Cons: "Aircraft A330-300 sucks. It is SLOW! Boeng-777 did Moscow-Houston flight in 10 hours, but this A330 flew from Frankfurt to Atlanta in the same time. Shelves for baggage are small - it is not enough room for all passenger bags. Entertainment can be better. Food... It could be SIGNIFICANTLY better! Or just do not serve it et al. If I could I would not buy it."
Cons: "Problems when boarding. Some real upset customers at Valencia Airport who had too much baggage. Another proposal: Provide Fanta :-)"
Cons: "Awful layover in Frankfurt. The airport alone is the size of a small city with checkpoints everywhere. Was simply exhausting flying through Frankfurt."

Pros: "the flight from Frankfurt to Chicago was delayed by an hour. we have missed our connecting flight to Omaha. We were at the gate 8 minutes prior to departure, but United closed the gate right before our noses. Not cool. Horrible experience. My guess is that United has given our seats to someone else. After all United did the same thing to use once before. We will not travel United/Lufthansa again."

Pros: "Probably one of the best economy experiences I have had in a long time. The staff was very friendly and professional. Also one of the first times that i was actually comfortable in an econo seat. Hats off to Lufthansa!"
Cons: "Three pieces of luggage two got to my destination two and a half days which means I had to purchase cloths to wear and personal items. The third piece of luggage was three and a half days late. Which is was are Christmas presents were delivered late afternoon. There wasn’t any compensation for the inconvenience of having to change of plans of staying around the house waiting for luggage when we paid for hotel rooms and we didn’t get a refund on our trip we couldn’t take. When we knew flights from Frankfurt to München ran daily. Very disappointed. Byron becker we flew from Florida Orlando fo Munich Germany and paid a high price for traveling. Also we were bumped three times fro, Frankfurt to. Much each time on standby. Very disappointed. Sorry but this is the truth."
Pros: "Cabin crew was okay"
Cons: "I would’ve appreciated if the crew did not blame a very evident turn-around delay on weather. The TAF and METAR in Halifax do not support that. It looks more like the crew was trying to hide their incompetence. This delay prevented me from catching my connection in Calgary. Needless to say, Westjet refused to take their responsibilities."
Pros: "This was an older plane with no upgrades including no Internet and the very small poor quality Monitors in the back of the seat in front of each passenger. The seats were very uncomfortable. The transfer in Vancouver after customs involved going outside in the cold to and from the bus. There was no warning. The customs area red jacketed help personnel told us that it was just as fast to go throught the general customs are instead of using our Nexus cards and this turned out to take forever. So very disappointing."
Cons: "Better communication at all levels. Remember that the overall strength of a chain is only as strong as its weakest link and this trip had many weak links for us making it a challenge."

Cons: "There was an almost 4 hour delay that WestJet is taking no responsibility for, and their online chat agents lack any compassion or understanding. Also received an email saying the aircraft changed and there would be a seatback flight entertainment system but there wasn't."

Cons: "I would expect that with a 5 and half fight that some sort of food besides ti terrible cookies and pretzel would've been offered!! A very long time to go without food!!!"

Cons: "Stewardesses were very unfriendly. Biscuit and water? Your pulling out of sudbury but we as paying customers still deserve to be treated better. Plane was clean and flight on time."
Pros: "Plus section is very comfortable and service is very good. Food is so-so, but included in the Plus ticket price as are drinks. The flight attendants are always very accommodating and friendly and do a great job. I didn't use the entertainment system."

Pros: "Unlike my previous BA LHR-PHX flights, this one was in a 787. The humidity is much better in a 787. It makes a huge comfort difference in a 10-hour flight. As always on BA, the food was very good."

Cons: "No WiFi, no outlets and tiny screens. This plane had to be 20 years old. Embarrassing that BA hasn’t updated this plane with the simplest things. For a daytime flight over the Atlantic, I could get no work done at all."

The Air Transat representatives in Punta Cana need serious retraining on Customer Services. Lost luggage claims that goes helplessly unansweree, reps yelling at clients to go behind the red line as the check in line ballooned....

Pros: "The flight was without a hitch. One of the washroom in the plane was out of service but it was a non-issue. My vegetarian meal was the same from my departure flight but still ok. The mac and cheese for kids meal was also not bad. Entertainment was also good. There were a lot of choices for all ages."

I like the friendliness of the crew. It could have been better being more on time. The flight from Detroit to Toronto was delayed two hours.
I had 3h 30delay. I was supposed to board at 8 we left after 11:30
I can’t believe that I bought a ticket, then I checked in I had my seat, I came to airport way ahead, 20min prior my arrival my seat was taken and I was on the stand by, the explanation was that I am not a premium customer?!!!!?? When I ask what this means, emotionless customer service agent told me that maybe I will be on the another flight. I will never use kayak again They took me last to the plain, to a shifty seat and I had no room for my bag! Awful experience

Cons: "The flight was delayed over an hour taking off due to final checks and luggage. In sprite of the pilot announcing smooth sky’s we had terbulence and seatbelts on for 60% of the flight. And when we arrived the luggage of at least 15 passengers, including mine, did not arrive. After waiting 45 minutes at the carousel for the luggage and another 35 at the priority desk I was informed that the luggage was not coming on the next flight but the next day. They apparently had run out of overnight bags so I had to buy a toothbrush and a t-shirt at the airport to sleep in. Now normally I would pack a carry on with the basic essentials for such a situation but this was a direct fight with 3 follow flights to the same destination..... I have no idea who votes for Air Canada or how many votes it takes to win the awards they keep claiming but there is something wrong..."
