Pros: The entertainment was good - lots of options The staff were helpful

Cons: Seating was very cramped, I am not a big person, neither was my neighbour, but we had to get very cosy rubbing arms at all moments of the flight. I had a seat support at my feet, so there was nowhere to put my briefcase under the seat in front of me. I needed an evening meal, but also needed to try to sleep, by the time the meal was served, we were half way into the flight with little time left to sleep. Please provide pillows on these flights, my back was very uncomfortable.

Pros: Crew was good

Cons: Boarding was awful. One queue in a very small area for all passengers. Agent tried to charge us 150 GBP for 3 carry on bags which we had previously carried on for 2 other flights. Felt like extension until I pushed back.

Pros: I fly coach so no the seat is not comfortable. However the crew, food, and entertainment were great.

Cons: Everything else is not really pleasant for a long distance travel. I've never felt more uncomfortable in my life during a flight. But i suppose you get what you paid for.

Pros: The pursar was super. She joked around with the passengers to make them feel comfortable

Cons: Flight was delayed over an hour and that added to an already for a very long day. We also ended up waiting a long time while aboard. There apparently was a weight balancing issue. It took them a long time to let us know why we were sitting there. Otherwise everything was okay.

Cons: Complete scam . Thought I was booking through kayak and was duplicitously sent to justfly.com which is a complete fraud.

Pros: I liked having an empty seat next to me?

Cons: As a big guy, the person in front of my was reclining, and literally dug into my knees. I'm 6'3" so I'm not like abnormally large, but yeah. If there was someone sitting next to me this flight would have been absolutely horrendous. Also, no radio? No TV, what is this? the 80s? Earlier?

Pros: Only problem is my flight didnt have screens and you had to pay for a tablet. I get screens on my flights to Edmonton and Sask for work with Westjet all the time but on a long flight to London they're majorly lacking. A basic meal over a 9.5 hour flight should be included as well.

Cons: 1 for usb charging ports though. I still love Westjet but different priorities for International flights should a no brainer.

Cons: Seat assignments. My husband and I were not assigned seats together, however we were able to sit together because the seat next to me was empty.

Pros: Touch screens seemed to work for everyone else, good selection, flights were on time.

Cons: A bit cramped and they didn't dim the lights very much despite telling us they were for an overnight flight, my touch screen wasn't working properly, have to pay for a sleep kit, meal would've been better served as breakfast instead they served us dinner at 11pm.

Pros: leg room in middle isle was great

Cons: the flight attendant took boarding passes from my hand and did not return them back to me, upon entry. My mother had to take the boarding passes from flight attendant's hand.

Pros: Great staff. Fast boarding and deplaning.

Pros: The crew were very friendly and the meal I pre-ordered was very nice. Snacks and beverages were complimentary.

Cons: "Engine trouble" so off the plane and back to the gate. Not much information conveyed to us. Just sitting and waiting. Took off about 2 hours late. No entertainment. $6.99 for a tablet.

Pros: Cabin crew in first-class very helpful and kind. Cabin manager came and thanked me personally which was nice touch. Great service.

Cons: Travelled from Toronto,CA to Lyon, FR and wasn't pleased with service, food, no coffee available plus drinks were limited. And on top of that when I arrived in Lyon, my baggage wasn't delivered from Toronto (was told at baggage claim desk). I paid $70 dollars for something that didn't get delivered.

Pros: Flight,crew, meal and entertainment were good.

Cons: Our luggage was lost on our connecting flight in Montreal. Not happy with that. However, it was delivered to our home 2 days later.

Cons: This is basically a southwest plain with a curtain to separate classes. No entertainment, no first class seats, no WiFi. Just a seat between us. No legroom. Y’all should be ashamed to call that first class. Waste of $

Cons: The cabin lights were left on too long for a red eye. Cramped quarters - but that is true of every airline now. We did receive a blanket and pilllow, which was nice. Did not have dinner so can’t comment. Croissant with cream cheese prior to landing was OK Nice smooth flight.Nice pleasant crew

Pros: Ran on time. Bags came out in a timely manner.

Cons: We couldn't take the flight as Westjet could not get us there on time and would not hold the flight ...... see above

Cons: Our original flight was cancelled due to WestJet reasons (plane was not safe to fly) the following evening the flight was supposed to depart at 7pm we didn’t take off until 10:37 pm causing an arrival of 940AM into London instead of 7:23AM primarily because the crew they chose for this new flight was coming from Montreal so we had to wait for them to arrive.

Cons: You have to download an app to watch movies/tv. There is no food served (transatlantic flight!) unless purchased 48 hours beforehand.

Pros: The crew was so accommodating! They took great care of us and provided us with a meal, drinks, and coffee in the morning. Such a great experience, will definitely fly with them again!
