This airline is never a disappointment. Always on time. Short haul from YLW to YYZ , best way to travel.

Boarding was fine, and flight was on time. During the flight however, you aren't even offered a drink of water. The carts never leave the galleys. All the attendants said the whole time is take your headphones off and buckle your seatbelt. For the price I wouldn't expect 5 star service, but maybe a drink would have been acceptable

Nothing needs to change as it is such a short flight.

The employees at the counter when we first arrived were very helpful and kind. The flight attendants were are very pleasant and helpful. I appreciated we departed on time.

Pros: "Price was the best over competitors. Many dates available. Staff are friendly and service oriented. Coffee is so good. Food is great. Flight was on time."
Cons: "I booked online and then had to rebook - by calling the call centre. Be good to have the ability to change flights online as well. Call centre staff was good - except I assumed she’d book us sitting in the same seats as I had originally chosen (which were available - as I checked online)."
Pros: "Service was good, frequent drinks and snacks, nice little deli platter was unexpected and very delicious!"
Pros: "You constantly got food and drinks served, a big contrast to the other airlines who don't even serve complimentary food on 5 hour trips. We didn't expect to get food on this 2 hour flight so we had breakfast beforehand. We were pleasantly surprised!"
Pros: "Friendly staff. Provided sandwich and cookie during flight."
Cons: "Minor item: Didn't provide hav charger in seats but for short flights not a big issue"
Pros: "From the coffee and cookies while waiting to board to the freshly baked items given while receiving food service, this is great customer service. Not to mention the competitively priced airfare and not having to pay an extra fee for checked bags, this airline can't be beat. I would definitely fly it again and suggest it to anyone if they're looking to fly in northern Canada."
Pros: "Great staff, service, price."
Cons: "Only negative was the flight left 10-15 minutes late. Not sure if it was their fault or air control. Would definitely book with them again though."
Pros: "All westjet workers are amazing. Starting from the people at the front desk, the crews on the plan and the people that give direction."
Pros: "Flight was excellent. Crew was very courteous and very friendly."
Cons: "The only thing I wish I had more was more other options for fluid besides water."
Pros: "Kayak is great for finding the right flights that fit my travel schedule. WestJet staff are very friendly and are very helpful getting you on board the plane."
Cons: "The WestJet BASIC fare restrictions are very anti-customer centric. I know the fare is about price only. However, prior to the change the airfares were the same, but the restrictions, like missed flights were less penalizing. This fare structure is a WestJet - Win; Customer - Lose."
Pros: "I booked Cathay pacific but they changed to China Southern without any notification."
Pros: "Smooth trip."
Cons: "No one would get a wheelchair to get to cart that was on different floor. Driver didn't volunteer to carry bags to cart."
Cons: "Stewardesses were very unfriendly. Biscuit and water? Your pulling out of sudbury but we as paying customers still deserve to be treated better. Plane was clean and flight on time."
Pros: "Pretzels, Biscott cookies still passed out along w free beverages. Free Entertainment on westjet wifi good too!!"
Pros: "Direct flight good sale price"
Cons: "Westjet connect doesn't work well. Plane very full and stuffy. Return flight delayed 1 hour"
Pros: "The manager who finally helped me was friendly and listened the entire time even when I was angry. She was concerned and helped me the best she could. The stewards are always friendly"
Cons: "There was only one agent on to check tickets. I was in line for 45 minutes and when I got to her, she just said over and over, there is nothing I can do, your flight time was just cut off. I would have to wait until the flight the next day. Even though I had no bags and there was still 35 minutes before take off. I also told her I knew I would be late and so spoke to someone from Westjet he night before. She smiled like I was lying to her. Lines should not be so black and white. If she would have just processed my ticket I would have had 35 minutes to get to my gate instead of 10. When you are flying with half full planes there should really be better ways to manage customer service."
Pros: "Left on time, arrived early, uneventful which for a plane ride is great"
Cons: "Nothing really, plane was smaller than expected with limited overhead space but everything was able to fit in the bin"

Flight was good and staff was efficient and friendly. Being a discount airline, they charge for carry on, food and beverages. I did not partake, but your survey doesn't have a n/a button. My only thing was that it felt like I was sitting on a cement block. My behind was sore after a couple of hours. I was not able to check in on line, so very thankful that the linecat the airport moved quickly. I think I will use Swoop in future if I just need to get somewhere and don't need to bring carry on bags.

