Five star experience all around except for my seat, which was broken. It would only go down 70%.Of the way. It defeats the purpose of buying a business class ticket if you don’t actually get to lay flat..

WiFi would have been nice and some more powerful usb ports, available ports could not keep my phone’s charge much less charge the phone.
It was on time. Snacks could have been provided for free.
Tirana was crazy check in and getting bussed to another gate. Both Germany stops were intensive customs but organized, but that wasn't the airlines problem. The crews were fabulous on the planes. The announcements were not easy to understand in English, slurred speech. Customs inthe US were fast. We waited for luggage, three later arriving planes had their luggage and left before us
Business class old style from 10 years ago. Ok for short flights but nor for 12 hours journey. The passenger near the window have to jump over the passenger seat aisle side or wake him up to upright the seat. That’s not the business class that you expect on long night flight. Seats are not so confortable. And believe it or not no wifi!
We have travelled on 13 December with Austrian Airlines from Yangon through Bangkok and Vienna to Varna. The first flight operated by Thai Airlines was nice and comfortable. I wouldn’t say the same thing about the next two flights which were operated directly by the Austrian Airlines. During our flight from Bangkok to Vienna: > The service was very poor – serving of food and drinks was disorganized, late and not combined, the stewards were walking back and forth without doing anything substantial for the passengers. Even the morning breakfast was very late with a cup of coffee almost while landing (after a reminding). > The food itself was OK-ish but for a 12-hour flight, there were no snacks/bites in between dinner and breakfast as it is with the other airlines. > The cutlery was wooden, most probably recycling, but very unpleasant to eat with. > The stewards were not rude but not friendly and/or helpful > And also, half of the passengers had travel sets, others did not. The flight from Vienna to Varna was another surprise: firstly, the flight was late and secondly, they were serving only water free, even the coffee was paid, so were the snacks, but we had to pay to reserve seats. The whole experience is as if it was a low-cost airline. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend using the services of Austrian Airlines: the ticket prizes are quite the same as of the other carriers flying to this destination and you would have much pleasant time.

Business class is not worth it. Not comfortable and old plane with no privacy or enough space unless you on the single seats
The meal was wonderful and strawberry ice cream was a plus.

When I needed to get my bag off of the plane so that I could take a train because the connection was 4 hours later, they took 2 hours to take my bag off making me take the train and miss my flight simultaneously. The seat size on the plane is too small for an average aged woman let alone a middle-aged man. It's unacceptable and I will not fly Boeing again.

They didn't give us Nothing to eat, come on..... 1 package of chips and a glass of soda won't do anything to the company
The staff were nice people, the food was very cheap, one of the meal was a sandwich or nothing, I couldn't buy any food, mind expensive duty free WAS available right away. 🤒
It was great. My seat was comfortable. The bathrooms were clean . The service was superb . I travel a lot and I have been in 64 counties. I wish I could fly first class, even though I could , but I prefer to budget my yearly travelling expense on actual visiting , not on flight. Anyway, my point is that your economy was far much better than other airlines as good as Air France. The flight attendants and all crew were polite and very helpful and respectful. Thank you for making my long trip tolerable.
I slept the whole flight so I can't tell you about the food and there was no entertainment offered. Crew was very nice, seats were comfortable in business, and boarding was easy.
-Swiss airlines online check in app crashed multiple times -Zurich airport does not have very many bathrooms accessible to people with disabilities - closest disability accessible bathroom to departure gate was 1/4 mile away.
I took this flight to be able to fly with Swiss instead of Air Canada from Geneva.. The AC planes have a better outfit in Business class than Swiss, but the service aboard Swiss is really best, first-class, as is the food and beverages. Though using the same plane model (A330-300), the interior setup of the cabin starts to show its age, but IMO the planes are better serviced by Swiss than AC. I had in my recent trips with AC way too many technical problems that led to delays or even complete cancellation of my flight.. Their fleet is aging (average 20+ years) and the maintenance has taken a toll compared to years ago. Cutting costs in every corner has to be paid sometime by someone, and it's the travelers at the end that pays for it. Unfortunately for me, flying directly to Zurich puts a much longer after-fly trip on me than Geneva.. so I might go back to direct flight YUL-GVA, even if I don't like flying with AC.
The plane was over an hour late taking off... the plane was rather tired looking, seat cushion was thin and uncomfortable, the sound on my entertainment system wasn't working... crew are not friendly.

They delayed my flight from Toronto Pearson for one hour and Frankfurt to Abuja for 2HRS, So sad
The aircraft was old, there was no charging sockets, and the seats were narrow and uncomfortable even though I had exit row premium seats.
Flight ride was good, crew members were great however they need to hire some better food caterer.
The boarding process was really slow. The air crew was amazing and the food options and the entertainment were also really great.

The flight was delayed and I was stressing the whole time about whether I would make my next flight.
Connecting from Germany with not enough time to go thru TSA and security so many times. Kayak or whomever doesn’t leave you enough time between flights. I made it with 5 min before my zone was called. Too stressful
