I loved the crew's professionalism. The landing was unbelievably smooth, haven't experienced that in years

I loved the crew's professionalism. The landing was unbelievably smooth, haven't experienced that in years

Their system was slow so it took them well over 4 hours to complete checkin but they kept assuring us that the flight won’t leave without all the passengers as it’s their fault but at the end of 4th hour then tell us that the immigration will close for the night and the last few of us are left stranded behind. The customer service itnay open at night. The airlines does have its own crew at Toronto airport so no one to help us.

Pros: "We got upgraded to business class due to getting bumped from flight."
Cons: "We got bumped from our flight and split up so my wife and child had to go to Rosario on their own, and my other son and I had to take a separate flight via Buenos Aires, causing our prearranged driver to wait for many hours and significant delay and stress. Our short time in Rosario was cut shorter"
Cons: "This doorbell sound was playing on repeat over the loudspeakers constantly for almost the entire second half of the flight. Drove me nuts"
Pros: "I like the 2 2 seating"
Cons: "Having to go to other counter to pay bag fees after check in is annoying. I get that with some fares you have to pay, but so much more efficient to swipe credit card at check in."
Pros: "On time, clean, comfortable seats, free beverages, luggage arrived very quickly. An excellent flight."
Pros: "The aircraft was very clean, well maintained. We were 20 min late in departing because the crew waited for a passenger with disabilities to make it to the plane. That was kind. Some of the lost time was made up and this flight had no connections out of the arrival airport that day, so not a major inconvenience. Short flight, so just drink service, no entertainment. Baggage arrived promptly. All good."
Pros: "When my original flight schedule was interupted by one of the flights delay I was offered a very good alternative in a very kind manner."
Cons: "The newly rescheduled flight had 2 and half hour delay"
Pros: "The boarding process was fast. I appreciate being able to access SkyPriority boarding."
Cons: "I wish my Delta SkyMiles status earned an upgrade to Business/First Class on this SkyMiles partner."
Pros: "Great service. Easy flight. Great movie and drink selection."
Cons: "Not much to complain about, honestly. It was a pretty wonderful experience."

The 787 was amazing. Listening to screaming and crying children for four hours was horrible. Small children should be in one section. Seats were very comfortable and leg room was fantastic. Information was very generic on timing.

Cons: "No Food to buy available on board. We thought we could buy something. The coffee was good."
Pros: "Excellent pre Boarding service and announcements; reasonably comfortable seats; great landing;"
Cons: "There are never gluten free options in the snacks; there were no entertainment systems on the plane - that's not important to me but perhaps it is to others."
Pros: "Seat was uncomfortable because of the head rest that is attached to the seat. However the staff and crew were friendly and helpful."
Cons: "Better seats"
Pros: "Newest 787 plane in the fleet. Really comfortable seats and terrific in-flight entertainment"
Cons: "One of the crew members seemed really bother by everything. She was not smiling or even looking at customers when handing drinks over."
Pros: "Nice plane, comfortable"
Cons: "We missed our runway and had to quickly ascend and retry. Disembarking the plane took 40 minutes due to the YYC skywalk being frozen. During this all communication with the passengers was minimal."
Pros: "Staff is friendly."
Cons: "We didn’t appreciate the walk from Gate 4 to Gate 41 TWICE when the departure gate was changed. We are in our 80’s and it was quite a trek!"
Pros: "Amazing Service at the registering counter at the airport. One for the two flight attendants was very nice. Unfortunately, he was not the one assigned to my section."
Cons: "One of the flight attendants was incredibly dismissive. “Forgot” to ask for my order to get lunch, so needed to call him so he could take my order (he was already in the middle of eating his own food) and of course by then what I asked for was not available, and the options for food were bad. On top of that, the trash from the top of my table was not cleared for a long, long, long time (even though everyone else’s in my section were clean). First time this happens to me in all my years of flying, specially in upper economy class."
Cons: "Missed my flight and i had to buy a new ticket to Saskatoon."
Pros: "Crew was great, seats could have been better for the fare we paid..."
Cons: "The food was not the meal we ordered"
Pros: "The crew was amazing. They were super friendly and attentive. Amazing service!"
Pros: "The process to go through security and boarding was smooth and efficient"
Cons: "For. 4 hour delay, would have been nice for AT to offer something to their patrons...drink, snack etc"
Pros: "Flow as smooth , attendants were good."
Cons: "Boarding was delayed and then we sat about an hour on board waiting to get de-iced. Ended up over 1 1/2 hours late."
Pros: "The pilot was honest and concerned with the safety of the aircraft. That was most appreciated."
Cons: "Flight was 3 hours late. There was no liquor or even a small snack provided. Minimum service by the flight crew. Most disappointed!"
Cons: "Seats are smaller than other airlines, terrible experience. I felt I was being squeezed the whole time"
Pros: "This was a standard flight.... I slept most of it so it's hard to rate....."
Cons: "My luggage did not arrive on the flight I am greatly indisposed as the hot weather requires frequent change of clothes."
Cons: "Complete scam . Thought I was booking through kayak and was duplicitously sent to justfly.com which is a complete fraud."

