Find cheap flights from Calgary to London Heathrow Airport

Pros: Check in was simple and efficient, boarding was easy, leg space was sufficient, air hostess where polite and plane was clean prior to take off. Landing and take off both on time.

Cons: Two toilets for 100+ people meant long queues for the bathroom throughout the flights. The toilets were not even once cleaned in a flight of 4 Hours, meaning that by the final hour, they were a complete utter disaster in terms of hygiene. Pilot made a complete mess of descending and landing.

Pros: Of all the flights I checked this was the most convenient in timely manner and comfortable.

Cons: Movie options.

Pros: the seating was very uncomfortable i barely had any leg room

Cons: Dont go on economy its not good espically fir being the main airline for spain its not really that good compared to other airways for example british airways

Cons: Could be better, say, like with Singapore Airlines..

Pros: Got there

Cons: Way too expensive

Cons: it took a very long time for take off, and de freezing. That should have been done prior because it made our flight very late arriving in toronto

Cons: There are too many announcements on the screen before you can start watching entertainment. It takes about 15 minutes.

Pros: The crew were wonderful and understanding and good sports.

Cons: There were problems as soon as the plane got to the gate. After the passengers got off the plane, the man at the counter came on the P.A and said it’ll be a few minutes, they’re catering the plane now from the back to the front. The flight crew still needed to get on a preform safety checks. He apologized again. Then it was 8:40, time to take off and we’re still waiting to even board. The man at the counter said again, thank you for your patience and relayed the same message, only this time the flight attendants were walking away from the gate. Around 9 some lady higher up told the man to announce that the flight crew had timed out and stand by crew was on the way to the gate, said sorry again. A little later the man says sorry, there’s a gate change. You’re going to K6 now. When we get to the new gate it’s almost 9:30pm and while we were all gathered at the gate, the flight crew that supposedly “timed out” showed up and proceeded to get on the plane. Passengers started getting mad and saying we were lied to and to just tell us the truth. Chicago PD started showing up. We finally got on the plane but it would be another 30 minutes before we moved because of issues getting our bags off the original plane. We ended up being almost 2 hours delayed.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: For the longer leg of my trip, there was no entertainment. No screens at all! No food besides some dry pretzels on a 5 hour flight and the crew was borderline surly. They were running into people with the drink cart, bumping any edge of arm or leg that was in the aisle, not smiling, not pleasant at all.

Cons: Severe turbulence and many of the Egyptian passengers didn't understand the announcements and were getting up

Cons: Airline food could always be better. It wasn’t bad though.

Pros: We were the only customers in business class, which was nice. Lots of attention from the crew, and food was good.

Cons: Ummm, THAT was "business class"? Same seats as economy, with middle seat blocked off. Limited recline, no entertainment, no comfort seats. Nice meal, nice drinks, nice service...but I'm a little stunned that a European airline would call this kind of seating "business class". Only thing that separated it from economy class was a curtain, and middle seats blocked off.

Pros: Good food, service, and entertainment

Cons: The seats are not very cushioned

Pros: Crew was attentive - the service from SJC is much better than SFO - less crowded etc. New 787 and Premium Econ is great.

Pros: Crew amazing yes. Seat comfortable.

Cons: None for now!

Pros: The crew was fabulous. Very helpful and upbeat!

Cons: The food wasn’t very good.
