C$ 447 Find cheap flights from Montreal to Zurich

Seats are too cramped, but that is a problem with every airline. I actually enjoyed the meal served.

Crammed like sardines into the middle of the middle 4 seat row for an 11 hour flight was a terrible experience. No attempt made to help passengers sleep by dimming lights or shutting window shades. Small mediocre meals. Not enough good movies/TV options. Hopefully we will never have to do this again.

Flight attendant served beverage to everyone during meal service and forgot about me. Had to call her several times until she realized it. Not a good service for a business class flight

The plane was good - on time! But can the stewardesses smile or actually be nice - not to bark the commands

Edelweiss is now Nickle&dimming, not even a complimentary wine on the intercontinental flight. Sitting space is the smallest I have ever seen.

I would recommend flying SWISS to anyone. Very impressed by the quality of food. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. They arranged a shuttle to help a group of passengers make connecting flights when there was a delay.

Flight was cancelled due to technical problems with the aircraft. It would be nice if SWISS would invest in new aircraft; that would for sure minimize the technical issues with (old) aircrafts.

Ghe issue was with the delay caused by the late boarding. We had to run to catch our next flight, barely made it and then our luggage didn t arrive with us. Really bad organizing.

Excellent Airline. Food, crew and comfort was perfect. Entertainment screens were old. Didn’t like them.

The seats had no space at all beyond the knees. The seat in-front literally reclined on your face, very uncomfortable plane. Was nothing like the normal SWISS experience. The food was okay but could be better.

First, I was moved from my scheduled flight at 10:45 to 6:30. Bad form as I had a scheduled lesson in the morning that I couldn't get a refund for. Second, we were bused out to the plane and bused back to the terminal and sat and sat all with NO explanation until the end of the long wait. Third, once we boarded the plane, we again sat for at least an hour WITH NO EXPLANATORY ANNOUNCEMENT. Plane left and arrived 2 hours late. I missed a train connection adding hours to my trip home. Lastly, it's time the airport is upgraded or TAP gets priority for walk-on gates. As a 74 year old, carrying my carry on luggage up and down stairs between the terminal and the plane is a pain. Might be the last time I fly TAP.

Bused out to the plane, then back to the terminal. Plane was delayed for 2 hours - most of that time spent sitting in bus or plane with NO EXPLANATION of what was going on. Departure delay due to crew not showing up on time. FIX THAT. Why do your own international flights NOT have gates with ramps. Being 74 and having to carry my carry ons up and downstairs is awful.

The flight staff was nice enough but the seats were not up to business class standards. The food was also not something I would get on any day. The seats we had were right up to the galley and the crew were very noisy with their chatting the entire flight which woke us up after we fell asleep and we could not get back to sleep due to all the chit chat! The flight was delayed and we were in transit for less than an hour in Lisbon yet there were no TAP staff anywhere to be found to assist pax who were worried about catching our connecting flight. Another thing that was poor in service was that, if TAP flies out of Rome at 5.55am, TAP should have a lounge open for your Business Class pax. We were told that the lounge opens at 5.30am yet TAP's flight is scheduled to leave at 5.55am. Why offer a departure that early when you don't have lounge open by at least 4.30am? It's been a very disappointing experience with TAP and we paid for Business Class. It is at best a Premium Ey class on better known airlines like Lufthansa, British Airways, United. It's at best sort of comparable to Economy class on Singapore Airlines but I still think Singapore Airlines Economy class service is better apart from the seats.

Not much to like. Check-in and bag drop procedures are a crowded, disorganized and confusing mess. Agents were grumpy and unhelpful, somehow expecting passengers to automatically know and understand the airline's procedures. Boarding was chaotic and included a stand-up, sardine-packed bus ride to a stairway pushed up to the aircraft out on the tarmac. Passengers were left waiting in the bus for a lengthy period on both ends. Flight departure and arrival were delayed by passengers scrambling to find space for bags in the overhead storage. Many passengers not in compliance with carry-on rules. Everything you could hate about flying in this ride.

We had seats 1 D and 1E which is right to the front as there were no other seats available. It is right up at the galley and toilet. Whole flight was very noisy and busy and we didnt get a good flight or rest the entire flight. Its was a pretty costly Business class fare that felt like Economy class experience.

Way too much money for the experience, would have been better in economy

Food was bland..... Boarding priority mess with being bussed to plane. Newark baggage took 45 minutes to hit the belt.

Plane was late and they forced us to take the stairs (no elevator available) to catch the bus to the plane. My wife was carrying a baby and fell. Terrible experience and terrible air line. Constantly late and conditions seem to be getting worse every time I have to use them.

I fell from the stairs while carrying a baby on the way to the bus to take us to the plane because TAP is too cheap to pay for a proper gate on their hub airport (not even an elevator). Plus, they were late (which they always are). Terrible airline.

TAP is a good, decent airline for international journeys. No complaints about the service, the crew, the comfort, or the baggage handling.

The Q400 plane is getting old and very noisy. They should allow the quieter jets fly onto the island.

Both my flights from Calgary to Montreal were pleasant. I should also mention my gratitude to the two ladies at YYC who helped with my check in and went out of their way to assist me.

It got me from A to B in one piece and in good time. Back of seat tv didn't work. Snacks are a joke

I have flown on many airlines all over the world, and this plane flight was the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced.

Flight from Minneapolis to Montreal was easy, breezy. Small plane, so not much overhead space. The seats felt slightly smaller than normal, but not uncomfortable for my body type. No screens in the seats for watching movies or shows, but I don't mind, I'm more of a reader.

It was all a very positive experience. Look forward to the return trip.

Excellent overall experience. Seats were comfortable and ample leg room.

I’m a creature of habit and I like to sleep while I’m in the air

Con: Travelers shouldn't have to pay a fee for first checked bag, in any fare class. Pro: Plane was new and comfortable, even for the seats that didn't cost extra.

Wheelchair help is not reliable & chaotic. No food and minimal liquids for a flight at 6;25.
