Pros: It was all a smooth operation. In particular I appreciated that since my flight from Chicago was delayed and I missed the original connection, as soon as I disembarked in Reykiavick I found an SMS saying that I had been moved to the next available flight, and they even gave me a food voucher.

Cons: They don't give you food on the flight unless you pay which in principle is not a bad thing, and makes for a quieter flight, because it's not the case that everybody is eating, and eating at same time. On the other hand on a long transatlantic flight even a small snack would be appreciated.

Cons: They need to start checking in people earlier and have more people.

Cons: 7.5 hours flight..not even a complimentary snack is offered!!

Cons: The plane was extremely hot I was sweating the entire trip. Also this was a red eye flight and I would have preferred they keep the lights off for the entire trip.

Pros: Food taste

Cons: No water at toilet....??? No coffee....??? The the movie’s subtitles were out of time.

Cons: Food and headphones are very expensive, and they don't tell passengers in advance the only food is for purchase.

Cons: Delays all over the place. My flights, other peoples flights. Did not meet one satisfied iceland air customer.

Pros: Service and crew amazing friendly and went out of the way to Make u feel special even the pilots gave updates thru out the flight

Cons: Not being to help on the ground in Copenhagen with delta issues

Pros: the seat was comfortable, the cabin temp was perfect, and the views were incredible

Cons: Small complaint but the movie selection was not very diverse & would have liked to have known before hand that there would be a charge for good on a longish flight from YVR to KEF.

Pros: Helpful crew.

Cons: Disorganized check-in process. Information tableau showed 3 flights on different airlines to be checked in at Turkish Airlines area (#3). After 1 hr in line we were told that IcelandAir hasn't started check-in yet, and it would be at an opposite end of the same counter in a different line. Great!

Cons: Seat could have been a little more comfortable, but overall it was fine.

Pros: Nothing out of the ordinary but I am not going to fly Air Lingus or TAP ever again.

Cons: the Team Leader at the check in counter was nasty, Her colleague made the mistake of not telling me that I had to wait there for the wheelchair that was going to take me to the plane, so I went to have a light breakfast. Then I waited half an hour on my feet waiting for the wheelchair

Cons: The Dublin airport is in desperate need of air-conditioning!! Pretty amazing and international airport doesn’t have this handled.

Pros: Lunch was tasty. Crew was pleasant. Boarding was easy. Entertainment offered was excellent with a large range of things to watch/listen to. Flight was on time.

Cons: Blankets were not offered to passengers, I was disappointed by this.

Pros: The crew is always smiling and ready to help you and I really like that.

Cons: Some of the crew members were rude and inconsiderate - if you see that someone is sleeping, you don’t stand at their seat and lean on it and shake it while you’re waiting to give the security demo before take off.

Cons: if my luggage would of arrived with me, Swiss airlines left behind 2 of 4 pieces of luggage in Zurich! I hope I can get them back!

Pros: Pretty standard seats and leg room. Courteous and friendly crew.

Cons: Air Canada Rouge is pretty much the same as Air Canada except for entertainment service and I would say meal service. The entertainment service means you have to download their app, but unfortunately the streaming service wasn't always working. In terms of meal service you have to pay for alcohol.

Cons: Online check in was not accessible.

Pros: The gluten free meals were quite good. Everything seemed clean.

Cons: The plane was small for a transatlantic flight. The entertainment was not easy to find/access.

Cons: Last 4 rows of overhead bins reserved for crew and plane paraphernalia. Piece of overhead bin fell off and almost hit another passenger during boarding.

Cons: Flight on time! Missed connections. In hotel overnight. Missed the event I was travelling to attend!

Pros: I upgraded to premium economy, worth every dollar. seats were comfortable and reclined quite far.

Cons: honestly nothing needed improving .

Cons: horrible dry croissant for breakfast

Pros: Good AC - very important, calm and nice atmosphere. Very friendly staff.

Cons: No entertainment, un friendly crew, terrible food

Pros: The crew was amazing. The economic seat (I always prefer to select aisle seat) was OK for me.

Cons: I often prefer to take Air Canada flight for the departure to any international cities, because it hardly happened to have any cancelled AC flights during my Air flight dates in my past years trips.

Cons: WiFi connection and thereby any information and entertainment did not work. Long wait for luggage.

Cons: The plane didn’t have water in the bathrooms in the back of the plane so we had to use wet wipes to clean our hands afterwards. Entertainment system was slow. No complementary meals offered even though it was an international flight.

Cons: I was cold and I didn’t have a blanket. They should have at least one blanket per seat available. Most of the people had blankets but some didn’t.

Pros: Again... we didn't crash. That was nice.

Cons: There was a bit more leg room compared to the previous 5.5h flight. But my knees are absolutely damaged after a total of 8h in these sardine cans.
