The airport shuttle is less than reliable
The front desk and concierge staff were excellent!! The concierge worked hard to find us dinner reservations for Christmas Eve and Christmas. Very, very good. The restaurant had an excellent breakfast. Taxis were always available and the staff, who spoke excellent English, helped make sure the drivers knew where we wanted to go. And when it rained the staff furnished us with umbrellas.
The bar staff was okay but not outstanding. I was rather surprised at the limited hours of the restaurant for lunch and dinner. Dinner was okay but not as good as the breakfast.
The reservation staff was very accommodating. I arrived at the hotel at 10 am and I was allowed to check it at that time. My room was very spacious and include all the amenities that I needed. The hotel was very close to the airport and they offered free shuttle. I will definitely stay here again.
VERY convenient to the airport for a 5:30 a.m. flight. Walked out, got in taxi at 3:30 a.m. and off we went. Nice.
Shuttle worked one way nicely
Christmas Day evening no shuttle available at 22:30, taxi cost €10. But shuttle next morning was great.
Excellent if you want to see Sporting game
location, shuttle, breakfast, room, service
nothing, all was great
A friend and I stayed here for a night while on a long layover in Lisbon. The hotel had clean, comfortable, and gorgeous rooms with nice amenities and responsive staff. It's was close to both the airport and the Metro, so it was very easy to get around.
Good hotel for airport stayover
Very convenient to airport. Nice, large rooms(esp by European standards).
High cost of food and drinks in bar.
Upgraded for free to an amazing suite. You are right on a park near the university but could throw a ball over to the airport. Very comfortable! Free wifi. Paid parking though.
Convenience to airport.
Bathroom was not perfectly clean. Restaurant food was average. Checkout clerk did not give me a receipt.
the room was comfortably spacious, with a round table and chairs for eating or relaxing and a desk area for working. Everything was clean, modern and luxurious feeling. The staff was friendly and the person who arranged shuttle rides and opened the front door was able to provide me with needed information on local food and amenities. They had a shuttle service providing complementary rides to the airport every half hour for the first half of the day, and the gentleman diligently inquired if I would need a ride the following morning and included my name on the reservation list for the desired time. He also provided me with accurate information about how early I needed to arrive to have sufficient time to get through security for my flight.
The location, although close to the airport, made me feel like it was located in the center of a traffic circle, both from the vehicular activity surrounding the area and the proximity to the highway. Since it was airport close, there was jet noise from take offs or landings, but not too overpowering due to good noise reducing windows.
It was only one night, but we enjoyed it. It's cleaniness and confort.
good restaurant...great food...wonderful staff
our room faced the highway and was a little bit too noisy for sleeping really well.
Excelent Hotel !
The comfort of the rooms and the possibility to stay in a family room at a good price. The food in the restaurant was excellent and so was the breakfast. The reception staff was great, friendly and very service minded.
The service in the restaurant was not as good as you should expect from such a nice hotel. The head waiter was not service minded at all when it came to recommendations of food and wines. His staff was much better so at the end we were quite happy with our dinner.
music in the lounge
Night stay for airport
comfortable beds. huge selection for breakfast.
I liked the friendly and helpful service espicially getting us to an early flight by making special arrangements
Very comfortable and relaxing hotel, 5 mins from airport & Vasco bridge+ short taxi ride to Lisbon centro
Location - closest to the airport, 5 min by taxi.
Service was not very friendly nor efficient.
