The best way to travel a long intercontinental flight. Staff are kind, polite and welcoming. Passengers experience a comfortable low stress environment, Customers feel they are well cared for by a highly trained and professional staff. I will shout from the rooftops when I get back home, "Japan Air is the way to go!"
Cons: "I received a scam ticket. I could not board and had to use another airline and flight website to find another ticket."

Delayed 30 mins but to final destination so I didn't miss a connecting flight like I did on the initial journey that added over 12 hours to my trip.
I was handled by some very rude CSA's in DFW. I was forced to check my carry-on as I was flying economy. You are now allowed only 10 kg total on all carry-on items. As my carry-on was 10 kg, and my backpack was 2 kg, I was made to check my luggage. I find this procedure unfair, as many other passengers in economy CLEARLY had more than 10 kgs. If KA insists this is their policy, then it should be enforced uniformly for everyone. TO INCLUDE Business and First Class. They are allowed 18 kg now. From my perspective....absolutely ridiculous. This was the first time in over 35 years I have been made to check my carry-on. I am EXTREMELY disappointed 😞
Customer service is not a top priority from boarding to while on flight, was belittled on boarding Some staff speak english at almost a 0% fluency
2 hour connection time in Seoul to make plane to Bangkok. Giant security lineup. Lots of worry over making flight reduced joy of flying via KE/Incheon. This was a repeat of my flight in Nov 2022, so apparently is the new normal for KE. Flight was boarding after I was forced to jog what seemed to be 2 miles from security to my departure gate. Please fix this. I still cannot understand that if you have already been screened in Canada for dangerous items, and there is no opportunity to obtain any between one plane and the next, why you should be screened AGAIN.
Flight was on time and the crew was very attentive ,friendly and helpful

Again the ANA flight was canceled. Rebooking with Vietnam air was not good. Vietnam air is sub standard. Will not use a third party booking, like kayak again.
Online check-in wasn't available. Boarding was smooth. Entertainment control panel froze during flight and wifi was never available for purchase. The food was very mediocre and the plane was filthy even in the business class seat with lots of different people's hair on the floor and generally visibly dirty in the nooks around the seat! Business class seats are also tiny. United Business class is very low quality compared to ANA or Emirates Business which are far better.

Cons: "I hated everything about this 8 hour flight. Going to and coming from Toyko. The seats were EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I had to keep adjusting my body because my lower back was in so much pain. I ordered a kosher meal for both my sister and I but they only bought it for her. When I asked where was mine they said they didn’t see my name when I was the one who bought the tickets. It was extremely frustrating. I will never fly on this airline again."

The ride was comfy and crew members were nice. Really appreciate the option of the airport shuttle for passengers from near by states (NJ & PA) by EVA.

Overall emirates continues to amaze me with their. Awesome service . I had shifted away from emirates , because I lost luggage and watch in emirates in 2019 that drifted me away from this airline , but I am willing to give it try

For such a long flight I feel the spacing of seats could’ve been better to make it more comfortable for passengers. Very little space to move & stretch legs.

Cons: "This is the second time I have flown the AirBus 380. If you can make sure that you fly this airplane. Even in coach, there is ample leg room and comfort. The flight crew was very attentive and prompt in their service to passengers."
Cons: "This company í overrated. Obvious lack of organization in the boarding process that led to a late departure. Not a sympathetic crew, which had to be reminded the protocols (upright seats before take off) while being inflexible on other things. Chaotic food service. Average entertainment."
