Pros: Boarding the plane was well organised.

Cons: We boarded in time to fly at 10:05pm, however 7 passengers didn't turn up until almost 11pm. We weren't offered any snacks or drinks whilst waiting. Our 7 year old son spent most of this time desperate for the toilet but we weren't allowed. We all just wanted to go to sleep after a long day, I wanted to get to sleep because I faced 4 hours drive home after landing in London. We were served food and drinks at around midnight... I was asleep and was woken by a stewardess shouting "Would you like a drink" (not sure if she was speaking to me - but to be honest on a night flight I expected the aircrew to be a little more tactful). The cabin lights were eventually dimmed at about 1:30 for perhaps a couple of hours, when they were turned back on and we were served a slice of carrot cake for breakfast. The whole trip felt very bizarre, the opposite of the outbound trip where everything felt very special. After landing we retrieved our luggage only to find our cases were badly damaged, we've traveled with the same cases for the last five weeks during which time they have survived without a scratch.

Pros: The flight was without a hitch. One of the washroom in the plane was out of service but it was a non-issue. My vegetarian meal was the same from my departure flight but still ok. The mac and cheese for kids meal was also not bad. Entertainment was also good. There were a lot of choices for all ages.

Cons: We waited for a few minutes at the corridor for the shuttle to take us to the plane. Maybe there was only 1 shuttle instead of 2 to take the passengers.

Pros: Affordable and on time

Cons: Bizarre cabin crew announcements and chaotic boarding

Cons: 3 hours delayed. Left at 1am. The lights were left on throughout the flight. This combined with limited space and constant interruptions made it impossible to sleep on this red eye. Food is nice but why serve dinner at 4am?

Cons: Seat size is too small for that long of a flight. I know it's all about the airline making money but it just makes flying not enjoyable. Having to pay extra for a pillow and blanket on an international flight is also rather absurd.

Pros: Crew was great and seat comfortable except my entertainment system wasn’t working. But the crew member offered me a different seat.

Pros: The crew was friendly, the planes clean, flights on time. The blankets were a very nice touch.

Cons: On my first flight, I paid for use of wifi, but it kept kicking me off the connection. Repeatedly, the entire time. On the second flight, there was no option for wifi at all. It would have been nice to pay for wifi once for use all the way to my destination.

Pros: My seat cushion was out of alignment so not great. But I like the two side seat configuration.

Cons: Crew in London that checks our boarding pass and passports to let us on the plane was quite rude to my family. Crew inside the plane was great!

Pros: Staff in Cancun were excellent. I recently had hip replacement and they approached me to provide wheelchair thru departure process and got me to departure gate.

Cons: More help in Montreal with automated declaration system etc for people that are not frequent travellers

Pros: I liked the legroom even though we had a regular seat. We sat 2x2 seating and were very pleased. Some staff were nice. The price was a good deal. So it boils down to having mediocre for a bargain or nicer accommodations for more pricey fares. My husband thought it was very good though.

Cons: Food was awful. Service for food and drinks took way too long. Why give food 20 minutes before you are giving a beverage? I have always had drink service prior to food. I did not understand this. Breakfast was a piece of "carrot cake" that looked like was picked up from the local jail in Toronto. Really my only complaint. Flight was bumby but not anyone's fault other than Mother Nature. Water in bathroom stopped working halfway through flight. Seats were not comfy as other airlines. My butt got numb somewhere around Greenland.

Cons: Menu, comfort re pillow and blanket for night flight. I -flight entertainment

Pros: I liked that there were empty seats and we were able to stretch out. Heated sandwich was good. Service was good

Cons: Did not like the continental breakfast. Did not like having to pay for blankets and pillows and the fact that there were only a few movie screens in the middle of the plane.

Cons: Flight was delayed 12 hours. They didn't offer hotel rooms so we had to sleep on the floor of the airport (hundreds of passengers, including elderly and children). No communication. One person managing multiple delays, so rarely anyone at the desk to answer questions. Appalling.

Pros: I fly coach so no the seat is not comfortable. However the crew, food, and entertainment were great.

Cons: I ordered a gluten free meal by calling transat directly. On the flight I discovered they had no record of my request. Crew were able to find me an alternative meal though. Was frustrating to have made the effort to call in and book it and not then get the requested meal.

Pros: That I got to visit a place as mystical as Iceland for such a low and affordable flight. My departure flight with Iceland Air was on time and although the return was a bit tardy the company did an excellent job with being transparent.

Cons: So many of the movies had english subtitles which I didn't appreciate as It was an overnight flight and I was tired after the flight from Vancouver to Toronto and a 4 hour lay over.

So I had to buy a same day ticket with air canada for an additional $900 CAD, and my ticket bought through kayak was useless, making me waste the entire cost of the ticket purchased through kayak.

Pros: Touch screens seemed to work for everyone else, good selection, flights were on time.

Cons: A bit cramped and they didn't dim the lights very much despite telling us they were for an overnight flight, my touch screen wasn't working properly, have to pay for a sleep kit, meal would've been better served as breakfast instead they served us dinner at 11pm.

Cons: Boarding was awful. One queue in a very small area for all passengers. Agent tried to charge us 150 GBP for 3 carry on bags which we had previously carried on for 2 other flights. Felt like extension until I pushed back.

Pros: The crew was good with the equipment they have. The aisle is to narrow to walk down normally. To use the wc it is almost impossible with the cart in the aisle and other passengers . I am tall and the seats are cramped and not enough space between them.
