Replacement aircraft, no food no entertainment.

This flight was even more crowded that Singapore to Taipei, an extra row of seats and an additional 4th seat in the middle made it extremely crowded. No leg room, no width for room. Terribly uncomfortable flight. The food was disgusting. We will never fly EVA Air again.

Premium Economy seats were more comfortable than other airlines I have recently been on. Great staff. Food was unremarkable.

This flight was long and I am so thankful I had a seat in the back of the plane. As I usually must get up and stretch every hour . The crew were probably the most friendly I have flown with. Thanks and I will book again with Eva air. Food was ok too.
