Delta for comfort and entertainment. I have to say, Air Canada is in my top 2 or 3 of airlines. The negative was lack of entertainment. Because my flights were short (under 3 hours), I couldn't partake in food, so no experience. This was my first time and I would go Air Canada again.

People should go to airport at least 90 minutes before the boarding. The security check in the Montreal airport is slow and the lines are long. We were only in the domestic flights terminal. There are a lot of cafe you can buy food after security check, but very limited number of shops there. The lounge in the Montreal airport for domestic flights - business class serves hot breakfast, which is good, but nothing special. We received our suitcases in Vancouver very fast and even faster got on taxi. Great job.

Just kinda of a bus ride … we could do better. Delay in the flight :(

My experience was poor with customer Services. Please consider flexibility with cancellation due to emergency health condition. Thank you.

Terrible. Flight was delayed for hours and we ended up arriving at our home at 4am after 20+ hours flying.

Disappointed my flight was delayed to TO as i had a connection to make. Ran through the airport I made my flight but I initially had 1.5 hours to connect. Unnecessary stress!

From my experience, I see there is room for a greater mixture of cultures, for example, a mix of the nationality of cabin crews, food, music, food, etc.

Flight was cancelled around 45 -1hr minutes before scheduled take off time due to mechanical issues we hadn’t even boarded yet. Had to reroute to Orlando so someone had to drive 2 1/2 to come and get me… the alternative was go through Toronto and get a later flight which didn’t work for my schedule. The flight attendants barely gave anyone a smile…not the same as flying when a client/passenger was important. Very disappointed. By the way I have never ever made a complaint online about any company with feedback…even when I probably should have. The only good experience was the boarding desk associates who were very professional and got me on another flight with my checked bags…very nice team.

Actually as my experience with air Canada from Canada to Newark it was crazy for me because it was a lot of delays which for me it shouldn’t be like that, but I was able to coup with it so that was my experience I hope next time they will do good on that thanks.

It was fine. There were a couple of mechanical delays prior to takeoff but it was overall a quick and pleasant flight.
