Cons: The flight is a night flight, so most of us are trying to sleep but we were woken up two hours before landing to be given a piece of cinnamon loaf...I would rather sleep!

Cons: The plane we got on time to board was delayed enough to miss our connecting flight, so delayed another 3 hours when missing the next flight.

Cons: Small seats 4 abreast--too close for any comfort for transatlantic flight. Would not fly this particular airplane again if possible.

Cons: Worst accommodations for baggage on a international flight in my opinion.Pay for a bag is the best advice in my opinion this airline barley lets you bring anything with. Disgusting plane it was so dirty I took a shower after this flight and the amount of dust in the air was visible terrible

Pros: The aircraft was relatively new and well appointed.

Cons: Service with a frown by half the staff. Took away headphones that I had stowed aside for a later time while taking a nap and gave it to another passenger - on a long haul business class flight. Poor service culture. Outbound flight was terrible. Six hour delay. No apologies. Rude telephone staff.

Cons: So tight and tiny and cramped. I flew to Europe on a Lufthansa plane and it was spacious and comfortable, the United plane was tight and cramped. Was physically touching the stranger next to me for 11 hours....Food service used sooo much single use plastic.

Pros: The crew was awesome, super funny, excited, and helpful.

Cons: The seat was incredibly uncomfortable.

Pros: This flight was eventually cancelled and the rating is solely on the ground experience. EuroWings could not have done anything worse. The process took from 10:30am upon arrival in Dusseldorf til 11:00pm when we were told the counter closed at 10pm and nothing could be done till next day.

Cons: Have representatives on the ground and make public announcements about the progress, next steps, help offered and steps that need to be taken. The info was sparse and had to be gotten on an individual basis. Nothing was coordinated or communicated and every step had to be done WITHOUT HELP.

Pros: Crew was friendly.

Cons: No AC, we roasted. Seats uncomfortably small. Terrible on boarding and off boarding process.

Cons: They made me check my carryon rolly which is allowed on every other plane in the world, which meant going all the way back into a chaos of hundreds of people to check in. Because I had a connecting flight to New York in London, the check in caused many problems...and everything inside soaking wet

Pros: Air Transat provide excellent service with affordable prices. I have arrived late to check-in desk due to unexpected traffic but Air Transat team was very supportive, even helped us to cross the customs in no-time until the gate of the plane without interrupting the flight time. Highly Recommended.

Cons: Travelled from Toronto,CA to Lyon, FR and wasn't pleased with service, food, no coffee available plus drinks were limited. And on top of that when I arrived in Lyon, my baggage wasn't delivered from Toronto (was told at baggage claim desk). I paid $70 dollars for something that didn't get delivered.

Cons: Seats are way too small. Aisles way too tight. Recent acquisition by air Canada must improve passenger comfort.

Pros: The flight was without a hitch. One of the washroom in the plane was out of service but it was a non-issue. My vegetarian meal was the same from my departure flight but still ok. The mac and cheese for kids meal was also not bad. Entertainment was also good. There were a lot of choices for all ages.

Cons: We waited for a few minutes at the corridor for the shuttle to take us to the plane. Maybe there was only 1 shuttle instead of 2 to take the passengers.

Cons: Air Canada, whose flight this was, was understaffed and disorganized in Milan. No kiosks for self service, no identification of which line to wait in for what, lines spilling over into common area with >100 people and their luggage waiting. Waited almost an hour just to get a boarding pass.

Food was terrible - didn't eat. The crew didn't turn off the plane lights to MCR overnight flight, didn't sleep even 1 minute.

Cons: My family wasn't given a choice on the meal they were given which was hard because most of them don't eat fish (it was codfish). One of the flights was delayed 2 hrs & then didn't take off for 40 mins after the two hours because boarding wasn't started til 10 mins before it was scheduled to takeoff

Cons: The staff at the Toronto airport was rude The baggage policy was unclear and they had trouble answering our questions. We could have saved a good amount of money if the baggage policy was more clear and the staff could explain it. Using the term "Economy" for all flight categories is not helpful.

Pros: Efficient well groomed staff, thoughtful amenities such as baby seat belts & toiletry kit containing toothbrushes. Palatable tasty cuisine.

Cons: I booked and paid for special seats (last row in one of the cabins ) but they changed my seats as they changed the plane!
