I will never book on Kayak/Chatdeals again! My flight was cancelled the day of travel and rescheduled for a full day later which didn’t work for me. I tried to cancel my flight both with Lufthansa and Chatdeals and neither processed my cancellation. This created untold additional stress and now follow up work for me to obtain a refund. No customer service or personal attention either. 👎🏻
Carry-on restrictions are stringent not allowing carry-on sizes suitcase we have brought on many other flights, boarding is disorganized and slow and delays this causes combined with too short of layovers to allow passengers and luggage to make connecting flight causes extremely rushed connections where all of our checked bags did not make it onto flight back to the US

Pros: "We got an upgrade to business class and the experience was extraordinary. The service in general, but the warmth smile and courtesy of the flight attendants made the experience fantastic"

Pros: "I liked that it was available for me to return to Amsterdam in such late notice. Got there quickly and even earlier (10 mins) then expected."
Cons: "No on offered me anything to drink or a snack the entire flight or even a hand towel but others in front and behind me were receiving them. I didnt even feel acknowledged during the flight. Even though the tine was good, the price was way too high but since I was desperate I paid it."

Cons: "The food was poor, ventilation system in the cabin terrible. Smell from bathrooms during the whole flight, both ways. SAS lost our luggage and nobody seams to care about it. They know that there is a problem with luggage transfer on connecting flight, but don't bother to do anything about it. Customer service representative is not able to provide any information, doesn't even understand English well. Nobody answers the phone... At this point, we're still waiting for our bags"

Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."
Cons: "This was one of the worst flights I’ve been on. Both planes were downright filthy. The flight from Dallas to Barcelona had several broken toilets. Flight from Paris to Barcelona boarded and once everyone was on board, they told us that we would be sitting there for 2 hours before leaving."

Pros: "New airbus 350-390 are worst than older planes. Economic class space is even smaller now, no storage space for the last few rows"

Cons: "The wait time between flights on the way home was brutal but you expect that if you are flying on points. What made it worse was that I had to leave the secure area and collect my bags then wait 8 hours in the airport only to go through security again. On top of that trying to get my baggage tag there was a female agent that should have retired 100 years ago directing people like it was our fault she still had to work. If you can't be nice you should not be in customer service."
