Compagnie efficace et bons prix. Les sièges en classe club pourraient être plus confortables.

We could not check in early, I think because we purchases through a third party, therefore once we got to the airport, no seats together, and only middle seats. Will never do that again

Once we got through the long line at security, everything was very good from boarding to exiting the place. The flight crew was very friendly. What Air Transat could do much better is to put us through to TSA Pre-Check since my wife and I are Nexus members. We have never enjoyed this privilege with Air Transat, but, we always get this with Air Canada at the FLL airport. So, this is possible to do.

I think as another discount flyer they stepped up the bar. I think they should stay around for awhile

I really liked the club service, the temperature was ideal, the flight attendants were so warm and friendly and accommodating the bathroom was easy. Great flight.

The Air Transat representatives in Punta Cana need serious retraining on Customer Services. Lost luggage claims that goes helplessly unansweree, reps yelling at clients to go behind the red line as the check in line ballooned....

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "The city I went to was locked down due to covid. Neither the airline nor budget air helped me get a refund before the flight took off.. Still waiting to hear back..."
Pros: "The staff did their best with controlling passengers who were a bit difficult. Overall a good experience."
Cons: "Implement the row by row getting off the plane. The flight back to Vancouver people were standing in the middle isle grabbing their carry on and waiting to get off the plane."
Pros: "Cleaniness, spacious seats, entertainment screen and Off course crew was very helpful."
Cons: "Food."

There were a lot of empty rows. As a single passenger I should not have been seated with 2 others. The WiFi didn’t work. The Kosher meal was awful.

Both flights were delayed due to maintenance issues. Because they where late boarding all four of our bags where left behind on our last connecting flight.

They lost my baggage on my connecting flight and we’re an hour late so I nearly missed it

Always find Aer Lingus reliable and good value for money. Food on this flight was pretty basic and the headphone Jack at my seat only worked for one ear. Little disappointed in movie selection, limited on recent releases. Staff are okay - but I always buy a cheap ticket so not like I expect first class opulence anyway!!!

As four hour wait with no explanation as to why the delay Very unacceptable

Excellent long haul experience really enjoyed using Dublin pre-immigration

Nice easy flight. Crew was very nice and of all the times I have bought a seat for my guitar - this was the easiest. They were prepared and no problems at all.

Air Lingus flights were delayed on each of the three flights we took. Not a very good , and organized airline.

Flight was ontime, clean, staff was friendly - there was turbulence but can’t avoid that (it’s a flight 😉)! The staff were attentive but would be nice if Aerlingus didn’t charge for coffee ☺️ but overall I enjoyed my flight experience and will travel with them again (Ireland’s Four star airline

.Ealing could have been better but no complaints on everything else

One small complaint: people in economy frequently were coming through the curtain to use the saga lavatory.

on plane service was excellent - we flew business class. And everything ran on schedule - always a good thing. However, the transfer is Reykyavik - both going and coming - was really crowded and confusing. It's tough enough when you're tired from a long flight - but then to push through heavy crowds to get on to a shuttle bus seems like they don't have the facilities to support the numbers.

On time and crew were good. Our seating arrangements in biz class were messed up, separated us as a couple and bulkhead seating not good for long legs.

Food and staff were excellent. Seats on Saga (business class) are comparable to domestic first class of US Airlines, regarding space and recline. Entertainment options had little international component.

Some drinks and basic snack will be good. Water should be served at least once an hour. Blankets for folks who might be cold.

Pros: "They had a pillow and blanket in my seat for my overnight flight and offered a full bottle of water upon boarding."
Cons: "My TV didn’t work - long flight to have no screen access."
Pros: "Flights were on time"
Cons: "Crews were rude, no free snacks, they even charge you for headphones"
Pros: "Price is lower than other airlines. Cabin crew service is usually good."
Cons: "If you have a seat at the front of the economy class cabin you have to go all the way aft to get to the toilets and galley, but at some point in the flight I was barred by a cabin crew member and told to go up front through the first class cabin. It would have been nice to know that option was available or required."
Pros: "the seat was comfortable, the cabin temp was perfect, and the views were incredible"
Cons: "Delays all over the place. My flights, other peoples flights. Did not meet one satisfied iceland air customer."

Terrible experience. Air canada is the worst and Kayak website is also not transparent.

This was a fraudulent transaction. Kayak was at fault for accepting a stolen credit card. Kayak needs to change their verification process.

As is pretty much the norm with Air Canada now, we left late from the gate (45 minutes late). This is my 12th flight with AC in the last 12 months and 10 of those flights were either late or cancelled. AC essentially has a monopoly in Canada so they have carte blanche to charge exorbitant rates now and give poor service, with no repercussions.

