Pros: That it was cheap when we booked it online.

Cons: Apparently it wasn’t that cheap of a flight after all. We had to pay for our luggage instead of a carry on. And the plane was empty not full with passengers. That to us was a ripoff. Don’t Deceive passengers to fly cheap with you when you’ll make them pay you for carry on when it’s not needed.

Pros: Of the five planes we were on, all but one had comfortable seating (I'm 6'1" tall)

Cons: The lady helping us through the Toronto airport between flights made my wife cry. We had to stop to go to the restroom on the way to our gate, and the lady complained when I waited to go in after my wife came out. I told her I was going to do that, but she was apparently pre-occupied when I told her, because she was looking right at me when I said it. I then told her that I had let her know that was my plan, but she denied it, then told my wife she was just one of a hundred people. This left my wife in tears. This was a stain on an otherwise good flying experience, but it' tarnished the whole.

Good 6.0

Pros: The customer service phone number was impossible to get through on in order to take to someone within 24 hours of my flight in order to make my Special Meals request as I have Celiac's Disease. I was unable to make this selection at booking as when you book through a third party like Expedia, which I did, you cannot access the same internal tools required to make that selection. You can ONLY then call once you have checked in before the flight in order to let the airline know of your Special Meal needs. This is not only a terrible policy as it undercuts those who ARE ultimately still buying tickets to their airline, and that the airline is CHOOSING to sell. It provided me with an extremely subpar experience of the airline but left up to the last minute with doubts about my ability to board a 13 he international flight without the reassurance that I would have ANY meals aboard and no other options should that be the case. Right before my flight departed I was reassured that the information we had requested Expedia relay to the airline internally the day before, who we called when we couldn't get through to the airline, WAS able to convey this Special Meal request and I was going to have food on the flight, so I then did not purchase a bunch of snacks in the airport to have as options. The first meal in, no Special Meal was provided and I had to explain then entire situation all over again. They assured me they would figure it out and get me taken care of. However, no one who assisted me conveyed this to anyone else on the flight and every time food was dispersed, same situation. This was stressful and exhausting and the options provided me were modified to be gluten free, such as an entire plate of fruit for my snack, instead of the protein heavy snack everyone else received, because there truly wasn't extra for that type of dietary restriction. This was stressful and I was very hungry on the flight. One of the attendants got me a few chunks of cheese from first class, but otherwise, it wasn't great. I would advise travelers with Special Meal requests NOT to fly with AirCanada.

Pros: Extremely late-no specific reason-AC lounge closed at 9 so we were asked to leave-boarding area was so packed no where to sit so sat on “rails”. After 3 hrs delay u expect something like some peanuts to compensate-but no-they are as bad as any other NA airline if not worse-awful service, all they wanted cared after giving some soda or water is to Collect the garbage-plane was not cleaned properly. Dirty paper and cups in pockets. Wish i did not have to fly AC

Cons: Everything

Pros: Flight staff is pretty good. People on the phone are generally good, as long as you don't mind waiting and hour, or two - three for a callback.

Cons: Direct flight was delayed 3 hours and then two more times for a few hours and eventually cancelled from Toronto to Charlottetown due to flight staff (flight attendant called in sick so they cancelled the entire flight). So I was rebooked from my direct flight onto a connection the following evening in Montreal (which was expecting a winter storm). This was at 2 am so no more staff at the airport to even speak to. Had to call and ask for a call back which came at 4 am. The next day I got to the airport at 2 pm for my 5 pm flight to Montreal. It got delayed so I called air Canada and they booked me on an earlier flight. However it was too early and staff at the airport couldn't check me in as it was less than 45 minutes (facepalm). I was put on a later flight and got to Montreal okay. In Montreal my flight was delayed multiple times. Finally got on the plane but the ground staff was not around to get the place ready, pushed back, refused, etc. Waited 35 minutes on the plane before going to de-ice. Flight got 75% of the way to Charlottetown (almost over Moncton). It was a very turbulent flight. The pilot notified us we couldn't lanf in Charlottetown and were being diverted back to Montreal. So back to Montreal we went. On arriving back at Montreal we were notified to the flight attendants and again by the pilot that there would be people there go help us with rebooking. I still don't understand why they couldn't just get a new crew and fly us all back soemtime that day instead of having to all rebook, etc. This was at 1:30 AM. There was nobody waiting for us at the airport. I was automatically rebooked on a flight to Halifax that night and a morning flight go Charlottetown meaning I would have to stay another night and miss a second day of work. So, waiting in lineups until 4:30-5 AM in order to rebook a better flight back to Charlottetown. By this time I decided after spending much of the last 20 hours in airports or on a plane, that I would boom Moncton and just get a bus or drive home. Which I did, I booked Montreal to Moncton for 11 AM, paid for a bus and took that to Charlottetown. I arrived in Charlottetown at 5 PM Wednesday evening after "leaving toronto" at 11 PM Monday. Two cancelled flights, multiple delays, 5-6 rebooking, missed two days work, and lost a lot of sleep. No help from air Canada but hopefully they will cover the hotel for the first night as it was flight staff that caused the cancellation. All in all, if that attendant wasn't sick, or if air Canada had better solutions to this type of issue, I would have been home much earlier and with less stress. It really isn't fun being in an airport that long not knowing what is happening and how to get home.

Pros: Just the crews

Cons: I feel the options when the flights didn’t work out could be much better and the managers could be more helpful with finding accommodations. For example my flight was canceled the young lady behind the counter was more helpful than the manager when exploring options to get me on my way to Sudbury in which I had to catch the bus which was fine but to get to that conclusion took forever they provided a ride to the station and thats it

Prices are per person, are for e–tickets and include all taxes & fees in CAD.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.

If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us,
please send us an and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