Flight was good and staff was efficient and friendly. Being a discount airline, they charge for carry on, food and beverages. I did not partake, but your survey doesn't have a n/a button. My only thing was that it felt like I was sitting on a cement block. My behind was sore after a couple of hours. I was not able to check in on line, so very thankful that the linecat the airport moved quickly. I think I will use Swoop in future if I just need to get somewhere and don't need to bring carry on bags.

Bring your own water, do not expect and comfort on the plan, and over priced gross processed food. Drinks were could (paid for) and saw we needed to bring our own water for a 5 hour flight. Kinda shitty you have to pay for carry on- same price and stowaway luggage. The luggage cost more than 2 round trips from Toronto to Victoria bc. Shocked at that

Airline did Not inform us is further delays to an already cancelled flight. Big chaos prior to boarding.

I would take swoop for a 1, maybe 2 hour flight MAX. Every thing is an up charge, even water. The seats don’t recline so it makes it very tough sitting in that small space. The crew was amazing though, they went above and beyond to try and make the experience comfortable. Also, we were delayed a total of 4 times - 5 hours.

I've flown with swoop a few times and always had a good experience. The crew are pleasant and helpful. Thanks

It’s a no frills airline, professional and gets the job done well.

Nothing at all. The flight attendants couldn’t care less about the passengers. Overheard 2 complaint about being “too tired to bother or care about anything”. Complaining about working 2 jobs and was even too tired to care about returning a lost pair of glasses that they just threw away. Never flying this crappy airline again.

Really nice flight barring a one hour delay, which was already informed. Staff at abbottsford check in counter was very friendly and helpful. Her name was Robin.

Lack of staff Airplane (even with upgraded seats) was not comfortable Boarding took extremely long, no system in place Inconsistent messaging on reason for delay

I sat near a man who continually took his mask off. He was told to put it on 3 different times. He would say “ oh sorry” then remove it as soon as they walked away. By the end of the flight they had given up and they all walked by him “maskless” and didn’t say anything. He coughed and sneezed throughout the flight

Long wait for baggage check in with only one on site attendant.

The worst airlines I have seen in my life they don’t respect anyone they don’t care about anyone they lost our luggage and no one is responding. We waited for five hours to get our luggage back.🤬🤬🤬👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Great staff. Cramped seating for someone 5 feet, 2 inches and average weight. So if you're tall or heavy -- good luck. Even if you wait until the 24 hour checkin time, you still charge for seating. Really? So either it is a less-than-pleasant experience or pay the price of a "big name" airline. And if I'm going to pay their prices, why would I fly in your cramped seat? So, in the end, you want to give less comfort for the same prices as Air Canada. Go figure.

The airplane smokes and they think it's normal.... this is sign of deterioration

Flair aircraft smokes before takeoff... and this seem normal to air hostess..... smoking aircraft is not a good sign of safety

Flair’s customer service isn’t helpful at all and their refund is a scam

Everything was great. Got out 5 minutes early and had a nap on the overnight flight.

Wifi was down on this flight but I had a movie downloaded.

Horrific airline. This trip didn't even happen!! We got to the airport and were told at check-in that our tickets were canceled WITHOUT NOTICE! I begged the agents for more info and was told we were blacklisted for using a fraudulent credit card. The card was debit and the funds were already taken out! The desk agents all left, and we were left with zero solution. We had to book another flight with a different airline which cost us $2300 in addition to the $550 Flair already took from us. I have been on the line for 30 minutes to speak to an agent. Does not look promising. AVOID FLAIR AT ALL COSTS.

They make you pay for everything:- hand carriage, seat, check-in and don't even offer you a cup of water! It turnout much more expensive than AC !
