Overall great. The crews were lovely. The seats are awful. I always emerge with a back ache.

I had boarding pass on my phone. Husband and I were seated together. Agent printed out boarding passes and we were separated for the flight

My outbound trip on Air Canada was cancelled due to the strike. I had to cancel my return flight after booking with other carriers.

Air Canada decided to go on strike less then 24 hours before our travel and we had to cancel finding flights elsewhere.

Flight was not affected by the Air Canada strike. Complimentary beer and wine offered on flight.

Just the stress of possible cancellations on flights from Air Canada, but all went as planned and everything was perfect! Thank you

The flight was cancelled, which led me to cancel my entire trip

Terrible, it’s a mess with the strike. Couldn’t do the Smithers flight because my flight to Vanvouver was cancelled and there is no customer service help to get refund or help
