There was no entertainment on the plane no screen to watch anything from Zurich to LAX boarding was slow and very unorganized. as a result there was delayed I bouught in flight internet and it did not even worked after 10 minutes. no crew helped . I would like to get a refund on that. crew was not friendly
Flight was on time. Could have been a little more comfortable. Baby cried all night.

Aircraft itself was ancient, and seat hardware was also very old and worn. Universal outlets puzzlingly only worked for Swiss outlet style. Some flight attendants were helpful and friendly, others were cold and distant. The boarding process was a mess. On the other hand, the food was excellent - best airline food I've ever had.
The chicken on the flight Boston to Zurich wasn’t very good. It was bland passable. Too much sugar in the Cole slaw. Cabbage is an amazing veg and can be much more crisp and alive. Flight attendants were Wonderful! Seats were a bit beat up but okay. In economy it was tight when the person in front learned back the screen became too close.
On time and my bag made it. My parents on British Air had their bag held/lost at LHR, so Swiss definitely won that contest.

I’m still in Zurich because my British Airways flight was so delayed, I didn’t make the flight to Los Angeles yesterday.
Wonderful, i asked at front gate to change my seat up closer and they gave me a row with no one in it. Very kind of them as the flight was on the light side.
Crew is great and food is ok to good, but boarding is annoyingly slow, plane arrived late (this seems a repeated issue) and the plane is old with armrests which don’t fully rotate and entertainment which doesn’t accept external headsets and screens which don’t respond well to touch.
Very Bad experience with Swiss, they robbed me for additional baggage and misguided. The flight was delayed for 2hr 55 minutes, screens were not functional and food was also bad.
Premium Economy is best if you can't get upgraded to Business.. Not as good to sleep for red-eye flights, but does the job. More space for your legs and arms.. The food is also better and the service is almost like business.
Great entertainment choices. The crew was extremely kind and accommodating. My remote control did not work. Too little space between seats. Arm rests only go up a few inches making less comfortable.
Flight was delayed 24 hours, then delayed again first was mechanical and second was weather.
Regarding the onboard entertainment system: the dual audio jack plug is not compatible with a standard jack. I had to listen to the audio in one ear for the whole flight. The airline should hand out adapters. The touchscreen was flaky, sometimes it reacted to touching it, sometimes it didn't.

Baggage transfer process was not done properly between Air Canada flight and Swiss Airlines.
The more time goes, the poorer the food gets.. despite advertising renowned Chef menus, it remains poor quality catering food. The entertainment system this plane was of latest tech and working well +1 for that. Flight was delayed and boarding a nightmare. Overhead bins have become smaller, despite being an A330 and a carry-on has to be placed sideways..
The check in to receive my pass in Vancouver was a breeze very pleased The flight crew on the other hand I think half of them wished they were somewhere else
It took 2.5 hrs wait time to get wheelchair, even then had to walk to the gate due to bad planning. The flight was delayed 2 hrs making me miss the connecting flight in Zurich. Was told I’d fly to Frankfurt to catch another connection but ultimately was sent to London and then on to Delhi because YYZ was just disorganized. Never flying air canada again. The crew was unhelpful, irritated, just bad hospitality.

The seats on this airline are sooo small, even for a petite person. I felt like the seat tilted forward and I was fighting to stay in it. The lavatory is horribly small, with a wet floor because the sink is so small you can't help but splash the water all over when washing up.
Only serving 2 small coffee in 7.5 hrs flight with very limited choice to order food.
Booked with Kayak… Economy Class it said. I had filtered for 1 checked bag. Get to boarding and it says I have Economy Light w/ no checked bags. $136 each way for baggage now. Do not use smartfares.com. Very misleading and a terrible start to this trip.
Overall good. I was surprised how easy it was to get from plain to plain in such a short time. Food choices were not so great and quite expensive. Entertainment was ok. Flights were smooth.

The staff was really friendly and was comfortable. I found it disappointing that we were never offered any snacks while on the flight. For such a long flight and the amount we paid for our ticket that was unacceptable. Not sure if I’ll fly Icelandair again.
One small complaint: people in economy frequently were coming through the curtain to use the saga lavatory.
On time and crew were good. Our seating arrangements in biz class were messed up, separated us as a couple and bulkhead seating not good for long legs.
Food and staff were excellent. Seats on Saga (business class) are comparable to domestic first class of US Airlines, regarding space and recline. Entertainment options had little international component.

I had pre-booked a seat but when I checked in it was not assigned to me. I spoke to the agent upon arrival and was upgraded to Economy Plus, which was fantastic.
Wish the plane actually landed at a gate instead of on the tarmac and have the passengers board very slow buses.
The short leg flight was fine. Crew and airport were nice to allow special assistance which helped.
They made us walk thru entire Frankfurt Airport, which at this age. With very less time, we had to run. It was unacceptable.
The crew was great. Good etc was unacceptable for an overseas flight. Wine with a meal should be complimentary. Seat comfort /space horrible and I am 5‘3“ with heels on. Short haul probably ok but not on long haul flights

Seats were not comfortable, and the problems started when we landed at Frankfurt airport. We waited more than 3 hours to collect our luggage, as a result we missed the connected train to Brussels. Our plans for the trip were ruined that day.
A bigger plane would be more comfortable. We were bouncing off the ground before even lifting into the air, scary!

My flight from Zurich to London was delayed 2hours and 45minutes. It was awful.
Club Europe is always lovely. I really enjoy everything about it. One thing that has changed in recent years though, is the swap to Prosecco from Champagne in the lounges. This is really disappointing. I really don’t like Prosecco, and always looked forward to a lovely glass of champagne in the lounge. Is it possible to change back? It does make the whole experience a little more of a luxury experience.
They need to improve their service at the airport. Rather than a bus, they need to park the plane at a station like normal airlines to so passengers can just walk out of the plane into the airport and catch their next flight
Flight was cancelled at the last minute with no explanation. No viable alternative offered and zero customer service support. Totally useless.
My experience was very disappointing. Firstly I was unable to check in using the kiosks. Secondly even though I purchased a flight with one checked bag, I was told at the counter that a checked bag was not included in my flight booking. And I had to pay for my bag. At the check in counter, the airline representative was very arrogant and demeaning. She insisted on charging me £140 for the luggage. And said it was an automatic charge calculated by the scale. This didn’t make sense to me. As it was 0.5 kg overweight. Which only required me to remove 2 bottles of water. Having an extensive flight schedule that involved multiple flights included NY and Brussels, this leg of my flight was the most stressful and unpleasant.
My luggage never arrived to Zurich. They can't confirm when it will arrive
Updates from pilots about delays would make them less frustrating.
Almost 3 hour delay. First because the crew was late. Then a technical problem with the airplane.
The crew was great but we sat in the plane for over an hour before takeoff combined with a 4 hour delay on our previous flight caused us to miss planned scheduled meetings in Geneva.
