Cons: Flight left 90mins late. Crew did not allow passengers to occupy empty priority rows (slightly more legroom), even though this would have made the flight more comfortable also for people in regular economy seats, who would also have benefited from an unoccupied chair on their row (there were 3 empty rows). Seemed like an extremely stingy move on behalf of the airline.

Pros: Great trip, they are nice and it was a efficient and smooth process

Cons: we could not sign in for our boarding passes, not sure why, at the desk they didn’t know either

Cons: Information could have been better. Delayed, website not able to check in, it was so frustrating

Cons: I have been treating covid19 patients in the USA. I was advised not to travel, and I received a letter from a physician to this effect. I called the airlines and sent them a letter. They refused to cancel my flight, and said concern over the safety of Mexican residents was not a good reason to cancel a flight. This has brought out to worst in some companies. So many other airlines are cancelling with no problem. This airline is compliant in spreading a pandemic. The people of Mexico should know how little interjet cares for them.

Cons: Free Luggage the prices for 1 check in piece is way too much.

Cons: Put seat didnt have a window and it made it realy hard wit children not habing a window to hepp distract them.

Cons: no luggage cost were included and because I had two short flights I paid $200 usd twice costing me an additional $400 dollars

Cons: interjet needs to let us know if we are being charged luggage after booking.

Cons: The Cheesy Ruffles were crisp and tangy, a perfect foil for the whiskey & soda. Unfortunately a screaming infant added a sour note. Kudos to the flight staff for not flying into any immovable geographical features. That's the kind of flying one hopes to encounter on a regular basis.

Cons: 1h late departure, but we arrived at the expected time. Seats were not very confortable, but everyone had an individual tv. We bought a flight Montreal-Mexico-Panama City, but for some reasons, it was impossible to get boarding passes for the second part of this flight... We had to check-in again in Mexico city.

Cons: Terrible experience at check-in in Tuxtla Gutiérrez. Aeromexico really must do a better job.

Pros: The entire experience was great. Flight was at 1 got to the airport at 1208. They got me and my oversized luggage on the plane in time for take off.

Cons: The meal was a pasta with no protein. While delicious, along side it’s compliments of a salad, bun and yogurt, it was no bueno for someone avoiding carbs. Obviously a pathetic comment but one none the less.

Pros: these aircraft are confyy...the staff super helpful to be honest i would rather fly with aero mexico than one of the u.s.a airlines for ex: american airlines ect.... and their selction for entertaiment was huge and up to date with all the latest stuff...

Cons: For our six hour flight, no food was offered except cookies.

Cons: The fact that my flight as rescheduled which caused me to miss my outgoing flight and thus miss my vacation. I contacted the airline and they said that they were unable to assist me.

Cons: Snack service is OK for a budget carrier. It would be worth a bit more to have a sandwich rather than just chips.

Cons: Oraganizacion y compras detalladas en la red ,no puedes pagar maletas y llegas al aeropuerto y te dicen usted ya pago pero nomas por su boleto y les contesto su página mediocre no da más opciones así no se puede

Cons: I was forced to cancel my trip because I have been treating covid19 patients at my hospital and I don’t want to possibly spread the disease. I called them and sent a letter from a physician recommending I not travel. They did not care about the situation, and said the safety of Mexican residents that I might come in contact was not enough reason to cancel my flight. This has brought out the worst in some companies. I will never use this airline again, and I will tell my story to everyone I know who travels. The residents of Mexico should also know this airline in not on the side.

Cons: Check in it take more the 20 min. Because they have trouble founding the name even with confirmation num. In flight it was 1 person sick fully cover up from head to toe with out giving information to passengers ahead. My mom have heart problems and I was already concerned for her to travel and with no heads up of someone sick inside the plane my mom was more nervous the normal

Pros: Fast and courteous service. Hassle free. I would most definitely fly again with Aeromexico.

Pros: Aeromexico’s service during check in and boarding is the worst I’ve experienced so far. They are so unorganized that wait lines are so long and can take hours that you can easily miss your flight. The staff is just around not helping at all, not doing much to put order and make lines move faster. It’s not the first time this happens to me, it’s just the way they operate and not setup for busy travel days.

Cons: Make it to the airport 4 hrs earlier, 3 is not enough at least at the Mx city airport

Cons: Our itinerary changed months ago. We showed up at 4:00 am for our (new) 6:00 am flight expect that delta hadn’t alerted the Tuxtla Gutiérrez airport of the change so we had to go back to our original itinerary of flying out at 9:30 am. We were NOT happy to have gotten up at 3:00 in the morning with the kids to end up having to sit an extra 3 hours (5 hours total) in a tiny airport to fly out at the original time I had chosen.

Pros: Aeromexico Boeing 737s are great. No complaints here.

Pros: The fact that I made it to my destination on time, Barely. The crew was professional but not too involved, mostly hung out in the back of the plane having personal conversations. Pilot was very dry, and I really didn’t feel welcome to be a passenger.

Cons: The boarding process is ridiculous, rush everyone to a bus and just to sit on a plane for an hour?! That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen experienced during a flight. What were the flight attendants doing?? Nothing. Didn’t offer any water or a misery of a snack while we waited. The pilot didn’t tell us anything, like where we were in line for departure, or what the hold up was. Very poor flight experience. I will avoid Mexico City airports and Aeromexico for a while...please contact me for more details. Thank you.
