Aircraft itself was ancient, and seat hardware was also very old and worn. Universal outlets puzzlingly only worked for Swiss outlet style. Some flight attendants were helpful and friendly, others were cold and distant. The boarding process was a mess. On the other hand, the food was excellent - best airline food I've ever had.

The chicken on the flight Boston to Zurich wasn’t very good. It was bland passable. Too much sugar in the Cole slaw. Cabbage is an amazing veg and can be much more crisp and alive. Flight attendants were Wonderful! Seats were a bit beat up but okay. In economy it was tight when the person in front learned back the screen became too close.

On time and my bag made it. My parents on British Air had their bag held/lost at LHR, so Swiss definitely won that contest.

There's no entertainment or food service. It was a good flight.

I’m still in Zurich because my British Airways flight was so delayed, I didn’t make the flight to Los Angeles yesterday.

Wonderful, i asked at front gate to change my seat up closer and they gave me a row with no one in it. Very kind of them as the flight was on the light side.

Crew is great and food is ok to good, but boarding is annoyingly slow, plane arrived late (this seems a repeated issue) and the plane is old with armrests which don’t fully rotate and entertainment which doesn’t accept external headsets and screens which don’t respond well to touch.

Flights on time and meals in plane would be greatly appreciated. On time flights is really important.

I try to check in my hand laugage and the girl insisted that my suitcase was too large which was not and was traveling with me on this airline many times. And she charged me and my husband for both suitcases 150$ instead of free they both were 8 kg each. We were the only one who she targeted and the other people who had larger suitcases did not got penalized.

There was one rep who checked us in that was not pleasant she then assisted with boarding passengers on board and informed my husband that his carry on was too big. We had to pay $70 to check in a bag that we always carry on with no issues. I really believe she was isolating us as there was several bags even bigger than his that was brought on the plan. I will be writting a letter in ref6to this rep a d our 1st time experience on Air Baltic operated for SWISS when I return.

Because you didn't have the tarmac clear and then had to unboard a plane I missed my connecting flight to CLE. Cost me a day ... a 30 dollar hotel hamburger ... then the next day THAT flight was an hour late to arrive ...

We were delayed from 8am until 5pm. Was not given food vouchers,just left sitting in waiting area.

We were seated in Business class. The seats must have been original to the A319 from 1995! The seat back had ZERO padding/cushion! It felt like I was leaning against a plywood wall (in reality, it was probably some composite material that was as hard as plywood. ) but very uncomfortable.

Flight got delayed But satisfied with the pricing of tickets

Flight operated by PAL. We boarded, and one engine started. The crew found some problem that could not be fixed. The flight was canceled. This run from yhz-bos is very unreliable.

Other than flights being cancelled and 3.5 hours late causing missed connections it was ok.

My ticket did not exist when I got to the airport. I had to book another flight and was still charged by Kayak

I would like to review the next flight from Toronto to Fort Myers as it was a disaster!!

Seats too small and too cramped, I have stomach cancer and I threw up after the flight . No advance boarding for disabled people. No aisle seats available for disabled people who have to use the washroom frequently. No space for cabin baggage for disabled people who have to carry bulky medications or equipment to use on the flight. Baggage rules and fees are ridiculous. I have been an aeroplan member for 30 years and I fly frequently, but from now on I will choose offshore carriers. .
