10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place far exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was eggseptional honestly every meal I had was exceptional. But, the best part was that the owners were so accommodating which made me feel so welcome and traveling alone I really needed that extra special care. They knew my name when I got there and made sure I had everything I needed. The place is fit for royalty. I wish I could have stayed forever. The owners also recommended several activities one of which was a visit to the long ago people’s place that again like this resort was not to be missed. I’ll be coming back with my friends and family.
Cons: I couldn’t stay forever.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Extremely impressive cabin with huge windows overlooking the countryside. Warm welcome, nice dinner, good breakfast. Very clean. Parking place. All was perfect.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything from staff to facilities were amazing. The northern lights with the yummy tea and hot cocoa was wonderful.
Cons: Breakfast was really good but small portions.. would have enjoyed more yogurt and fruits
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful staff, beautiful view, restful night sleep and a delicious breakfast! What more could we ask!?
Cons: Can't think of anything to improve upon.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice plush bedding and good pillows. Loved the tile floor. Wifi worked better than at other Yukon locations.
Cons: Guest rooms in most lodgings in Canada have a desk or else chairs at a higher table and our room had neither. Would have made our lovely chalet a bit more functional.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful and well maintained grounds. Warm welcome. Delicious waffles at breakfast. Owners very helpful when we had car trouble.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a superb retreat. It is off the Alaska Highway about 15 -20 minutes south of Whitehorse. The property is beautiful and the cabins are built to optimize the enjoyment of the environment. The owners and staff are incredibly nice, welcoming, genuinely interested in interacting with their guests as well as being helpful and always available. The breakfasts are delightful and always accompanied by conversation. Dinner is by request and individually prepared - excellent. Renate, Wolfgang, Kate and her husband(the cook) have created a wonderful, relaxing, quiet, beautiful, friendly retreat in the woods. It is a gem you should not miss if you are in the area. There is also a sauna, hot tub and exercise area, but we did not use it.
Cons: The cabins are somewhat small, but are comfortable, wonderful views - as about half the walls are glass to enhance the views - particularly of the Northern Lights in fall and winter. We were there in June, but enjoyed the local scenery regardless - especially looking for wildlife to pass by - unfortunately NONE did.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The panoramic window view and the friendly staff.
Cons: The mattress was a bit uncomfortable (sagged a little) and the shower didn’t have much water pressure, but these were small things compared to the overall quality of the lodging.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The owners were very welcoming. The scenery in the glass chalet was spectacular and the room was beautiful and very clean.
Hidden Valley Bed & Breakfast - Whitehorse - Bedroom

Overview Reviews
The Ivory Room has a comfortable queen-size bed, small table and chair, large closet and antique fixtures in the room. This room has a maximum occupancy of two. The private ensuite bathroom has heated towel racks and a walk-in shower, as well as linens, shampoo, body wash and a hair dryer.Hidden Valley Bed and Breakfast is the largest privately held parcel of land within the Whitehorse city limits. Our luxury B&B accommodation is only 20 minutes (19 kilometres or 12 miles) from the heart of downtown Whitehorse, Yukon and 15 minutes from the airport. We have four guest rooms that are all non-smoking. Guests may use the whole main floor of the house, as well as the outdoor spaces. This includes the kitchen, laundry, all shared living spaces, the decks, courtyards, BBQ and hot tub! We are known for our delicious complimentary breakfasts but if you have to check out really early we offer a special “Early Checkout Breakfast” to go. We cater to people travelling with their horses and/or pets. We also have motorcycle-friendly amenities. Guests often enjoy the breathtaking light display of the Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights) from our deck.
5.4 Okay
Pros: We appreciated the peaceful, quiet and woodsy surroundings of this establishment, outside of Whitehorse but an easy short drive away. Coffee is average but breakfasts mostly good and always include fresh fruit. The attention to my daughter’s food allergies was also appreciated. The home/ public areas are comfortable and adorned with an abundance of art. Nice, unpretentious garden area. The hostess ( Joannie) is a friendly, hard-working asset to the inn.
