Cons: A solution to the seat problem. If the seat only reclined 1/2 the distance they do now, the flight would be enjoyable.

Cons: Nada, I slept through this leg and the staff let me be.

Pros: Everything from the crew being super accomodating and friendly to the comfort and taste of the food was delicious.

Cons: Late departure as YVR would not allow us to land due to weather. Late arrival as YVR would not allow us to land as too many flights in the pattern.

Cons: We were on the runway for one hour and Calgary was not notified so we could not make our connecting flight even though room on the plane. On the flight an hour later we were on the plane for three hours but the weather prevented takeoff. Now we are sleeping in the airport until 6 am. So I think communication needs to be improved

Cons: Last minute plane change due to incomplete repairs was a bummer, but I appreciate that they caught the issue before we took off

Cons: Passenger behind us allowed 2 children to misbehave for the entire flight. Parent rammed our seats many times. Upon leaving they physically assaulted my daughter.

Pros: Customer service at the Denver made my scheduled 18 hr itinerary from STL to PDX via Denver a mere 7 hour one. That saved me so much money in dining out and hotel rooms that I can’t thank them enough.

Cons: The food choices weren’t great on the Denver to PDX flight but that’s usually how it is.

Pros: Friendly, professional crew, free meal and drinks onboard.

Cons: The check in email I received suggested I download an app to access in flight entertainment. When I followed the link it stated that the app was not available for my location (at the time Sao Miguel). When I tried to use the SATA onboard app I’d previously downloaded it wouldn’t work. I don’t mind not having entertainment provided by the airline as I have access to downloads from a streaming service but it is frustrating to be told a service is available and then have it not work. Mobile boarding passes would be convenient.

Pros: A quick, quiet and relaxing flight - no stress at all. The flight was uneventful. My carry on bag had to be stored in the bottom of the aircraft as the overhead lockers in the aircraft are small. As such - just before you board the aircraft, you place your carryon bag at the bottom of the steps and then when you get off at your destination, you collect your carry on bag at the bottom of the steps - no time wasted and worked easily.

Cons: The English announcements were a little hard to hear/understand as the flight attendant read it so fast - but then again - it was a short flight - so every second counts :-)

Cons: Not having to wait in the hot line. It is terrible that you cannot pick any seat if you buy economy. And the economy seats are tiny!!! The rate for checking in baggage is more expensive than other airlines. Food was terrible: both for dinner and breakfast had plane awful sandwiches . Not traveling iberia again

Cons: The extra cost for luggage is excessive. It was $70 per bag Canadian going there and coming back it jumped to €60 per bag. Buyer beware they charge extra for everything! Domestic flights are mildly better than taking the bus. No inflight entertainment...you need to download the app and content too.

Cons: My sister’s checked in luggage was in poor shape when we got it in Albany. We noticed an outside compartment was unzipped. So we checked to see if anything was missing and a souvenir from Mexico was gone. Then we realized a zipper was missing from the luggage and then decided to check all the other compartments and realized her bag of jewelry was gone. The woman at baggage services in Albany told us Delta is not responsible for lost belongings. Also tried to tell us theft is not an issue because there are cameras everywhere. Well you are telling someone that is missing a bag of jewelry that theft is not a problem. Also, there may be cameras everywhere but I doubt anyone is going to review those cameras to see what happened. I will never fly Delta again.

Pros: getting off flight they didn't tell me at gate checkin that I needed a specific tag to receive my double stroller at the gate upon arrival to yyz. so I arrived with my twins and all our stuff to have to carry one of them and deal with all kinds of trouble until we wereat luggage pickup. Cons: when gate checking strollers be more clear - I was travelling alone with twin 4 year olds ... to have to carry all the carry on luggage and deal with kids who are tired having the stroller after the flight at the gate would have been extra helpful which w=is what I had intended
