Pros: Neriande (who issued the boarding passes & took checked bags) and her colleague At the check in desk were amazing - actually going behind the scenes to find a gate checked bag that had been wrongly named and was headed for Toronto when we were headed to LONDON GATWICK

Cons: Faulty weather radar on a stormy evening cancelled our WestJet PREMIUM ECONOMY flight. After deplaning and waiting for all passengers without checked bags to be rebooked, we eventually were on our way by car from LGA to JFK airport to meet a British Airways ECONOMY flight with only minutes to spare

Pros: staff on airline great

Cons: Lost my luggage hopefully I’ll get that tomorrow. Airline charged me 70 pounds for that. Staff at customer service were not helpful at all.

Pros: Comfort, friendliness and ease of travel with Westjet

Cons: Can't think of anything

Cons: Crew in London that checks our boarding pass and passports to let us on the plane was quite rude to my family. Crew inside the plane was great!

Pros: The international flights are great. Domestic flight was terrible.

Cons: The extra cost for luggage is excessive. It was $70 per bag Canadian going there and coming back it jumped to €60 per bag. Buyer beware they charge extra for everything! Domestic flights are mildly better than taking the bus. No inflight entertainment...you need to download the app and content too.

Pros: I fly coach so no the seat is not comfortable. However the crew, food, and entertainment were great.

Pros: I was traveling with my 11 month old daughter and everyone went out of their way to assist us and I didn't feel like a burden to them. When she was sleeping on my lap during the flight they even brought me my meal in portions so I didn't have a huge tray to balance over my baby.

Cons: People get shocked from the rush of air soon after they board and close their air knobs overhead. The cabin was filled with lots of new bodies that had different ordour and perfume that it was good to have a strong ventilation but due to the strong air flow... Perhaps tell ppl to keep it open.

Pros: Hi. I actually am glad that the company is following up because I was having a hard time finding an email to contact. I actually came to kayak to book my ticket for Friday to go to London however when I got to the airport it says it was for Monday. Because I had to be at London the next day for a wedding i had to buy another ticket for almost 1000. I also couldn’t contact u so I’m emailing now. I didn’t get on the plane for west jet because I am already in London. I also have a screen shot that shows me that my flight details were for Friday however another email shows me that it’s for Monday. Cons: We were an hour late boarding the flights. The chairs were also very uncomfortable and did not recline much; they were also so narrow.

Cons: To have known that you had to do security twice without leaving the boarding area.

Pros: Seats were pretty comfortable

Cons: Complete scam . Thought I was booking through kayak and was duplicitously sent to justfly.com which is a complete fraud.

Pros: The flight was not cancelled in spite of poor weather

Cons: Flight on tarmac for 2 hours after loading passengers no word regularly from pilots or anyone for a long time. Baggage loading and no accountability for huge delays for lost luggage containers? Who is the logistics team? This is not the first time westjet has provided poor service on their international flights. Training if ground staff onsystems is poor. He guest services at tronto openly claimed they did lot know how to operate certain screens for transactions.

Cons: Pre-ordered meals are costlier than those purchased on board. The crew explains it by saying that they give some extra food just before landing, in lieu of that but what they give is too meagre and its not the customers choice.

Pros: Crew were very caring. Seats were OK

Pros: The crew was wonderful. Boarding was orderly and there was enough overhead space on this full flight. Even though the flight left later than schedule it was not a terrible delay. The overall experience was the opposite of my last flight on West Jet.
