Pros: Seats and crew in Premium Enonomy were great

Cons: Dinner was nice, but breakfast was lackluster at best - cold slice of banana bread was all we got after 6+ hours of flying! Also, I had a 60 minute layover in Toronto which is considered "legal", but I had to dash through the airport to make the flight and my luggage did not make it at all (and was not delivered to me until 38 hours after I landed in LHR). Would recommend NOT considering an hour ample time for a layover in Toronto going US to UK.

Pros: Seats in Dreamliner have a small pitch. The plane itself is awesome, crew is ok, food’s traditionally horrible.

Cons: 1h30 delay once boarded The braeckfast which un fact consisted un only à slice of banana cake.

Pros: I made the connection. I got to London on time,so did my luggage! The people with Air Canada are GREAT.

Cons: I flew Air Canada the whole way. I checked in HOURS ahead of time. The first leg was delayed, but I made the second connection only to find that we had been "off loaded" which meant that even though we were on all the correct flights, we couldn't sit together anymore. We were put on the flight and all worked out, but I was not pleased!

Pros: We were the only customers in business class, which was nice. Lots of attention from the crew, and food was good.

Cons: Ummm, THAT was "business class"? Same seats as economy, with middle seat blocked off. Limited recline, no entertainment, no comfort seats. Nice meal, nice drinks, nice service...but I'm a little stunned that a European airline would call this kind of seating "business class". Only thing that separated it from economy class was a curtain, and middle seats blocked off.

Cons: Very cramped seating, the 5 hour layover in Frankfort was rough, When we landed after 9 hours I wanted to use the restroom and the stewardess said we had to exit the plane immediately

Pros: Young crew, with positive attitude and very kind and helpful.

Cons: Plane is super old and outdated. Comfort seat is not, comfortable, very tight. TV screen is not good quality, with the old controls on a handset. No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good.

Pros: Food was great, movie selection too. Everything was great except for I couldn’t really get comfortable to sleep

Cons: Not sure how to make the seats more comfortable. I have some back issues though. However, some of my travel companions slept right through the flight.

Pros: 15 years ago I told myself not to fly Delta anymore. But these 2 flights Detroit to Amsterdam and back changed my mind. I enjoyed the flight very much and I'm looking forward to the next one.

Pros: Touch screens seemed to work for everyone else, good selection, flights were on time.

Cons: A bit cramped and they didn't dim the lights very much despite telling us they were for an overnight flight, my touch screen wasn't working properly, have to pay for a sleep kit, meal would've been better served as breakfast instead they served us dinner at 11pm.

Cons: Many people bring the own headphones these days, but I didn't and provided phones were so-so, volume on touch screen was jumpy too,

Cons: Storage space should be made available beside the seats , especially during take-off and landing. There is none right now , and that's in Business class.

Cons: Boarding was really uncomfortable - line starts at one floor and then you have to slowly climb the stairs one step at a time while holding your carry on bag. Line move slowly because of required security questioning at the gate. It’s an absolutely normal procedure and staff was really nice, but stairs - that’s what make your experience unpleasant.

Pros: The crew was very nice.

Cons: I think the airline should offer something to eat on these long flights. For example, a small sandwich & a drink.

Cons: The seats are too hard to sit in for more than an hour or two, and would sometimes not stay reclined. There were no free snacks or food, and it was a five hour flight.

Cons: Disgusted that baggage wasn't included in the ticket price. I've taken the route 6 times, and this is the first time baggage wasn't included in my ticket. Seats were very small and cramped, with very little room. Not enough space in the overhead lockers for baggage which made cramped seats even more cramped. The TV didn't work either so was a long flight with little entertainment.

Pros: The flight was without a hitch. One of the washroom in the plane was out of service but it was a non-issue. My vegetarian meal was the same from my departure flight but still ok. The mac and cheese for kids meal was also not bad. Entertainment was also good. There were a lot of choices for all ages.

Cons: We waited for a few minutes at the corridor for the shuttle to take us to the plane. Maybe there was only 1 shuttle instead of 2 to take the passengers.

Pros: Hi. I actually am glad that the company is following up because I was having a hard time finding an email to contact. I actually came to kayak to book my ticket for Friday to go to London however when I got to the airport it says it was for Monday. Because I had to be at London the next day for a wedding i had to buy another ticket for almost 1000. I also couldn’t contact u so I’m emailing now. I didn’t get on the plane for west jet because I am already in London. I also have a screen shot that shows me that my flight details were for Friday however another email shows me that it’s for Monday. Cons: Our original flight was cancelled due to WestJet reasons (plane was not safe to fly) the following evening the flight was supposed to depart at 7pm we didn’t take off until 10:37 pm causing an arrival of 940AM into London instead of 7:23AM primarily because the crew they chose for this new flight was coming from Montreal so we had to wait for them to arrive.

Pros: Boarding was easy, crew was pretty friendly and we reached London an hour early which was brilliant.

Cons: Maybe let us know in advance that there's no TV's in the plane, or meals. Leg room for someone who's 6'4" is non existent, especially when the person in front of you puts their seat back.

Pros: That I got to visit a place as mystical as Iceland for such a low and affordable flight. My departure flight with Iceland Air was on time and although the return was a bit tardy the company did an excellent job with being transparent.

Cons: The flight crew could have been a bit more polite

Cons: Seating was very cramped, I am not a big person, neither was my neighbour, but we had to get very cosy rubbing arms at all moments of the flight. I had a seat support at my feet, so there was nowhere to put my briefcase under the seat in front of me. I needed an evening meal, but also needed to try to sleep, by the time the meal was served, we were half way into the flight with little time left to sleep. Please provide pillows on these flights, my back was very uncomfortable.

Cons: Our flight seemed to have only 1 toilet at the back of the plane that passengers were allowed to use so there was always a line. There was a second toilet in the crew area at the back and it seemed that they could have offered passengers to use that.

Cons: Opodo messed up my booking. I reached the airport only to find out that the booking was cancelled by Opodo though I received an email from Opodo 24 hours before advising me to check in on the flight. As I was busy with some construction work at home I thought I would check in at the airport. Opodo advisors were not helpful on the phone and I ended up missing a family get together due to their incompatibility.

Cons: The check in in the web site was not working the previous day. The check in at the airport in rome was hoorible... 1 hour and 20 minutes on line to be able to check in. Only two clercks workig in a very croded space .

Cons: Plane late due to electrical failure. Manchester airport, stuck on bus because driver couldn't open the door.

Pros: The crew was good with the equipment they have. The aisle is to narrow to walk down normally. To use the wc it is almost impossible with the cart in the aisle and other passengers . I am tall and the seats are cramped and not enough space between them.

Cons: Our flight going down was 1.5 hrs late departing... Mechanical and over an hour late returning.....another mechanical .

Cons: 3 hours delayed. Left at 1am. The lights were left on throughout the flight. This combined with limited space and constant interruptions made it impossible to sleep on this red eye. Food is nice but why serve dinner at 4am?

Cons: Kids running up and down isle stewards just walking past. Never made announcement for boarding. Worst flight ever.

Pros: There wasn’t much to like. One of the crew members stood out by being helpful; his colleagues were bureaucratic and disengaged.

Cons: This was a BA flight. Food in T3 in toronto was a disgrace, and the whole lounge experience was poor. The sleeping arrangements in business class had no privacy; the food onboard was mediocre. The Air CANADA flight on the same route is far better in every respect.