Cons: Very disappointed with the poor quality of sleep during our stay... Had asked for a QUIET room with private washroom, of which there are two, one of which was far more private, spacious and better situated away from “guest traffic” -which is precisely what I had requested (due to my severe insomnia) when I booked some 6 months prior(!) and would have appreciated given the length of our stay (versus most of their guests)- whereas we were disappointingly stuck for 5 nights in a shoebox of a room within constant earshot of the neighbouring bedrooms and detached washrooms shutting of doors, at all hours of the night and early morning. (I would strongly suggest that the owner remind guests of basic b&b etiquette by being more mindful of their neighbours and respect their right to peace and quiet upstairs between 10pm and 9am). Lastly, the double bed/mattress were also of poor comfort for two people. In short, not recommended for a proper night’s sleep.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They accommodated our dietary needs beautifully...
Cons: The omelette the second day was not too tasty HOWEVER our host, Joanne mentioned she was later than usual at starting her day...
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room with a private bath. Wonderful breakfast.
Cons: The practice of asking for a tip to be added to the price of the stay seemed very odd.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Remote and cozy. Food was well thought up and the view was great.
Cons: Slippery when wet. Really nothing wrong with the property.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property: the gardens were gorgeous, the house is beautiful, and the room (the blue room) was on the small side, but charming and comfortable for me and my sister. Breakfast was exceptional. My only "complaint" is that it's a little far from the center of town. On the other hand, it was peaceful and had lovely grounds. A tradeoff I would happily make again the next time I'm in Whitehorse. Would absolutely stay here again!
7.5 Good
Pros: The breakfast was good and the location was beautiful but you needed a car to get around.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Nice view of the surrounding landscape
Cons: Outdated and cluttered. Bed linens were well used and worn. Our “private” bathroom was out in the hallway. Breakfast was just okay. Very overpriced!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful ground, gorgeous home.
Cons: It was a little far from town.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was was awesome. Staff were l aid back. Typical French place with Victorian accommodations.
Cons: Nothing, other than twin bed, but still comfortable. Other rooms, had queen bed, or more! Each room has own bathroom
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast great, grounds beautiful, host very friendly.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The reviews on this place don't do it justice. Sharon is the most wonderful host - she truly is the mother of the Yukon. Her only goal for your stay is to make it as perfect as possible and she certainly achieves that with ease! Her property is just 15 minutes drive out of town and gives you a great opportunity to stay clear of the city lights and view the aurora at night. Once again, I can't say how thankful I am to Sharon for treating me and my family like one of her own. It's these authentic home stay experiences that set her B&B apart from any other accomodation in Whitehorse, and I'd gladly come back again!
Cons: Taxis in and out of town can add up but with a bit of planning and the help of locals including Sharon's favourite taxi driver, you can keep the cost low
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From our very warm welcome from our delightful host to our checkout there’s is nothing at all to fault. We have never received such generosity, hospitality, friendliness before in all our years of travelling. The location is so peaceful & the 2 bedroom cabin we had very cosy & comfortable. Our host provided everything needed to make our stay so relaxing, including delicious homebaked goodies. A wonderful welcome to the Yukon. Thankyou Sharon!
7.5 Good
Pros: The small cabin I had was comfortable for one person. The snacks in the room where pretty good, I did eat them all. Although the owner operator was out of commission her husband stood in quite well. We had a good conversation after breakfast.

Pros: Excellent host, clean and comfortable room with delicious German pancakes for breakfast.
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Sharon the owner, the breakfast and grounds. Interesting info on the Yukon.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is the best place to stay while visiting this Yukon area as it is close enough to the city but also far enough out to enjoy nature and a quiet place .Sharon and her husband are so accomodating that you feel right at home from the minute you arrive. The cabin was cozy and comfortable and the fridge always stocked with fresh home baked goods and even a plate of smoked salmon. I would highly recommend this place to stay and we will be back one day for sure!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful experience being in the nature!
Cons: We loved our stay. The owner Sharon is so friendly and generous. She prepared everything!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Sharon made me feel like I was at home! Her breakfasts were better than any hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. She made me feel safe and comfortable as a solo female traveller. The cabin was warm, and it was amazing to be somewhere nice and secluded. Incredible!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: this was our second stay on our way back to bc and we loved it. highly recommend this bed and breakfast. the owner is engaged and friendly.
