The boarding was efficieng. Staff in flight smiling, polite, attentive, patient. Very professional.
Not consistent with the food quality (I mean taste not freshness)
3 hour delay but out of their control. App said I get vouchers but when I applied for them, they were nowhere to be found in my account
The only reason the overall rating wasn't "excellent" was due to problems in claiming luggage. The bags are delivered to the main area (Cinta 35) for domestic passengers, but to a DIFFERENT ROOM for international arrivees. After waiting 30 minutes, someone (who didn't appear to be from Air France or the airport) told us to go to another area. There we found our bags, which appeared to have been awaiting us for a while. We had to go through a bag check before leaving the airport. If we had been alerted to this possibility, or better yet, been to go directly to Cinta 34, we could have eliminated quite a bit of waiting.
Much better than the major US Carriers especially in Biz Class.
The male attended that served are section was a snob. He did not answer my call light when my wine spilled all over the floor. I did not push it again or drew his attention to it. He just ignored the call light when he came to give us our meal, serving the people behind us first. I did not push it again or drew his attention to it to see his reaction. It was so obvious that he was ignoring us. We were in premium economy!
There was 2 hours delay before boarding and 2 hours delay after boarding while waiting in the plane
The crew was great and handled our unexpected detour with proactive communication.
My seat was so uncomfortable, and the headrest was broken. Very very disappointing for the price I paid.
The hard product, food, and service are far superior to their North American counterparts
Aircraft itself was ancient, and seat hardware was also very old and worn. Universal outlets puzzlingly only worked for Swiss outlet style. Some flight attendants were helpful and friendly, others were cold and distant. The boarding process was a mess. On the other hand, the food was excellent - best airline food I've ever had.
The chicken on the flight Boston to Zurich wasn’t very good. It was bland passable. Too much sugar in the Cole slaw. Cabbage is an amazing veg and can be much more crisp and alive. Flight attendants were Wonderful! Seats were a bit beat up but okay. In economy it was tight when the person in front learned back the screen became too close.
On time and my bag made it. My parents on British Air had their bag held/lost at LHR, so Swiss definitely won that contest.
There's no entertainment or food service. It was a good flight.
I’m still in Zurich because my British Airways flight was so delayed, I didn’t make the flight to Los Angeles yesterday.
Wonderful, i asked at front gate to change my seat up closer and they gave me a row with no one in it. Very kind of them as the flight was on the light side.
Crew is great and food is ok to good, but boarding is annoyingly slow, plane arrived late (this seems a repeated issue) and the plane is old with armrests which don’t fully rotate and entertainment which doesn’t accept external headsets and screens which don’t respond well to touch.
Flights on time and meals in plane would be greatly appreciated. On time flights is really important.
I try to check in my hand laugage and the girl insisted that my suitcase was too large which was not and was traveling with me on this airline many times. And she charged me and my husband for both suitcases 150$ instead of free they both were 8 kg each. We were the only one who she targeted and the other people who had larger suitcases did not got penalized.
The staff were nice people, the food was very cheap, one of the meal was a sandwich or nothing, I couldn't buy any food, mind expensive duty free WAS available right away. 🤒
My flight got Delayed due to the airline. The attending Crewe in Montreal were not super helpful and I arrived 13 1/2 hours late from my original arrival time. Air Canada lost my luggage, they stated they booked me a hotel room overnight at no fee, however when I arrive to the hotel, there was no reservation. It also took me three different attempts to get the hotel, even covered by Air Canada as they were arguing that they were not responsible for this, despite it having been delayed due to the airline. Overall, the service was very very poor and what should’ve been a short five hour trip turned into a 13 1/2 hour saga with me, spending a night in a random airport overnight due to Air Canada’s errors, and searching for my luggage until 2 o’clock in the morning. I will never fly Air Canada again.
Not great. Missed my connection flight, due to AC issue. We were sitting on the tarmac for 90 mins before taking off.
Flight was delayed and rescheduled 3 times before being cancelled. Flight was also delayed on our flight in at Moncton airport on August 10th. Never flying with PAL again.
Air Canada was fine but air Canada rouge and air Canada express was terrible with luggage delays. First flight was cancelled so my luggage did not make it to my destination with me. The second flight returning not sure why but my luggage did not make it on my connecting flight. Overall terrible with handling luggage.
The flight was good. My luggage didn’t land with me when I arrived in Columbus. So grateful I was able to get my luggage back within the 2 hours😍👍.
It was out first time flying Air Canada and it was ok, comfort-wise. I hope airlines are able to get a quiet room installed for young children flying. Screaming and crying the whole time in business class is quite unfortunate. That was the only thing that really messed up the experience.
Staff were very friendly. Plane left on time and arrived on time.
Air traffic delay meant boarding started, then plane was evacuated and passengers sent back to the terminal for 1 hour. Very little information shared.
The crew was amazing! I was a bit surprised and disappointed that there was not wifi available for personal use. The only thing I would change would be the seat cushions. They are not comfortable at all for long flights.
It was a very small plane and was ok. No food or entertainment so there should be an option for NA.
