Pros: The flight attendants where really nice and so was the service wouldn't change a thing here.

Cons: I didn't like that someone was reclining in there seat in front of me and it was so far down that it was uncomfortable even to sit in my seat or get to my table. Also was very disappointed that I had to pay for food even though it was way over 8 hours, in the end didn't even bother about food was not much of a choice. Also no TV on this long haul flight was really disappointed again, so I had to pay for a tablet was hugely disappointed. Needed more leg room was cramped on this flight.

Cons: Flight was delayed over an hour and that added to an already for a very long day. We also ended up waiting a long time while aboard. There apparently was a weight balancing issue. It took them a long time to let us know why we were sitting there. Otherwise everything was okay.

Pros: Good boarding. The info I was given thru Kayak seemed to indicate my cheap ticket did not include any drinks or snacks, so I was prepared with my own for this long flight. So cookies/pretzels and juice, coffee, etc. were a pleasant surprise, Also the middle seat was empty.

Cons: Clearer info on what was included in my ticket.

Cons: Wake people up when serving anything.. I have seen in some other airlines that one is provided with a sticker to place on your seat to show if you can or cannot be woken up

Pros: Flight arrived early, was uneventful with great helpful cabin staff. I did not eat so can’t rate the food, and there is no inflight wifi or screens so that is not applicable in rating my trip. Excellent short hop on a shiny new aircraft, with pretty tight seating.

Pros: Short flight. Crew was a bit loud but fine. Didnt have to pay for an exit row seat which was awesome. The flight actually arrived earlier than expected at our destination.

Cons: My seats were preassigned and at 24 hour check In you have to pay to change from economy to economy into a available seat. Make no sense and is rude. Very disappointed in WestJet and I’m anElite member.

Cons: Perhaps slightly better food, however choice of liquor & beer was excellent with tremendous service. 5 star service across the board.

Pros: The onboard crew and food were great. The gate crew and grounds were rude and unknowledgable.

Cons: The great seats we reserved were given to staff and we were stuck by bathrooms & crying babies. My husband’s seat was parallel to a mom of an infant traveling alone.He could not recline because she’d have to step over him. We’re compassionate but these seats are too $ not to use for intended purpose

Pros: FYI this was actually an American Airlines flight (AA 104) not BA. Anyway I love those 777-300ER’s, they are huge with great up to date ambient lighting, excellent, outstanding entertainment , and I had the whole row to myself. I often take this flight when flying home from LHR to JFK. 5 stars!

Pros: Most of the crew was helpful, however, I arranged a pick Up at Heathrow to guide me to my connectg flight. the flight attendant advised me to speak to the male concierge when exiting. He then insisted: No, there is no one coming. When I stepped out the pick up person showed up anyhow. ??

Cons: Like I said better staff communication in regards to my special situation/need. Also I was surprised I had to pay for the water I had on the flight as the attendant who offered it didn’t mention it was for purchase when they asked me if I wanted bottled water.

Cons: Everything was fine except every time I come here we have to wait for a gate for 15 min or longer. A real drag.

Cons: Entertainment was poor. Lost reception on most channels and audio was poor/ awful. Connecting flight from Toronto to YVR was late as as result of leaving late from NFL. Better scheduling.
