Pros: Short flight. Crew was a bit loud but fine. Didnt have to pay for an exit row seat which was awesome. The flight actually arrived earlier than expected at our destination.

Cons: The flight is a night flight, so most of us are trying to sleep but we were woken up two hours before landing to be given a piece of cinnamon loaf...I would rather sleep!

Cons: Travelled from Toronto,CA to Lyon, FR and wasn't pleased with service, food, no coffee available plus drinks were limited. And on top of that when I arrived in Lyon, my baggage wasn't delivered from Toronto (was told at baggage claim desk). I paid $70 dollars for something that didn't get delivered.

Pros: Air Transat provide excellent service with affordable prices. I have arrived late to check-in desk due to unexpected traffic but Air Transat team was very supportive, even helped us to cross the customs in no-time until the gate of the plane without interrupting the flight time. Highly Recommended.

Cons: They lost our luggages twice (from Boston to Terceira so we didn't have anything for 3 days at Flores, and on the way from Boston to DC they lost again) would you please tell about this crammy job they are doing to President of American Air Line Paulo Menezes. They ruined our vacation, this moment I still didn't get my luggage yet. thanks Masako

Cons: Seats were chosen weeks ago and we recieved a text the night before flight that our seats were changed . They put our 2 year old by himself in tow 38 and the rest of us in tow 5&8 and told us we had to figure it out and ask passengers to switch . Hey made no effort to accommodate

Pros: Boarding easy and not rushed. Crew friendly and laid back - didn’t seem uptight. Nice aircraft. For a long flight, it was surprisingly easy.

Cons: Economy space is still so cramped for a long flight. Food was fine and what would be expected. Not remarkable.

Cons: I requested a vegan vegetarian meal and did not get it. I had to do with the regular meal which had a lot of dairy products to which I am allergic to. The space between rows of seats. It was really crammed in Economy and we are a petite thin family!

Cons: They have the most uncomfortable seats in the industry. Seat was literally 5 cm (2 inches) thick and did not recline. Impossible to relax/sleep, I ended up with back pain and legs cramped for 2 full days. Terrible overnight flight. Luggage policy is not clear. Carry on items have to weight less than 8 kg (normally is 12 kg), and to check your bag you have to pay. No personal tv/entertainment.

Pros: Good service on the plane, the food was good and the seat was very comfortable.

Cons: The boarding process was a bit uncomfortable at the Lisbon airport. The space provided at the gate for the passengers to wait was small, with everyone trying to fit in front of the gate, it was tight.

Cons: Don’t pack people in like sardines! Our seats were so close it was in humane! Also we were in the back of the plane and it was uncomfortably hot! Why are there no individual a/c blowers over each seat!! Because of the heat and the cramped seats had to keep getting up and standing in the back because I was so claustrophobic!! Miserable, miserable, miserable!!!

Cons: There was no entertainment , no food for a 4 hour flight. The flight is more expensive than other airlines. I will not recommend or flight with them again. The flight was full and I think the route is profitable to them. I guess if you can exploit people, why not do it.

Cons: My son and I are both 6’5” and the seat are too close together for leg comfort. Flying used to be about COMFORT for passengers. I paid for our seating thinking we would get extra legroom with emergency seating, I was disappointed.

Cons: The flight was delayed by 3 hours making me late for the next two flights and ultimately costing me an entire day longer in transit. While I understand these things happen, Air Canada's response to me asking for help was abysmal. Ultimately, they didn't care and told me it was my problem. Sadly, one of the first people I talked to really did want to help and arranged flights that would have gotten me back on track but he was prevented from confirming the changes due to management. I will never fly with Air Canada ever again.

Pros: Stewardesses were so kind and friendly on this flight, it was a very positive experience.

Cons: Boarded 1/2 hr late, note to self; don’t try to help stack the plates to assist the flight crew. Stewardess fussed at my GF for stacking the plates together neatly. She was only trying to help. Stewardess was rude, stating “ no no, not like that, this is cafeteria style” we didn’t get the memo. Anyway, hurt feelings report will be filed accordingly!

Cons: Did you know the flight was changed?? It moved from Nov 24 to Nov 25. I was never informed of this change that was supposedly made in October.. Even you (kayak) didn’t know bc you still think I took the flight that I booked on your site! I was forced to rebook with another airline and will be expecting a refund and then some and possibly dispute the charge all together.
