Our flight delayed, due to the incoming flight arriving late from Paris. AF caused us to miss our connecting flight, also booked through Air France directly. They couldn't accommodate us until later that night, and we had to be in AMS earlier than that. They won't do anything else to help us and wanted to charge us more money to rebook us too. Not great service, since it was all their fault.
The check-in at the airport was smooth and helpful. There was a delay due to some issue. The good regular but the staff very attentive.
Air France removed our luggage from the plane before it took off, seemingly intentionally, didn't notify us until after we reported it missing at SFO, and is giving us no updates on when, or whether, they will deliver it.

The male attended that served are section was a snob. He did not answer my call light when my wine spilled all over the floor. I did not push it again or drew his attention to it. He just ignored the call light when he came to give us our meal, serving the people behind us first. I did not push it again or drew his attention to it to see his reaction. It was so obvious that he was ignoring us. We were in premium economy!
There was 2 hours delay before boarding and 2 hours delay after boarding while waiting in the plane
My seat was so uncomfortable, and the headrest was broken. Very very disappointing for the price I paid.

The flight was good. My luggage didn’t land with me when I arrived in Columbus. So grateful I was able to get my luggage back within the 2 hours😍👍.
It was out first time flying Air Canada and it was ok, comfort-wise. I hope airlines are able to get a quiet room installed for young children flying. Screaming and crying the whole time in business class is quite unfortunate. That was the only thing that really messed up the experience.

Air traffic delay meant boarding started, then plane was evacuated and passengers sent back to the terminal for 1 hour. Very little information shared.
The crew was amazing! I was a bit surprised and disappointed that there was not wifi available for personal use. The only thing I would change would be the seat cushions. They are not comfortable at all for long flights.
It was a very small plane and was ok. No food or entertainment so there should be an option for NA.

Flying with Air Canada is still better than the discount airlines like Flair. The seats are more comfortable and the on-board entertainment is better, with each seat having a built in screen and lots of content to watch. Onboard WIFI is also great to have, as well as plugs for charging. I think passengers in general are getting better at not bringing too much luggage onboard, and Air Canada is better at managing this without customers feeling like they are being taken advantage of with extra fees. I have travelled on different airlines and all seem to be loading faster, with fewer people bringing both a carry on and a personal item. Now I just bring one item and it fits under the seat so I don't need to worry about finding a place in the overhead bins. Overall, across the industry, asking customers to pay for carry on baggage is fair because it allows customers to only pay for what they need, and it helps to keep the planes on time. Kudos to Air Canada for its approach - the desired result is achieved without customers feeling that they are being surprised and caught with unexpected extra fees.

We originally booked thru Kayak to and it showed a Lufthansa flight (same time as said United flight we actually took). (Newark, USA to Nice, France) After booking thru kayak a third party emailed us (chatdeal). Chat deal stated on the email the flight is thru Air Canada. Which is not what we picked. Same flight times on both We were confirmed for the flight as per customer service (chat deal) on a late night call at 3:00am local time that we are in fact confirmed thru air Canada. When we got to the gate, air Canada no where to be found it is thru United. I checked multiple travelers who booked their flight is was always a United airlines flight. Never a air Canada flight Why did kayak switch us over to a third party and why did our flight we originally picked thru Lufthansa change over to air Canada (after payment) only to be on a United airlines flight Note now that our return flight on Saturday is coming up, we have no confirmation from either United or air Canada (which shows up on kayak/ chatdeal invoice)
