Whatever you do - do NOT go anywhere near the cheapy airlines - BA & Air Canada are both decent albeit the seats in economy are painfully basic

the lounge is nice. Although the crew at check in will say there are no showers, there are! Check the board for delays

Flights to London UK out of Toronto are half the cost of flights from Detroit
