The Turkish was good . I had a problem with air Transat terrible experience for me

I did not like I have been charged for my carry on

Onward flight was okay. return from Lisbon was poor as we missed our flight due to a long line at the passport control. Air Transat made no effort to accommodate us even though we were at the passport control 40 minutes prior to the departure.

Very good. A lot better experience then I expected for an economy flight.

It was very good but no tv but the experience was great

Thank you for making my first experience very enjoyable. You made it all very pleasant

Great flight great seats will absolutely fly with you again

Porter airlines was good. I didn't have the best experience when booking through airfare assist however, as I got no final confirmation from them that the flight was booked until I called them. Even then, the confirmation code they gave me was incorrect and couldn't be used for check in. On a positive note airfare assist was actually picked up the phone relatively quickly when calling

The flight crew were very good, polite, and professional. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience left much to be desired. The food was extremely bland—almost tasteless. We chose the non vegetarian .The lasagna was just plain pasta with a tiny garnish and no seasoning. It felt like eating starch only, The bigger issue was with luggage and space. We boarded with three tickets, and while the seats in front of us were nearly empty, all the overhead compartments had already been filled by passengers boarding to the back. This left us and many others with no overhead storage for our carry-ons. Our bags couldn’t fit well under the seats either, which meant we lost the little legroom we had. The result was a horrible, cramped experience—sore knees, no space to stretch, and no way to rest or sleep comfortably. According to the crew this was a rather normal thing. It is obviously normal that people board with handbag and carry on but they should be only allowed to use their overhead compartment and under their seat not the way it is managed that all the spaces in the front of the plane being occupied by the people sitting way back in the plane.

Nice complete meal included and great services. Plus the plane was very clean.

Communication on the delay, rebooking and how to get a hotel was poor. Mails, airport check-in and transfer desk said different things.

Not consistent with the food quality (I mean taste not freshness)

Safe and stable made me sleepy and I slept and dreamt 😂😂😂😂

Food was really mediocre for premium economy in comparison to other airlines… the crew was nowhere to be found… 14 hour flight…

Worst airlines either. First leg was delayed because of crew not available. My connection was missed so they booked me automatically the next day! But, impossible to get anyone on site, web site does not let me access my reservation anymore, confirmed by useless agents over the phone. My 2-leg trip with part in business class arriving at 4:10pm ends up in an awful 3-leg arriving at 9pm the next day with no way to even choose the seats and of course at the very end of the plane. I can understand problems arrive but the way Air France handle it is just unacceptable. You are on your own. Apparently getting you to your destination is the only thing they consider their duty. The customer experience and fatigue is none of their concern. And I have a status with them. I will reconsider my priorities when flying with Air France and encourage everyone to do the same.

Our flight crew were terrific. And they handle a difficult passenger with finesse.

Excellent, Lima to Paris. But Paris to Amsterdam, delayed, missed my flight and KLM treated its missed flights passengers very badly, terribly bad. No hotel accommodation given. Passengers were told to find their own hotel accommodation and claim at reasonable rate and left the booth and literally with armed Police Officers listening to passengers complains. For three hours, after moving by Uber from hotel to hotel and calling and booking online, no hotel was available. I had to return to the airport and seat/sleep on the benches, suffering the cold, and rats running around until my new allocated flight the next day. It was the most terrible KLM treatment even seen and being a Business Class passenger. Still mentally suffering to date as a result.

3 hour delay but out of their control. App said I get vouchers but when I applied for them, they were nowhere to be found in my account

I bought business class tickets but the seats are exactly like economy with no comfort seats nor an empty seat next to me provided. Very poor, low quality airline.

I don't understand the concept of paying to get your personal luggage onboard and then asked to check it in.... either sell the space or don't, its a hassle to carry those all through the airport just to make a check in at the last minute.

Overall a good experience as this leg I was in Business Class. The Lounge was amazing with a view of the planes. The flight attendant spoke way to quickly when giving the information for take off and landing and it would be of no use to a first time traveler. Overall a great airline to travel on.

Smooth on-time flight but NO AC in the middle of the cabin. Business Class and the rear of the cabin were too cold but mid-cabin was stuffy and hot with virtually no air coming out of the ducts. Made for a very long and uncomfortable flight.

Air Canada’s problems are not staff related by and large, no. The problem is tiny jets between the U.S. and Canada - yes, believe it or not they are still “international” (just ask our own Mango Maniac in power in the U.S.). The little aisle is compounded by a design flaw of a “dog leg” starting at seat 12. Woe be unto you if you sit here as passengers and attendants do not have sufficient room to not hit you in the face with backpacks. One thing I will say very positively about Air Canada is you still provide pillows and blankets on transcontinental flights to all, not just the elites. Your tiny improperly designed jets are also a problem flying city to city within Canada also. One can only say you remind us of a “Jet Blue” or “Spirit” experience. Also your luggage space is downright Byzantine! We will endeavor to avoid you and use other U.S. carriers, albeit charging more.

Terrible canceled flight and lost my luggage. Flew me to Halifax. Tgat flight was delayed, had to spend night in airport chair.

