A day after I perches a multi destination tickets I called Swiss air costumer service requesting to upgrade my tickets to business class. no one would even try to help me. They just kept saying I need to contact my travel agent. After 3 phone calls I gave up and decided to wait and upgrade my ticket at the airport. 2. In Prague the night before my second flight I hurt my knee real bad to a point that I couldn't walk at all. The next morning I call Swiss air costumer service again trying to explain them my situation telling them I can't fly and won't be able to make it to my flight. Costumer service cancelled immediately all of my remaining tickets and try to sell me new tickets for a full price. I said I don't mind buy and pay for the one flight I missed but there is no reason for her to re sell me the rest of my tickets that I already paid for, again. Then she start to change prices up and down like in a Chinese flea market. At that point I begged her to talk to a supervisor but she Kept ignoring my request and just try to negotiat for a lower charg she kept me on the phone for 5 hours. My hotel phone bill for that one call cost me 150€. I never got to talk to a supervisor but she took down the charge to 517$ Not included a new ticket flying out of Prague. 3. For my last flight going home. I showed up 2.5 hours Earlier. asking to upgrade my sit to business fin desk send me to talk to asupervisor. The supervisor was trying to process my request but didn't seem to know what he was doing at all. One minute he was on his computer then the next minute on the phone with Swiss air headquarter then back on his computer for more then 35 minutes with no resolute. I still had an hour and half before take off when he told me he can print me the ticket but it's to late now since the gate for my flight is close and I already missed my flight. I said that's impossible cause I still have an hour and half to my flight but he insist on the gate been close and there is no way I can get on that flight. Right away I run back to front desk asking them to print my ticket as fast as possible cause I would really like to get on that flight. In front desk they told me not to worry cause I got plenty of time to get on that flight. So I gave up on the business upgrade and told them that at that point I'll be just as happy to sit by the window. Of course they put me on the very end exactly in the middle. After the door was locked I looked around and saw plenty of free sits available including by the window. 4. In Zurich I finally managed to upgrade my last flight coming back to Tampa fl to business and noticed that the only way they could do that was by contacting Swiss air headquarter for approval. When I asked why is that since I fly a lot and never seen anything like that before one of the lady's there told how Swiss air left all of their front desk powerless and all decisions must be made by headquarters."

But thankfully, lady who works for American Airlines solved my problem on the phone in couple of minutes easily. After that, when we were boarding to the aircraft, there was a cabin attendant lady. She came to us and ask me and my mother if we can talk English.I answered her with yes we can, but she demands to talk with my mother. And English is not her native language, but it doesn't prove that she doesn't know it. She tried to ask questions to her like, "where were you today?" so we couldn't really understand the reason for her to ask those questions in the first place. So we couldn't really say anything. While we were talking about my mother's English, the all aircraft was watching us, and trying to figure out what was going on. After all, she made us to sit there and wait her to replace us with other passengers. We waited the whole aircraft to be seated, then she took us to another seat with my mother. I can understand that it is her job but I'm not sure, if it had to be that much discomfort. We got pretty upset about it and it affects our flight quality. Plus, while cabin crew serving beverages, they didn't really ask us anything. We needed to call them for our order. To be honest, I would never flight with Delta. It was a disappointment."

Waited 7 hours at the airport and now I have no way to locate my luggages because they were checked with tags to a flight that was delayed twice and then canceled last minute. I was told my luggages would be routed to my final destination but they’re not here .

Cons: "Boarding was poor. Did not board back of aircraft first like Lufthansa does on other flights. Felt sardined almost because of a full flight"
Pros: "Although clearly an older plane, it was clean. Gate personnel re-assigned me to a seat in a row with no-one in it."
Cons: "The gate of departure moved twice before departure. The last change was to a completely different building. Apparently the equipment was changed and I did not learn that I would need a seat re-assignment until I scanned my boarding pass during boarding. (However, the gate agent was quick to accommodate)."
Pros: "Service, food, and entertainment was great!"
Cons: "There were no Lufthansa representatives in Frankfurt airport upon my arrival. Also my connecting flight wasn't showing on electronic board. I had to get WiFi connection in order to get any info. I was very unhappy about it ."

Pros: "The entertainment options were great, The plane was very clean and the bathrooms was HUGE!"
Cons: "uncomfortable seat, off set from the seat in front of me so my entertainment screen was at an odd angle to watch. Food was ok but they had a sauce on the chicken that was not very appetizing. It actually made my wife sick and lets just say she did not keep her dinner. Also, I asked for a scotch after take off and it was a small shot and after dinner I asked for another and it was just a whisper. It did not even cover one ice cube. It would have been nice to get at least a full shot."
Cons: "The passenger behaind, was a tall guy. All the 7 hours flight i had to fight him to allow me puting my back sest dowm on his hearting legs. Why didnt hay extra and seat where it fits his size?"

Cons: "We waited over an hour for two people to board the plane. After we waited, the couple didn't make it past security; so, we had to wait another 20 minutes for the company to take their luggage off of the plane. I was late checking into my hotel, which was in the process of being canceled."

Cons: "I have no idea why they would book this flight for a connection to Chicago. They only gave me an hour window for connecting and with the plane delayed 30 minutes I had to rush through and skip everyone in like at passport check and made it just as the were boarding my connection."

She was very pleasant and attentive, and truly loved her job but not over the top. My friend and I were super impressed by the service of everyone but especially her. The snacks were also a very nice touch. Great prices and deals on flights"

You'd think that because we're traveling on one airline with two legs, there'd be some communication between flights that passengers on the first delayed flight are going to misconnect on their second flight. Had an eerie likeliness of Spirit, which we all know is just not a real airline. not sure if I would fly again if that is the general perception of Porter airlines. I could care less about comfort as long as I get to where I am going on time, which I did not."
Pros: "Johnathan at the gate was very informative and gave us information. But it was very obvious how unorganized the company is run."
Cons: "We were delayed going from Newark to Montreal (both legs), as well as Montreal to Newark. The reason given for the delays was "there is an international pilot shortage" by a Porter gate women, meaning that Porter books more flights then it has hired Pilots. Probbaly one of the most unorganized and unprofessional business models in the industry. The lounge does not even have food for purchase, the refrigerator shelves are empty and no where to go get food. Has been an awful experience."
Cons: "Flight was delayed for six hours causing many customers to miss connecting flights, customers were rudely handled. Porter staff were extremely unhelpful. Customers were verbally attacked when asking for help and several walked away in tears."

Cons: "It was hard to hear the employee shouting out which rows were able to board. We couldn't get close enough to hear and they didn't have a microphone or loud speaker. The flight attendant who was working our flight was very abrasive and rude. We were asking if there was any additional bag storage and she said she didn't have time to help us."

Return journey, (Montreal to Newark via Toronto) the connecting flight was delayed by an hour. In general, on-flight food could be more substantial, considering the time between Newark and Montreal."
