Book cheap flights to Portugal
(Round-trip)Pros: I didn’t like a thing. The crew from the gate all the way to the end was rude and nasty. The crew scanning people to get on the plane were so rude at the beginning it was the worst and I fly for my work and I’ll never fly TAP air Portugal again.
Cons: Train the staff to be nice and pleasant
Pros: Crew was good
Cons: Boarding was awful. One queue in a very small area for all passengers. Agent tried to charge us 150 GBP for 3 carry on bags which we had previously carried on for 2 other flights. Felt like extension until I pushed back.
Pros: Newer, clean interior. Seats had power plugs and the SATA Onboard entertainment app provided free movies, tv and music.
Cons: One of the male flight attendants was happy and engaging while the other was not friendly; and two of the female flight attendants were ok, while the younger two were unquestionably unfriendly.
Pros: Food was great
Cons: Smoothly flight
Cons: The crew was extremely rude. One in particular was very racist in the way we were treated and the way she would talk to white travellers. My 3 year old child was not provided meal after 2 reminders and I had to argue and fight for it. I was forcefully given Asian vegetarian meal when I had made no special meal requests.
Pros: sidefini landig, merci.
Pros: There is nothing to like about the flight
Cons: There was no entertainment , no food for a 4 hour flight. The flight is more expensive than other airlines. I will not recommend or flight with them again. The flight was full and I think the route is profitable to them. I guess if you can exploit people, why not do it.
Pros: They change my seat from middle to window, but that’s all.
Cons: Flight delayed. Food was salty and cafeteria like.
Pros: legroom in business is good, food was ok. only one round of drinks was offered.
Cons: no lounge access in dublin for TAP Business Passengers. Handling of the delay was not well managed.
Pros: I didn’t like a thing. The crew from the gate all the way to the end was rude and nasty. The crew scanning people to get on the plane were so rude at the beginning it was the worst and I fly for my work and I’ll never fly TAP air Portugal again.
Cons: Train the staff to be nice and pleasant
Pros: Tap crew is very nice.
Cons: No turbulence
Pros: New plane, great seating.
Cons: Food should be tastier and boarding should be more efficient and on time.
Pros: Clean, comfortable, crew very helpful, punctuality....
Cons: Space to carry-on
Cons: 30 min late, exaggerated extra charge for a small suitcase, food was a dry sandwich.
Pros: The overall experience was so bad, that it is hard to think of anything positive.....oh, one thing. The beer they originally served me was room temperature and the kind stewardess went out of her way to get me a cold one.
Cons: First off there was a 3 hour delay in the terminal at YYZ. Once on board, we sat at the gate for another hour (4 hour delay in total). Finally worst of all, since they are a "discount" airline, they fit in 9 seats per row as opposed to the usual 8 in an airbus 330, and I am sure more rows as well. (3x3x3 vs 2x4x2) I have never been so uncomfortable on a flight in my life, and I had an aisle seat! The guy next to me was an elderly, portly Portuguese man, and because the seats are so narrow, he was spilling over into my seat (no fault of his own). Neither of us could nap And the fare was not particularly cheap at $580 one way. It was truly horrible. I arrived exhausted and am still recovering from jet lag
Pros: The customer service phone number was impossible to get through on in order to take to someone within 24 hours of my flight in order to make my Special Meals request as I have Celiac's Disease. I was unable to make this selection at booking as when you book through a third party like Expedia, which I did, you cannot access the same internal tools required to make that selection. You can ONLY then call once you have checked in before the flight in order to let the airline know of your Special Meal needs. This is not only a terrible policy as it undercuts those who ARE ultimately still buying tickets to their airline, and that the airline is CHOOSING to sell. It provided me with an extremely subpar experience of the airline but left up to the last minute with doubts about my ability to board a 13 he international flight without the reassurance that I would have ANY meals aboard and no other options should that be the case. Right before my flight departed I was reassured that the information we had requested Expedia relay to the airline internally the day before, who we called when we couldn't get through to the airline, WAS able to convey this Special Meal request and I was going to have food on the flight, so I then did not purchase a bunch of snacks in the airport to have as options. The first meal in, no Special Meal was provided and I had to explain then entire situation all over again. They assured me they would figure it out and get me taken care of. However, no one who assisted me conveyed this to anyone else on the flight and every time food was dispersed, same situation. This was stressful and exhausting and the options provided me were modified to be gluten free, such as an entire plate of fruit for my snack, instead of the protein heavy snack everyone else received, because there truly wasn't extra for that type of dietary restriction. This was stressful and I was very hungry on the flight. One of the attendants got me a few chunks of cheese from first class, but otherwise, it wasn't great. I would advise travelers with Special Meal requests NOT to fly with AirCanada.
Pros: The crew was running into people with their carts-i saw it 3 times.
Cons: The food was bad. The area before boarding was small, and once inside, there was no access to food or restroom. We walked far to board. From the
Pros: Left us alone a lot and also not a lot of brainless babbling over the pa. Very nice change from most airlines
Cons: The Kayak website sucks
Cons: The staff did not want to accept my ticket purchased through kayak, told me that should have bought a ticket directly through air transat, and they told me to buy a new ticket elsewhere if I wanted to travel on that day. So I had to buy a same day ticket with air canada for an additional $900 CAD, and my ticket bought through kayak was useless, making me waste the entire cost of the ticket purchased through kayak.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.
Here's why:
We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.
We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.
Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.