The airplane has been replaced and late night layover have been extended from 3 to 7 and the only compensation was a $15 food voucher after most restaurants have been closed, not helping with children after a 18+ hour international flight

My seat was not comfortable. Flight was smooth. Regretfully we had two delays before takeoff

They are very proactive and made our boarding easy and always notified us about any changes well in advance.

This flight with a lot empty place , and I have more room, feeling comfortable.

Flight was good, breakfast could be much better. We had come from a domestic flight on the same aircraft and the domestic flight was much better regarding service compared to this international flight.

I accidentally touched a cabin steward as she passed by and she reacted harshly yelling in a loud voice “don’t touch me”. It was embarrassing and uncalled for. I would characterize a few of the cabin crew as pretentious and aloof. Not at all what is expected. That was the first leg of our trip from Montreal to Munich. The second leg from Munich to Nice was more in keeping with the service I expected.

I don’t understand how they charge as much as they do for such a poor experience

The service and food was excellent. The remote control for entertainment did not function properly.

Lufthansa still has a good level of quality compared to US airlines, especially with respect to (1) food quality - actually tasty, (2) good French red wine - free, (3) good movie selection. Also my ticket price includes 1 free check-in luggage, while some other budget airlines sneak in an extra $150 for a checkin.

All was good, except my USB charging did not work, so my phone got drained and I could not charge it. Same happened to my neighbour.

A bit more space? Not practical, I know. I felt squished in but part of that could have been the man sitting next to me.

Pathetic - boarded us on buses for transport to the plane then had us wait for over half an hour before we could board...because they needed time to clean the plane; something they knew before we got on the bus. Further, by the time we could board, there were 3 buses full of people waiting so boarding was a crowded mess.

The plane (Mitsubishi CRJ) felt old, creaking and not very new. The crew was okay. Hot water provision was broken so hot beverages could't be served.

Poor food on flight between Toronto and Stockholm Airport Toronto too crowded

Not bad. We had preboarding tickets but the preboarding was badly managed. We lined up behind all the parents with little kids etc and when we got to the front of the line the attendant deliberately turned away from us and ignored us until I asked to be allowed to go to the gate. She started telling us that we had to wait until I told her we had preboarding then she let us through.

Change of fate should be done well ahead of time rather than a last minute thing without proper communication to the passengers

Didn’t like having to pay fir food and bring extremely delayed in departure. We waited at the gate and on the plane for about 2 hours which made the 8 hour flight even longer. The meal service wasn’t for 4 hours and we were so hungry that we ate everything even though id was not great. They were polite but we were not happy with the clientele, who were coughing a lot and seemed entitled with many crying children. I am not anti children, I have a lot of my own but I don’t think it is good to subject them snd others to such a ling flight when they are ill.

The French bee web site kept telling me my luggage was free when trying to attempt to buy it 48 hours in advance. When i check in the price is now double and the site said because I didn’t pay for the luggage. Very disappointing when explaining that to their customer service and showing screen shots where there site said it was free therefore not allowing me to pre purchase. Seems scammy and I was surprised after showing them the screen shots they did not reimburse me for the double charge. I would have gladly paid $70 but 140 was insane seeing how I did everything I was supposed to and their site was at fault.

Excellent-boarding was quick and efficient, plenty of room in board. Friendly crew

Best price around. The food has gotten worse,,,might actually be better to board with one's own food... On time, professional staff at airport and on board.

I received an email and text message from French Bee less than 24 hours prior to my flight that there was a flight change. That flight change indicated that my flight had already left yet the message went out just under an hour before the new departure time. When calling French Bee staff (located in Texas so open at central time) they only said “sorry for the inconvenience “ and never offered or supplied information about a rebooking or what took place even when asked. They had a very blasé attitude about the entire situation. I had to buy a ticket on another airline because I was not told what was going on! A ticket to fly internationally on the same day!!!$$$$$$ so disappointing

The seating on my French Bee flight was exceedingly uncomfortable, resulting in significant discomfort. I experienced considerable pain in both my back and feet throughout the journey. food I would rate it below 0. Crew are professional. And most importantly we arrived safe.

Check in was in time. No free food. Not even water. Was asked to pay for water. Disgusting!

I know this is a stripped down airline but I didn’t expect it to be so difficult to avoid the “up charges.” I was naive when planning and checking in for my flight to Paris from Newark and they got me on the outrageous $90 in cabin carry on bag charge at the gate. But on my return flight I did everything possible to pay in advance (you have a short window to do this 48 hours before the flight departure) for that same in cabin bag so the charge would be $45 instead. It was not to be. In spite of a confirmation email that they had “added a service “ and the $45 carry on bag was accounted for, my boarding pass did not reflect that and I was charged the full amount at the gate. It adds insult to injury that the French Bee staff is gleeful when they are successfully working this nefarious up charging scam. They couldn’t care less about their customers. Very disappointed with this airline and will not be flying French Bee anytime in the future. Do NOT recommend.

Economy seats are too tight for a long haul flight. The meal was surprisingly good, though it was surprising to learn that even coffee and tea were extra pay. They also don’t distribute water regularly.

Overall impression - very bad. There is not even free water on the plane and the seats are so uncomfortable that after 7.5 hours of flight my back was just falling apart. Never pay extra for "Private" seats. It's just that part of the regular cabin is separated by curtains. This does not give any effect. Money for nothing.
