The app was free and easy to use and there was a decent selection. However, the wifi on board is not free so even though you could watch the tv show/movie - the sound did not work unless you paid for it. There are many other airlines that offers everything for free - it would have been a more pleasant if we were able to actually utilize the service."

Boarding was seemless. As for the flight itself, we deiced the wings twice. Had to come back to check for mechanical issues leading to our flight arriving 3-hours late to destination. As for food choice, do not choose the pancakes as it was similar to eating sweet microwaved porridge.
Check in process was absolutely horrible. I've never had such a bad experience. They were say8ng I needed to complete a form rhey didn't even know what it was or what it was for. Then another Staff member was extremely rude to me for no reason. Started almost yelling at me and told me to stand back. I was not talking loud or rude at all and she just treated me terribly. I heard her treat others with attitude as well. Another one said we needed to all get on our flights on time so they didn't have to work overtime again!! As someone who works in Healthcare where you can be mandated overtime and redeployed I found this very unprofessional and unnecessary to tell all the customers this!!

I could never get through to anyone and there is no info on your tickets about the cost of a third bag. I was charged an extra $500.00 for two extra bags that were carrying donated supplies to help the animals. But your airline made it a useless endeavor because they ended up costing more than they were worth. The people at the gate were unbending and I'm so disappointed that it is more important to you to make money than help non-profit organizations. I have run Isla Animals for 15 years and have had much help from kind airlines, I won't be flying yours or recommending yours to any dog lovers."

Missed the first day of our honeymoon trip along with unrefundable hotel fees. I travel a lot and never had an experience like this before."
