This airline is never a disappointment. Always on time. Short haul from YLW to YYZ , best way to travel.

Boarding was fine, and flight was on time. During the flight however, you aren't even offered a drink of water. The carts never leave the galleys. All the attendants said the whole time is take your headphones off and buckle your seatbelt. For the price I wouldn't expect 5 star service, but maybe a drink would have been acceptable
Nothing needs to change as it is such a short flight.
The employees at the counter when we first arrived were very helpful and kind. The flight attendants were are very pleasant and helpful. I appreciated we departed on time.
We wanted to secure seating for this flight back while we were in Toronto to get better seats but we were told we couldn’t do that till at least 24hrs before departure when we tried to do that all the seats were gone and we were lucky to get two seats together over the wing very unhappy and squished in we asked ticket agent at front counter and he told us there was nothing he could do for us not good 🥲
I think I was nickel and dime how can people travel without a suit case you have to pay for your suit case extra and also Pay extra for your seat I don't understand.
I was thrilled to have a row of seats to myself for the journey. It would be great if there was plenty of elbow room on each flight, but that's not going to happen in economy. It would have been nice if passengers were given a small bag of pretzels or some other small snack. It seems airlines are doing away with this as well. I want to say, the crew was outstanding and very professional.
The flight was delayed because the entertainement system didn't work Legroom is terrible, overcrowded plane
What could been better : 1-we were stuck in Washington airport for one hour in the airplane, waiting to be taxied to a gate and I lost my granddaughter graduation ceremony:( 2-Airplane had 2 washrooms for all the economic passengers and one washroom for 6 passengers in first class and when I asked may I use the washroom in-front, the hostess answered very rudely to me no, even though I was seating in the second row behind the first class and paid $68 us, for my seat, and the lineup in economy class washrooms was until middle of the airplane.
First off not enough time between connections for a 76-year-old man to travel so much distance between terminals, customs, and constant security checks. Second, I could not choose my seat on the United flight you partnered with, so I was stuck between 2 rather large people like a sardine in a can Third, I was subjected to commercials for various co-sponsored products through the blaring speakers that are quite shrill
Flight cancelled after 1 hour delay No explanation Auto Rebooked to a flight the next day
All around an impressively bad experience. Canceled flights, delayed flights, unhelpful staff. An absolutely poor experience that I would think any company would be ashamed of. Canceled my original flight, rebooked on a flight that would miss the connection. Refused to book me on other available flights. Got into location late, location was under staffed. Couldn't find my bag for the overnight I was then forced to do. Would avoid at all costs flying again.
