Comfortable seats, very friendly staff.
The plane was new enough and clean, the food was modest but good, snacks were generous and tasty, but what sets ANA apart is the attentiveness, courtesy, and thoughtfulness of the crew. I used to fly Singapore Airlines often and felt this way about them, but in recent years I’ve noticed a fall off in service. ANA has maintained or even raised their standards of service.
The food good but not great. But...it’s airplane food.
Wifi is a rip off. I bought 1 hour of wifi and didnt last for 1 minute. Really hoping that i can get a refund for it
Solid service, high level of comfort and an overall rewarding experience. I am quite satisfied with Ana and am looking forward to flying with them again next year.

The crew, the flight, the pilot to cabin communications, the food, USB hookup, and the movie selection was amazing. I am so happy that I flew Japan Airlines on my return trip. I would highly recommend them for your travels.
My original flight was late and pushed my entire schedule back. I had 15 minutes to deplane and get to my connecting flight. This caused a lot of stress on me however, the Japan airlones Crew escorted me (we ran as fast as we could) to my next flight so that I wouldn’t miss it. I boarded with 1 minute to spare which is way too close for my comfort.
I’m flying internationa flight but, I can’t get enough or right answer from my question due to Luck of english language. I’m not perfect when it come to this language but I can communicate properly.
The crew was very rude, I was told I had to store my purse, the person next to me wouldn't store the carry on baggage, I needed to take scheduled medicine in flight, I couldn't as my purse was stowed. I was delayed for over and hour and a half after arriving. I had to stop and eat in the airport. With chronic health issues addressed this way I will probably not use United again.
Flight was on time and I received my checked baggage.
Seat was uncomfortable due to insufficient foot space. All (about 6) overhead bins in the rear of the aircraft were full because crew stored “essential equipment” in them. Crew was not professional. After takeoff they never came around to see if anyone needed anything and not even a glass of water was offered for the entire flight. They didn’t even ensure that everyone wore seatbelts on landing - woman next to me was stretched out hugging her companion while landing wilth unbuckled seatbelt. Entertainment screen did not wirk properly.
Boarding was organized and prompt. Crew was fantastic.
Flight was to short.
The cabin was way too cold. Audio beeps (fasten seat belts) are too loud
I was booted off my flight and then got rerouted on 4 different planes...IAD to London, to Geneva to Zurich to Barcelona. Got to Barcelona and my bag was missing. It was a nightmare.
