Delayed 8 hours, This is the 2nd time in a month that my flight was not on time.
Do not fly on WestJet if you have a connection. It failed to integrate with my connecting Delta flight and I almost missed it.
The experience was good just the upcharge of over a hundred dollars was not cool.
Good, a bit cramped in the seat as my neighbour was a bit large
There was a man who was very rude at boarding. On the other hand personal bag measuring box is too small compared to USA airlines,
The process and flight were both smooth and trouble free
Delays and missed connections were very hard the crew were wonderful but 1 1/2 hours late from Abbotsford to a 4 hour wait in Calgary was too much. I am 79 years old and I didn’t get to my destination until after 1 in the morning. They could have offered a seat in the lounge or a meal. I was very disappointed in the treatment
everything was fine expect massive delays - not the airline’s fault
The checked luggage still hasn't arrived yet. 42 h later. We saw it being unloaded in the stopover location. It was. 5 hour layover so it wasn't a rushed transfer. One positive aspect, it was close to being on time and the crew that came on the clean the plane was very efficient.
Seat back entertainment monitors would be nice. We did enjoy the In-Flight WiFi.
Flight was late leaving. Charge for luggage which still has not arrived and will be delivered in a week.
Crew was making faces when asked for extra water. They can really use a smile while giving services. Other Than that they were good. Lots of turbulence. Also while landing it was not smooth. The tire made a loud noise. They need to make those better. Other than that everything was good.
Board from the back of the plane to the front - it just makes sense. Try it.
I knew I was going to fall asleep unsettlingly from exhaustion so I warned the guy next to me in advance. The attendant took to checking on me frequently and even insisted I take my snack because I said no while sleep hazed and then absolutely wanted it about 5 minutes later. He was So caring and kind to my situation!!
All good great price seating very cramped but overall very good
The flight was delayed an hour, but not because of Air Canada. The crew was polite, professional, and competent. The food was above average for Air Canada, but just fine. The stand out for me in the 10 hour flight was the entertainment package. The best of any airline I’ve experienced so far. Looking forward to my return flight to finish some more of the shows I was watching.
The experience was satisfactory. The plane was full and took awhile to embark and disembark. On a 4 hour flight, there is not much you can do. my return flight was in the very last row on the plane but was adequate.
I’ve wasted 7 hours of my time because of the delayed. ;(
Overall great. The crews were lovely. The seats are awful. I always emerge with a back ache.
I had boarding pass on my phone. Husband and I were seated together. Agent printed out boarding passes and we were separated for the flight
