A thoroughly enjoyable experience in business class, which we “won” in the airlines lottery In exchange for a relatively small deposit. The breakfast served at the beginning of this three hour flight was absolutely phenomenal. I would be tempted to fly Aegean airlines on a transatlantic flight in light of this experience.
Was grateful that this flight was held for us as we were late from our prior flight.
Our connecting flight from Barcelona to Athens was late and it appeared that we would not make the connectimg flight to Telaviv. The plane ended up waiting and we made the connection. The airline redeemed itself.
Lovely experience with Aegean. The crew felt with some extremely rude customers with professionalism and poise. The flight went off without a hitch and even landed early!
When a flight has a delay of about an hour it is customary to announce the passengers

I liked bumping up to Business for less than full price. Also the option to choose your own meal online. In retrospect I would have gone with the standard meal option, but c'st la vie. Overall pretty standard flight, got good views of Greece as the sun rose. That's about it.
It was a short flight (2hours) so the tiny, tiny seats were somewhat tolerable. People with long legs had their knees up to the chair in front of them, quite uncomfortable. I was pleasantly surprised they served a small meal which was quite good. Staff were all great.
Boarding in BCN was really poorly managed. No communication from airline staff and no signs as to what groups line up where. It was just guessing. There were delays that were also not communicated so everybody was standing in line for almost an hour.
they were good. they coordinated pick up of luaggage at final destination. The had text updates on phone with gate/dep.time etc.
Not so good. I paid for a preference economic seat, and I couldn’t incline it back because it was blocked. They explained me that because is the last before emergency exit. The company new that but it was not explained in the seat selection
It was on time. Snacks could have been provided for free.
Tirana was crazy check in and getting bussed to another gate. Both Germany stops were intensive customs but organized, but that wasn't the airlines problem. The crews were fabulous on the planes. The announcements were not easy to understand in English, slurred speech. Customs inthe US were fast. We waited for luggage, three later arriving planes had their luggage and left before us
Business class old style from 10 years ago. Ok for short flights but nor for 12 hours journey. The passenger near the window have to jump over the passenger seat aisle side or wake him up to upright the seat. That’s not the business class that you expect on long night flight. Seats are not so confortable. And believe it or not no wifi!
We have travelled on 13 December with Austrian Airlines from Yangon through Bangkok and Vienna to Varna. The first flight operated by Thai Airlines was nice and comfortable. I wouldn’t say the same thing about the next two flights which were operated directly by the Austrian Airlines. During our flight from Bangkok to Vienna: > The service was very poor – serving of food and drinks was disorganized, late and not combined, the stewards were walking back and forth without doing anything substantial for the passengers. Even the morning breakfast was very late with a cup of coffee almost while landing (after a reminding). > The food itself was OK-ish but for a 12-hour flight, there were no snacks/bites in between dinner and breakfast as it is with the other airlines. > The cutlery was wooden, most probably recycling, but very unpleasant to eat with. > The stewards were not rude but not friendly and/or helpful > And also, half of the passengers had travel sets, others did not. The flight from Vienna to Varna was another surprise: firstly, the flight was late and secondly, they were serving only water free, even the coffee was paid, so were the snacks, but we had to pay to reserve seats. The whole experience is as if it was a low-cost airline. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend using the services of Austrian Airlines: the ticket prizes are quite the same as of the other carriers flying to this destination and you would have much pleasant time.

Business class is not worth it. Not comfortable and old plane with no privacy or enough space unless you on the single seats
We didn’t fly into Neuark , because it departed without us . We ran to a closed gate , and no staff to assist, then to a customer service center that was also closed, then briskly walked (20mins) to another customer center and got a ticket , waited 2 hours , got a flight to JFK instead, because of the time delay we Ran to catch our train home , and again our luggage arrived 3 days later delivery time at 3:45 in the MORNING!!!! Crazy!!!!!! Took a few days to shake off this disappointment of your service. You’re an embarrassment to customer service .
A bellow average experience. A delayed flight , no staff to assist , running and panic to connecting flight , 2 hour wait for customer service. No luggage when we arrived , luggage delivered 3 days after at 3:45 AM !!!! Much stress and anxiety from this experience. Please repair your Brand .
My luggage was lost and I did not receive any compensation
They delayed my flight from Toronto Pearson for one hour and Frankfurt to Abuja for 2HRS, So sad
The aircraft was old, there was no charging sockets, and the seats were narrow and uncomfortable even though I had exit row premium seats.
On board Entertainment and crew services were absolutely trash! Neither me, nor any of my 40 family/friends members are flying Lufthansa again!
The service was really good. The breakfast food could’ve been better as I don’t eat sweets for breakfast and the only choice was a muffin. Overall, good experience though. Thank you.
The flight was delayed and I was stressing the whole time about whether I would make my next flight.
SAL to FRA - Original flight was cancelled less than 10 hours before scheduled. Did receive lodging at no cost for 1 night. Coordination between Lufstansa and hotel was very poor and we had to pay for a meal we thought was to be paid for. Traveling from SAT to Denver coordination between Lufstansa and United was very poor and we paid double for our check-in baggage. We are hoping to that refunded. We wish other airlines would fly to Salzburg as we plan to visit more often.
The flight crew did a good job, the main problem I had was in the layout of the pod itself. I know it does not matter but the connection for the head phones was not A- easy to find, B- very difficult to do based on the placement ( behind the right shoulder, very hard to reach, the type of plug on the frame vs the actual plug of the headphones), C due to the location and the way it connected, it did not allow me to use my own headphones, D- very low quality and very uncomfortable headphones, E- Surprisingly, very old selections of movies, for me, at least. I will still fly with Lufthansa as you deliver a very good product overall and I enjoy the quality of service, the ease and the prices. Thank you.

This flight went smoothly and the economy plus free upgrade worked very well.
I’m not a happy customer. Lufthansa cancelled my flight 3 times, and I had to rebook a flight to Larnaca, but a flight to Tel Aviv and pay for a hotel. Then the flight back was cancelled and now I have to find my own way back. Terrible.
Boarding was efficient. Flight left on time. Wasn’t full so we could spread out a bit. Food was ok.
Experience was good. Could have been better if we didn’t have to board an hour before the flight to ghana and miss relaxing time in the lounge. That process was very stressful
Seating is tight if you don’t upgrade. Food was decent. Boarding and unboarding was efficient. Smooth flight. Could make upgrades more affordable
the boarding was a disaster, the departure was late, we missed the connection flight and we were told they don't care, after a few trips between support and personnel on the ground
The crew were professional and friendly. It was the most uncomfortable international flight I've ever flown. Crammed in passengers. No overhead space to put my bag. No leg room and unable to recline seat due to seats too close together so it upset passenger behind me! Upgrade price to get 2 inches of more space unreasonable.

Expected a lot better service paying for a business class seat. Seemed to be short on staff and did not get the service I expected.
The A350 is a great plane but BA's seating was incredibly tight (eg compared to the same plane as flown by BA's partner Finnair) and with a middle seat it was very claustrophobic
Great job notifying of 30 minute delay in departure. Fabulous job making up for the time and arriving as scheduled. Air travel is just no fun anymore with the extreme overcrowding, and someone needs to come up with an innovative plan for loading and unloading passengers (load all window seats first, middle seats second, aisle seats last?). Great job getting the luggage on the carousel in record time!