6.3 Good
Cons: I did appreciate the self late check in I would suggest they set up as not pet friendly at all. I did bring my lab who is not an aggressive dog by any measure and even walking the trail she was surrounded by free ranging kennel dogs. It was not a place that any outside dogs fit in well
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner/operators of Muktuk Adventures are very kind, genuine people! Such an interesting operation they have with the dogs for sledding in winter.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was extra ordinary! Even though there are more than 100 dogs on the property, everything was sparkling clean. There was no dog hair in the room and the shared bathroom was very clean all the time. The breakfast was delicious and served on real plates. We had a little bbq every night and enjoyed being surrounded by nature.
Cons: Everything was amazing.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Nice view (not the dogs)
Cons: There was a large tour group there when I arrived so all attention was on them. I was barely greeted. Dogs EVERYWHERE. I love dogs but when they are filthy dirty and literally surrounding you, it's a bit much. Many of the sled dogs did not look i like they were in good condition. No one introduced me to the dogs and one of them growled a lot, which was a bit unsettling. The tour group took up all parking close to the house so, with an injured knee (I was wearing a HUGE brace), I had to walk with all my belongings. They prepared a feast for the tour group and even though I was the only guest lodging there, they didn't even offer for me to purchase a meal. When I asked the owner (?) about where guests usually get food, he barely looked up and mumbled about something about needing to order food at the "lodge" 24 hours in advance. I asked to use the microwave and was rudely told "when things settle down a bit" so I drove the 20 minutes back into town (they are NOT in Whitehorse) to get McDonalds. When I returned, the tour group was gone but they had friends over and they were all eating ice cream (they had a HUGE container) They didn't even offer me a bowl. There was no smoke detector in the room (had been removed) and I was not given a key to my room. I was placed in a room above the kitchen so people were talking and changing press and pans until late. At some point two people were arguing--the owner and someone. He sounded very condescending. The dogs barked and howled all night. After a sleepless night, I was permitted to use the microwave in the morning and one of the employees reached over me to get coffee. Again, didn't even offer. Zero Hospitality overall. As I was leaving, the owner was telling at one of the young girls working there and sounded like a really well. He barely wanted as I pulled away.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly and informative. The place had a homely feel to it. The dogs were wonderful, especially the puppies and the dogs off lead. The information about mushing was extremely interesting. The river was close and had a beaver lodge on it.
Cons: The mattress had some bumpy springs and the meals could have been better. ok.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The dogs on site were a charm. So pleased to have experienced living here.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing ambiance...! If you love dogs and want a true Yukon experience then then is the place for you! It's slightly outside of town but worth the drive. Cons: Location is about 2 or 3 km.off the highway.

With a stay at Historical Guest House Bed and Breakfast in Whitehorse, you'll be within a 10-minute walk of Old Log Church and MacBride Museum of Yukon History. Free self parking is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This stay was much beyond my expectation. They have everything you need to know about the B&B and the town handy. I was so welcomed by the host Bernie (and his handsome apprentice Bradley). I was somehow worried about the shared bathroom but turned out that I actually have my own bathroom but just not on the same floor of my room which was a few flights up. Would highly recommend this place if you just need a place to relax and enjoy your vacation. And do appreciate how a historical building can be preserved and restored in such a good condition, good job Bernie and wish I could have a longer stay in your place.
Cons: Can't think of one.
7.1 Good
Pros: The studio's spacious area. Kitchen ammenities.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, very comfortable, friendly, well-equipped, 111 year-old house.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Probably the best accommodation we've stayed in our travels around Yukon. We spent 3 nights in the queen room downstairs which is a lovely, comfy, spacious, well-equipped open-plan space. Everything we needed was there and everything worked fine. Pam and Bernie our hosts were friendly, welcoming and attentive, and even took us on a wee sightseeing tour en-route to the airport. A lovely quiet location but only a 5-min walk to downtown and a 10-min walk to Independent supermarket and retail /fast-food outlets. Two very good restaurants nearby, Burnt Toast and Klondike Rib & Salmon. All-in-all, superb place and hosts.
Cons: Absolutely nothing to dislike!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, super-friendly and accommodating host.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Authentic historical home. Generous hosts. Great wood heater. We were the only guests!
Cons: A flight of stairs to get to the bathroom during the night, but authentic regardless!!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Had the whole historical house to myself for most of the 10 days I was here. Wood burning stove in the livingroom made it very cozy for the cold nights! Bernie and Pam couldn't have been nicer. I was really a home away from home!
