why lie? The entertainment system touch-screen was not working properly and the headphones kept falling out of my ear.

Pros: The seats were comfy and the pilots were skilled, food was average.

Cons: The handles in between the seats could've been better by being able to be completely raised.

Pros: the seating was very uncomfortable i barely had any leg room

Cons: It wasn't at all clear that checked baggage was not included. This added a surprise extra hundreds of dollars to our trip. But the flight itself was fine, seats were too close when reclined, but everything was on time and efficient.

Pros: In general everything is very good- clean, professional, friendly.

Cons: I am not crazy about how they board the plane (random) but it works fine. Was in economy and the seats felt smaller than other (domestic) carriers.

Cons: My biggest issue was that my seat didn't recline. 30C. It was quite unpleasant for a 5 hour flight with a large man pushing his seat farther back than it goes, in front of me. The other issue was that one gentleman flight attendant had terrible body odor. He mostly smelled like he'd been sweating, but his uniform was in desparate need of laundering ... particularly the pants. I started to mention to it with the friend that I was traveling with, and she knew what I was going to describe before I said it, despite us not talking during the flight (seats were split apart). I'd also mention - although there may not be anything that can be done - but boarding was a nightmare. A large Chicago flight had a boarding line crossing in front of our gate as we were called to get in line (no zones or row numbers). It was quite slow to be standing for 50 minutes and the entire plane settling into all rows at once.

Pros: The crew was friendly, the planes clean, flights on time. The blankets were a very nice touch.

Cons: On my first flight, I paid for use of wifi, but it kept kicking me off the connection. Repeatedly, the entire time. On the second flight, there was no option for wifi at all. It would have been nice to pay for wifi once for use all the way to my destination.

Pros: I liked the northern lights look after boarding upon introduction of the captain and crew members. Everyone was super personal and uninformed looked great. The best part was when they started boarding from the last row, which is the most logical and efficient way to do it

Cons: They ran out of food people would actually like to purchase and all that was left was cruddy Mac and cheese, pizza and truly awful sushi made by someone who has both never tried but inexorably hates it.

Cons: IcelandAir was completely uncooperative when we had to cancel our trip due to uncertainty about corona virus travel restrictions. The only option was to rebook within a 6-month period with a change fee or to pay for flights that we didn’t take.

Pros: Friendly, quick and efficient crew! Great food too!! My favorite part when in Houston, Texas my starting point, was that I never had to do the self check in, y’all actually had “real” people going the job!!

Cons: Delayed flight, missed connecting flight due to that. On the ground staff should have better coordinated from arrival to boarding of next flight. Chaotic and short staffed security personnel at Frankfurt airport. Overall a pathetic experience

Cons: I was on a seat at the end, after my seat, the stewardess had their closet and they kept hitting (very strongly) the back of my seat with the door, all the time. They woke me up several times. So not good.

Cons: The aisle between seats are too small. The carts and people can barely make it through. Aisle passengers always get bumped making it a long flight.

Pros: Air Canada's business seat is one of the best out there, and the crew on this flight was super friendly. Extra props to the service director, Joseph.

Cons: Boarding was slow for business class joining after zone 2 announced. Despite being parked at a gate with two jetbridges, only one was used. AC could use a refresh on its entertainment selection - hasn't changed much over the summer.

Pros: The whole process from check-in to getting luggage was smooth.

Pros: My seat cushion was out of alignment so not great. But I like the two side seat configuration.
