Flight was oversold. Seats assigned to multiple passengers. Delay 1 hour to sort out.

Good but I don’t received my bags yet is been 5days still no update

Boarding is always chaotic. Delay was over 2 hours while inside plane . Crew not very friendly

The flight was good. My luggage didn’t land with me when I arrived in Columbus. So grateful I was able to get my luggage back within the 2 hours😍👍.

Comfortable seats with good leg room. But not screens on seat backs.

I cannot think how they could put more seats together but they did. So elbow to elbow leg to leg for these long journeys they should consider leg space at least. Since they did not offer to check people's carry one space was tight and if you did not get on first people used your assigned overhead storage so now your doing these same to another. Cascading inconvenience.

It was great to have a vegetarian meal option, but departure was delayed because they had oversold the flight. Air Canada, you’re in charge of how many tickets are sold: don’t oversell!

My flights were all either late or canceled. It was stressful and a waste of my time. This is the third flight in a row with Air Canada that has been a scheduling mess. Not appreciated.
