Cons: There was very poor communication regarding our ongoing delay that lasted 7 hours. Some of the crew were very rude towards customers.

Pros: The large plane that I was on was great. Comfortable and a smooth ride. Movies were good. Drinks good.

Cons: When I bought my tickets I didn’t realize it was called a basic ticket. So when I tried to upgrade my tickets they told me I couldn’t. I have never had an airline not want to let me pay the difference for a better seat when the flight was only half full.

Cons: Checking in took a while in Aeromexico.

Cons: You guys should be looking into the agencies that book tickets for people. They have a horrible policy in that a mistake can’t be fixed. In today world of customer service this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. I’ll never be booking through kayak again

Cons: Seats had even less legroom than the worst US airlines. I'm and 5'8" and I could barely fit my knees and once the person in front of me decided to recline his seat I couldn't even do that.
