Pros: I was rerouted through Detroit after it was apparent I would miss my connecting flight. The flight was good and I have no complaints.

Cons: lack of carry on luggage space. very tight. gate agents did not care about the customers. I had to stick my bag under the seat and only half would fit so my feet did not fit with my bag. it was a back pack. I do not prefer checking luggage since I've had so many bad experiences.

Pros: Wifi Decent snack More then 1 drink in plastic cup. How about full can TV working

Pros: Maybe not Westjets fault but one of the affiliated companies. Loading up for Cranbrook, I could over hear the baggage loaders day, “we’re overweight”. Next thing you know, 4 people are short their luggage at the final destination. Takes one day out of my vacation.

Cons: Biggest issue the start very lax re security, 2 people never wore their seatbelts at any time, take off and landing. They hardly checked anything.

Cons: Weather delayed the flight by around 4 hours. Crew at the airport were clearly stressed and took it out on stressed passengers. You had to ask for everything rather than the crew proactively doing things to make people comfortable (regular updates, food vouchers, going around making sure people are comfortable). Captain on plane was good. Crew on plane was ok, more socializaing with each other rather than being proactively helpful.

Pros: air canada quickly changed me to another flight when mine was delayed but I had to ask for that, they did not offer.

Cons: delay was long and I wasn't offered a switch to another flight. had to ask myself for it.

Cons: It’s a crowded plane with tiny seats. The passengers in my row who had not been able to bathe did not make the 5 hours go by quickly.

Pros: There was a short delay but it was done professionally and I got a notice about it. I had nice people seating next to me and the craw was ok.

Cons: It was upsetting that they didn’t have earbuds/headphones as my iPhone headphones can’t connect to the TV so I had to watch a movie without sound. You should have extras. I also wish they had a banana for us, it’s better than pretzels. And cheep and healthy.

Cons: American Arline’s gave us a meal voucher and hotel stay. Left be t day. Not happy.

You had to ask for everything rather than the crew proactively doing things to make people comfortable (regular updates, food vouchers, going around making sure people are comfortable). Captain on plane was good. Crew on plane was ok, more socializaing with each other rather than being proactively helpful.

Pros: Flight attendants are among the most professional and refined I’ve come across traveling anywhere in North America. It’s a pleasure flying with them.
