If you are taking a carry-on, Porter offers a great service where before you board the plane they have Porter Gate service where they will take your carry-on and when you arrive at your destination your carry-on will be waiting for you outside the plane. So you do not have to worry about the overhead and not having space.

People should go to airport at least 90 minutes before the boarding. The security check in the Montreal airport is slow and the lines are long. We were only in the domestic flights terminal. There are a lot of cafe you can buy food after security check, but very limited number of shops there. The lounge in the Montreal airport for domestic flights - business class serves hot breakfast, which is good, but nothing special. We received our suitcases in Vancouver very fast and even faster got on taxi. Great job.

I really enjoyed the delicious food and the delicious breakfast; I also liked the seat—it was very comfortable—and the service was absolutely wonderful. The trip was smooth.

The food was awful. It had more than 2 hours delay. It was too expensive

They are offering less and less for more and more. They changed our seat that we paid extra to select at the last minute. The seats are way too narrow and my elbows went numb.

My original flight was canceled the day before due to mechanical issues. I had to rebook and spend $129 for a night at the airport Comfort Inn.