Bring your own water, do not expect and comfort on the plan, and over priced gross processed food. Drinks were could (paid for) and saw we needed to bring our own water for a 5 hour flight. Kinda shitty you have to pay for carry on- same price and stowaway luggage. The luggage cost more than 2 round trips from Toronto to Victoria bc. Shocked at that

Airline did Not inform us is further delays to an already cancelled flight. Big chaos prior to boarding.

I would take swoop for a 1, maybe 2 hour flight MAX. Every thing is an up charge, even water. The seats don’t recline so it makes it very tough sitting in that small space. The crew was amazing though, they went above and beyond to try and make the experience comfortable. Also, we were delayed a total of 4 times - 5 hours.

I've flown with swoop a few times and always had a good experience. The crew are pleasant and helpful. Thanks

It’s a no frills airline, professional and gets the job done well.

Nothing at all. The flight attendants couldn’t care less about the passengers. Overheard 2 complaint about being “too tired to bother or care about anything”. Complaining about working 2 jobs and was even too tired to care about returning a lost pair of glasses that they just threw away. Never flying this crappy airline again.

Really nice flight barring a one hour delay, which was already informed. Staff at abbottsford check in counter was very friendly and helpful. Her name was Robin.

Lack of staff Airplane (even with upgraded seats) was not comfortable Boarding took extremely long, no system in place Inconsistent messaging on reason for delay

I sat near a man who continually took his mask off. He was told to put it on 3 different times. He would say “ oh sorry” then remove it as soon as they walked away. By the end of the flight they had given up and they all walked by him “maskless” and didn’t say anything. He coughed and sneezed throughout the flight

Love Canadians, but flight delayed 90min due to crew rest requirements. I get it, but… Also I’m 6’0” and the legroom / seat to seat distance is really starting to creep me out. Knees constantly against the seat in front and as soon as they lean back; woah, right in your face. Also Air Canada didn’t transfer my son’s skis on his Toronto connection; so that soured my day too.

The flight was late leaving by a half hour. Other than that it was excellent

I didn't get to take this flight due to delays and missed flight

Atleast along with water or juice they should give some snacks.

Flight on an 80 passenger plane was overbooked by 10 people. Next and last flight also overbooked, so that I had to overnight in Seattle and catch a flight the following day. Although my ticket had been purchased from Air Canada, it had been purchased by a third party, so the airline refused to pay for my overnight hotel. The gate agent was polite and did her best to get me on, but she could not do the impossible.

Pros: "Extremely late-no specific reason-AC lounge closed at 9 so we were asked to leave-boarding area was so packed no where to sit so sat on “rails”. After 3 hrs delay u expect something like some peanuts to compensate-but no-they are as bad as any other NA airline if not worse-awful service, all they wanted cared after giving some soda or water is to Collect the garbage-plane was not cleaned properly. Dirty paper and cups in pockets. Wish i did not have to fly AC"
Cons: "Everything"
Pros: "It was a small twin prop so there was only one cabin crew, but she was really pleasant."
Cons: "Instead of just staying on the plane we were required to deplane and take all of our luggage and haul it all through a long winding ramp and hallway into the airport. As soon as we got there, they said it was boarding immediately and we had to turn around and haul it all right back."
Pros: "There is no built in entertainment system. Download the app on your phone to be able to watch movies in flight."
Cons: "Not much room in economy class."
Cons: "Giving your guest a cup of coffee is basic. To tell guest to get her own is a no no. Better training??"
Cons: "Flight left two hours late and provided difficulty in Toronto"

Lots of leg room in the front rows. Wish water was free.

I don't like anything. The crew was so bad. Misbehaved badly. The worst flight.

Long wait for baggage check in with only one on site attendant.

The worst airlines I have seen in my life they don’t respect anyone they don’t care about anyone they lost our luggage and no one is responding. We waited for five hours to get our luggage back.🤬🤬🤬👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Great staff. Cramped seating for someone 5 feet, 2 inches and average weight. So if you're tall or heavy -- good luck. Even if you wait until the 24 hour checkin time, you still charge for seating. Really? So either it is a less-than-pleasant experience or pay the price of a "big name" airline. And if I'm going to pay their prices, why would I fly in your cramped seat? So, in the end, you want to give less comfort for the same prices as Air Canada. Go figure.

The airplane smokes and they think it's normal.... this is sign of deterioration

Flair aircraft smokes before takeoff... and this seem normal to air hostess..... smoking aircraft is not a good sign of safety

Flair’s customer service isn’t helpful at all and their refund is a scam

Everything was great. Got out 5 minutes early and had a nap on the overnight flight.

Wifi was down on this flight but I had a movie downloaded.
