Pros: "Free open seats"
Cons: "Opd plane. USB ports only in Comfort Plus and above"
Pros: "Preflight announcement on smart bags. Beverage servive god. Snack could be more than 2 cookies."
Cons: "2 flights need more than 2 cookies."
Pros: "Staff was great and service friendly. The flight attendants were truly exceptional."
Pros: "Good flight. Nice staff."
Cons: "Old plane with obviously dated cabin, questionable cleanliness, smaller than average seats. Short flight without beverage service (understandably so)"
Cons: "SeAts too close to each other. The girl next to me kept hitting me with her elbow the whole time."
Cons: "I missed my outbound flight from Chicago to Dallas, and although I called to inform Delta, my return trip was cancelled and i did not find out until the day of my return to Chicago. When I called Delta to figure out what was going on, I was put on hold for two and a half hours. I'm not giving the flight a bad review, since I never got on the plane, but I'm disappointed with the accuracy and care for customers that I've experienced with Delta service. Delta was the first company I've ever flown with when I first started travelling when I was twelve years old, and it is unfortunate that I will probably never book with Delta again."
Pros: "I've done many flights this distance, and just take for granted that there will be entertainment. There wasn't."
Pros: "Unfortunately there were unavoidable delays due to weather but the staff gave regular updates and were very honest. Also, they brought out food and drinks for people bc they knew people wouldn't feel comfortable leaving the gate in case of changes. Staff handled the whole situation very well."
Pros: "Flight was late, crew didn't do anything to expedite boarding and it took the longest I have ever seen to board a plane."
Cons: "Boarding process was slow and chaotic"
Pros: "The check-in process was very easy and friendly. The flight attendants seemed nicer than other airlines."
Cons: "Service is awful, they cancelled a flight and they reserved the wrong flight so we couldn't get to the destination. Had to change airline and extend our flight by 9 hours with our baby. Horrrrrrible experience. Staff didn't seem to care. They put everything on their supervisor and she tried to help"
Cons: "After landing, we were waiting on the tarmac for sometime and I needed to use the restroom I was an allowed to do so. It would’ve taken me a short short time. I went to The rear of the plane to use the restroom and was told to get in my seat."
Cons: "From Vancouver to Los Angeles no screen seats no Entertainment"
Pros: "I liked the complementary beverages and snacks."
Cons: "It would have been nice to be able to access entertainment withou t having to download an app and having a cell phone."
Pros: "Crew was good, flight itself was smooth and uneventful"
Cons: "Plane was full and very cramped. I am a small person and felt uncomfortable! A crying baby the entire trip and a screaming grade-schoolers who’s parents ( or crew) never told her to please stop screaming. A big headache when I arrived in LA. It felt like a 6 hour flight!"
Pros: "I liked the price for my flight however I booked using my AirMiles."
Cons: "I have travel with WestJet many times is the past and had nothing but good to say. This was my first time using WestJet Encore and was totally shocked and disappointed. The flight crew i found to be very rude with and had an attitude. The biggest shock was the greetings and all announcements were in English accept the safety rules where the pre-recorded tape was played. If asked about the return flight from Halifax to Montreal, one word to describe it "disaster". I was totally turned off with WestJet. I will for sure continue using Porter as I was always pleased with there service. As they say "you get what you pay for"."
Pros: "Westjet team is fast, nice and solve issues in one call. I have had very good experiences with westjet! Thank you!"
Cons: "Today in Montreal during boarding the lady coordinating did not give priority to people with children. We were at leastthree families - we were all upset with the situation. However as I have had very good experiences with west jet I consider this an isolated issue."
Pros: "Smooth flight, staff are all friendly! Overall a great trip!"
Cons: "Food and entertainment require extra charge, although I understand that it is standard for short trips and smaller planes."
Cons: "To have known that you had to do security twice without leaving the boarding area."
Pros: "The crew was great."
Cons: "The seat space was very narrow for an international flight."
Pros: "Crew amazing. Passengers great"
Cons: "Seats are way too small. Aisles way too tight. Recent acquisition by air Canada must improve passenger comfort."
Pros: "Air Transat provide excellent service with affordable prices. I have arrived late to check-in desk due to unexpected traffic but Air Transat team was very supportive, even helped us to cross the customs in no-time until the gate of the plane without interrupting the flight time. Highly Recommended."
Pros: "Loved the extra leg room."
Cons: "Food was horrible, had two bites and didn’t eat the rest."
Pros: "There was not much to like... we boarded quickly that was about it."
Cons: "For starters, they should offer water and juice on all flights. On my outbound trip they only offered water and it took them a long time to offer the water. Also, on my inbound trip they turned on the lights after take off and had them on for a while. Seats are also SMALL."
Pros: "Price"
Cons: "It took almost an hour from landing for our luggage to make it to the belt. For a domestic flight, this is really poor."
Pros: "Crew was kind and attentive. Boarding was efficient."
Cons: "Smallest seats I've been in in a while. Very poor on board entertainment (one 10" screen for every 4 rows, damaged audio ports, annoying movie choices). Very limited cabin storage."
Pros: "It left fairly promptly. Service was efficient. The seat was comfortable."
Cons: "flight was delayed in both directions; very few announcements; the crew were ok, but there was not much service in the hour we waited foe the plane to take off and during the flight"

