Cons: "The last travelers in boarding line (including myself) had to check their carry on luggage because “there was no more room in the overhead compartments”. However, while I was walking to my seat, I saw ample storage space as well as suitcases that were laying horizontally or flat and could easily have been adjusted to create even more space. Given that most people pack their most valuable items in their carry on bags (as well as anything fragile), I was a bit uneasy checking mine. The associate who helped check my bag on the tarmac was kind. I was grateful that my luggage had a hard shell case."

Cons: "Our original flight included a connection that overlapped and needed to be changed. I brought this to the attention of Kayak/Aeromexico and the flight appeared to changed for our entire party of six. When we arrived to depart from Akron-Canton there were MAJOR issues with Delta acknowledging the change on their end. We waited at check-in for an hour and half before this was resolved. This also happened when we left Cancun and almost missed our flight. Our daughter also had to put on stand-by in Atlanta due to this fiasco. We spent another two hours working with Delta customer service trying to get her a seat on our flight back to Akron-Canton. Had we not been to Cancun airport extra early AND had our flight delayed in Atlanta we would have missed both flights. This was without a doubt the worse experience we have ever had!! It should have been caught and resolved before I ever had to get involved. I am very disappointed and unhappy with the service offered for the tickets we purchased. This was extremely stressful for my wife and kids and tarnished our vacation. This was totally and completely avoidable!!! You can and should do better to service your customers!!"

No turning back Our seat assignments had us separated on some segments and also at window and middle seats. On all flights we were bumped up to comfort seats with an empty seat next to us for his cast and the final flight home put in an earlier flight home to avoid a six hour layover! Delta really went over and beyond expected."

Two tiny closet bathrooms in the back for all of coach and a much larger one much larger one first class (which is like 5 rows with a mesh curtain for separation). The coach bathrooms are so small a normal person can barely get in and turn around to close the door. I question whether a larger person would be able to actually use them. I also saw the flight attendant actively turn away coach passengers trying to use the first class bathroom when it was open (not standing in the aisle or anything annoying like that). That's ridiculous to have 2 tiny bathrooms for all of coach and also to make people walk all the way to the back of the plane when you are seated much closer to the first class bathroom."

Cons: "Upon deplaning in Cancun, ALL passengers are put on a bus and driven far away from the terminals to an arrivals area. Those of us with connecting flights are royally f*cked at that point, especially if your connection is short, as mine was. The so-called shuttle to the departure terminals, which are entire kilometers away, was to arrive in like half an hour. HALF AN HOUR. Who has this time to spare?? The alternative to the shuttle is paying a taxi that charges a hefty fare--and God help you if you don't have cash. The departures terminal was swamped and only thru begging assistance and line cuts did I make my connection...and then only by the skin of my teeth. It was a complete nightmare."
Cons: "The Cancun airport provides a terrible experience for transferring between flights, especially if you need to change from the international terminal to a domestic terminal or vice-versa. There is no way to get between terminals inside security and the free shuttle is slow and overcrowded. Meanwhile, one is forced to run a gauntlet of taxi and shuttle drivers trying to get you to pay them exorbitant fees to drive you to your terminal. Once you finally arrive you discover that there is no dedicated baggage recheck for an international arrival. Just don't buy a ticket that transfers in CUN."

Naturally bag didn't make the trip."
Cons: "AC employees gave us contradictory and wrong information about clearing Canadian Customs in Vancouver, so we were unable to get through all the arrival and transfer procedures and had to go on without our luggage. Our delayed baggage was delivered to us 2 days after our arrival. Probably there was not enough time allowed for our connection in Vancouver (about 90 minutes). We were going from Japan to the US via Canada."

Our flight got in at 1am and because a family member needs assistance we were told to wait by some parked golf carts and someone would be right over to assist, we waited as we saw all passengers walk by and flight crew and no one showed. Then decided to slowly start walking and after awhile an angel of the airport staff, I wish I got her name to thank her saw our struggling through and quickly ran to grab a wheelchair and assisted us right to our shuttle service.These are the things that make airport service more pleasant, for such a state of the art airport the experience for passengers should run a little smoother and assistance to those that need it should be readily available. It could have folded into my carry on but the purpose of a garment bag is so you do not have to wrinkled it in your luggage. He moved me to the side and told me I needed to check it in, I was NOT allowed to hang it in the plane b/c i'm not a business passenger. WTF. After 10 min of waiting on the side I folded up my garment bag and shoved it in my purse - after another 5 min he gave me my luggage and told me to head toward the plane. Worst. Flight. Ever"

Finally crew seen taking coffee pots into lavatory. What on earth? There was a distinct lack of engagement from the crew, in general with passengers , not just my husband and myself."

We did not arrive in Montreal until after 1:00 a.m. The plane was incredibly cramped, our knees were right up against the forward seat. There was no compensation for being late...a snack or free drink, etc."