I did not like the fact that our bags went missing

A 2 hour delay because they couldn’t fit some oversized cargo in the small hold doors of an Embraer! Surely they know the sizes before attempting to load it?

It went well until they lost my baggage in Toronto. Bagging tracking stopped after my bag was unloaded in Toronto. My bag tag has been inactive since. I had over a 2 hour layover and there is no excuse for lost baggage with that time frame and only after one flight

-kayak did not give me advanced notice to my e-mail for my flight and I had major trouble finding the code to access Air Canada’s site because you did not provide it to me and incompetent Air Canada did not have any access based on my name alone. WTF -The flight was delayed twice. -They moved the boarding area -They said I would give free checked baggage because the plane was full and they charged me over $30 -They didn’t get my luggage on to the plane and left without it and I’m heading to a cruise ship. -I have lost one FULL day of my limited holiday and had to cancel scheduled events because my luggage did not get on the plane (even though the plane was delayed). -The “wheresmyluggage.com site is a total incompetent disaster that caused additional stress. -I will be sharing this experience

Plane was a Rouge vacation flyer for some reason. No legroom and entertainment. People were desperately looking for USB ports and such. And then there is this notorious and unsolved space problem where not all carry-on fits in the cabin….

They did not have any meal options left on the menu. Only snacks.

Mostly crew good and the flight was safe and comfortable but service was lacking. For an overnight flight of 8hrs 50 it took some two hours to get served a drink and dinner after take off. I asked for Laurent Perrier champagne and was brought Perrier water, which I queried and asked where was the champagne. No response. The issue came up again an hour later when dinner was starting to be served and I was asked whether I wanted another drink, when I reminded I was still waiting for my first champagne! Apologies ensued but dinner service was quite slow. For breakfast I never did get served the hot course! So - no complaints and compliments on the safety of the flight but service underwhelming (and I brought them candies!)

On boarding, I used the bathroom. There was dirt (perhaps food) on the bathroom floor, and the sink in the bathroom was overflowing (old dirty water in the sink). There was zero entertainment, no charging capabilities for phones, and there was no food. The only complimentary beverage was a cup of water. This is atrocious for a 4 hour international flight. British Airways should be embarassed!

I was unable to input the API information in online. I phoned and a member of staff input it for me, however when I went to check in online was told that I had not entered the API needed. It took 7 seperate calls to get all the information added. I added bags separately to booking the flights. When I went to check bags in at the airport and print the lable the machine kept telling me I didn't have bags, despite the online information telling me that I had. A helpful member of staff at Gatwick sorted and printed the lables.

Horrible experience! We sat in the plane at the gAte and had a delay of about 4 hours! Captain said it was due to the tug not being able to disengage from the aircraft . When we finally took off it was evident that we had missed out connection and tbough BA rebooked us on a later flight it caused us to miss an orientation meeting and dinner in Geneva. Once in the second flt from gatwick to Geneva we again were delayed( again sitting in the plane )for an hour after boarding waiting for apparently an air traffic problem to resolve. Another annoyance was paying seat fees twice to upgrade our seats towards the front of the plane to ensure overhead cabin space and were told at the gate they are boarding from the rear! This should be stated when making reservations!! On the first flight from Jfk there was a sick person on board snd they asked for assistance. For the rest I of the flight a person kAyed on the glue if the planes covered in blankets . Very unsettling to say the least!I have several flights booked with BA and I’m seriously rethinking this. Kathleen Ditta

Good flight. Was delayed, but that wasn’t a big deal. The crew were nice. Unfortunately the seats still recline, I had to ask the passenger in front of me to get her seat upright, as she made herself too comfortable and I was unable to move in my seat. EasyJet seats are fixed now to avoid such aggravation. About one third of the plane was empty, but when I checked in before departure, I was unable to change my seat without incurring expenses. That leaves a bitter taste in the mouth.

Awful flight. My pre-booked seat was given to a crew member and I was substituted with an awful seat next to the toilet. When I asked about it I was treated with contempt for daring to ask. Par for the course on BA at present.

Lounge access restricted due to capacity. Boarding long and free for all. Good crew service Food awful.

The seat pod in business class was dirty and had some white liquid in the food tray. The steward was perfunctory and the hot food was dry. There were lots of children crying as well and the parents could have used a little more help from the crew.

They didn’t serve my special order meal. And the “free internet” didn’t work

Me and my wife checked well before time. we were amongst the first to check in. When the flight landed in London our AirTag showed that the luggage is left behind at Toronto. We caught the onward flight and landed at Bangalore, India and are still waiting for delivery of the four pieces of checked in luggage.

My good choice had gone almost instantly. Obviously badly underestimated.