The attendants were pleasant. Getting on board erratic. No one knew where to board. Last minute gate changes.

The ground crew win Montreal was clueless with regards to handling any type of mobility assistance device. Food was terrible with very poor choice in premium economy. Once again with Air Canada, the TV screens were not workibg the entire flight.

Not easy to checkin Took too long and too many questions to checkin

Rude flight attendants. I was overcharged for our food and beverage order.

Cons: "The plane didn’t have water in the bathrooms in the back of the plane so we had to use wet wipes to clean our hands afterwards. Entertainment system was slow. No complementary meals offered even though it was an international flight."
Cons: "Food and entertainment were lousy. There was dried barf on the wall, the audio jack and screen were broken, no salads were delivered to the plane that day. WHAT???"
Cons: "Entertainment system issues throughout the entire aircraft. The audio jacks in my entire row were inoperable."
Pros: "Everything was perfect on the flight. The service, the food and the crew."
Cons: "Seats are a bit small. Not very comfortable and touch screen of entertainment system was slow."
Pros: "The staff were very friendly and professional. The trip to the Maple Leaf Lounge always a great experience!"
Cons: "For a business class ticket, the food was not the best. There was no service of any kind until we got in the air. Most airlines in business class will at least give you a drink while u are waiting for everyone else to board."
Pros: "the pilot did a great job. the crew was nice."
Cons: "It was interesting to me that the plane used for a 4 hour flight (this one) was smaller than a plane used for a 1hr flight. I was uncomfortable the entire time. this was a redeye flight, departing at midnight. the cabin lights stayed on for the first hour making it impossible to dose off. we were given a 'snack' of a disgusting chicken wrap slathered in mayo. it was inedible. oh, and accompanied by a large kitkat bar. I mean. Who came up with this combo? there were no screens, no in flight entertainment unless you wanted to run down your phone battery or rent an ipad for $10. I was truly disappointed."
Pros: "Very organized"
Cons: "No issues, I found value for the amount I paid for my flight"
Cons: "Service for people not able to sleep on the long haul"
Cons: "Can’t charge devices. Have to pay for watching movies. Pay for suitcase!"
Pros: "Short flight, nothing to do with airline"
Cons: "Boarding was annoying and employees were rude. Had just gotten off of a connecting United flight and one of the employees barked at me that my carry on was too big and I had to close extra zipper even though I had no issues in the United flight I had just gotten off of......... I was starving and didn’t get a chance to grab food due to short layover time. We took a while to take off. We’re supposed to leave at 4:15 and left closer to 5pm. Then when we were on the air, flight attendants took a while to provide the snacks and water and they didn’t even get around to our row before they had to sit down for touch down. Smh. Terrible and thoughtless. Seats were uncomfortable and very little leg space. Entertainment only works if you’re able to download their app and of course no free WiFi because airlines want to force you to spend more money after you’ve spent a large amount to fly to your destination."
Pros: "Flight was on time. Everything went smooth for being in coach."
Cons: "One member of the crew was rude, advise if you dislike your job quit and find another!"
Pros: "The flight was delayed, but once I got on I had a great flight!"
Cons: "It would have been helpful if hanging a garment bag were available, which was the case on my return flights to DC on American Airlines."
Pros: "It was my first time flying United Airlines and I was satisfied with the service. I would definitely recommend this airline. Everyone was very courteous and available to answer questions."
Cons: "I've never flown with this company before this trip and there's a lot that I learned: 1) Expect cancelled or delayed flights 2) Do not expect any form of compensation for lost time (unless you are aggressive and demand it, but I'm not good at being mean) 3) Do not expect friendly costumer service 4) Flight >5 hours, only expect 1 drink 5) Do not expect your Gate listed on your ticket to be correct. Always check the airport TVs, since they don't announce gate changes at your terminal. 6) You will have plenty of miserable stories to share with your fellow miserable airplane companions. 7) Just don't do it. Save yourself travel stress and go with another airline. 8) I'm not kidding... I was stranded in an airport for 11.5 hours, and lost 1 full day of my vacation due to 2 cancellations."