Cons: As it's an old building, it was a bit drafty. I was able to adapt with sweaters and the fireplace, so it wasn't a big deal.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was unique and quirky and just what I like. Nice location and the bed was very comfortable
Cons: The entry to the washroom was narrow and some may have an issue with that
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved my stay at Ravensong, Barbara was an excellent and helpful host, I loved my room with its jacuzzi tmub and enjoyed chilling in there whilst watching the TV. Bed was very comfortable I slept like a baby. Much nicer staying here than downtown, more peaceful but only 3km to town if you need to go. Coffee was in the fridge and everything that you could need including a fridge and microwave, would definitely stay here again.
Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very kind owner Bath+++
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautifully decorated, incredible use of space. Bed was very comfortable and my pup was happy walking in a very quiet neighborhood. Close to everything you need.
Cons: Cant complain.
7.5 Good
Cons: The home was under construction and although it didn't affect the area where we stayed it looked very disrupted. I'm sure it will be nice when the construction is finished.
7.5 Good
Pros: The actual room was cute and comfortable. The location is a nice and quiet residential area.
Cons: It was a bit awkward being woken up after 10pm to sign a credit card slip to pay for the room. This was a bit unprofessional and was not communicated to us beforehand--otherwise we would have expected it and would have known this needed to be done before we left.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was a cozy space that is comfortable for a day or two.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It is a lovely place to stay and Barbara was very nice and helpfull.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Comfy bed
Cons: The curtain on the window of the toilet kept falling down & the door of the toilet was clear glass therefore no privacy. A large spa tub takes up a lot of room in small area, so rather cramped. Not explained how to use several appliances.

Pros: It was great having our own kitchen and living space.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: - nice clean new rooms - we have been in the new building with private bathroom and it was all fine
Cons: - we were glad that we were sent to new building, the main build does not looked that nice
6.7 Good
Pros: Comfortable, new facility.
Cons: Noise. All guests do not obey quiet hours and have no basic manners. Loud noise and disturbances throughout the night and in the early morning. Really interrupted my sleep in between work stints. I lodged a complaint to the owner, but this was not resolved.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It’s always nice having a house to stay in. It was comfortable, clean and in a good location.
Cons: We travel a lot for pleasure. I also traveled a considerable amount for work before I retired. This is the first time I have ever had a cleaning person come into the room/property to clean while WE WERE STILL THERE! It was bizarre to say the least. A woman let herself in, took sheets off a bed and started some laundry. Like I said....bizarre. Plus weird and uncomfortable.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: it was all very good
Cons: nothing
7.1 Good
Cons: Very poor breakfast
7.9 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed, very clean washroom, big shared kitchen and livingroom area. A new facility.
Cons: Neighborhood noise in the middle of the night. That's about it.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Comfortable beds and overall cleanliness.
Cons: Barking dog back of hotel. No checkout instructions. Continental breakfast choices were very skinny and do it yourself. Would not stay here again.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Really nice overnight stop here - exceeded our expectations. Owner works very hard to ensure cleanliness and that visitors needs are met. Comfortable bed and good quality bedding. We enjoyed the additional facilities such as laundry and whilst we only used the fridge the guest kitchen area.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Clean and quiet
Cons: The shared bath was a little weird for me.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Vacancy at last minute
Cons: Shared bathroom etc for $140.00 per night. Not good value IMHO...
3.4 Mediocre
Cons: Very small room and no private bathrooms. All guests use the same small bathroom.

Cons: No hair dryer
7.5 Good
Pros: I liked the proximity of the hotel and that it was within walking distance from downtown and other attractions
Cons: No swimming pool
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was tastefully decorated and beds were comfortable. We had to take a kitchenette room at a higher price because they had no pet rooms. Kayak & other travel websites do not mention this nor do they mention there will be a pet deposit.
Cons: The room was generally clean but behind and under furniture there was a lot of dust. They did not give me a receipt either
5.0 Okay
Pros: Friendly staff and location good.
Cons: Carpet not clean, air conditioning didn't work, not any electrical outlets available, toilet ran constantly, tub floor sloped to center (about impossible to stand in and not safe), and drap liners worn out.
7.5 Good
Pros: Paola the receptionist was very nice and helpful and very informative about where to go for sightseeing and dinner.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location, staff, breakfast; would stay here again; great for my group of 12 people
Cons: Nothing specifically
9.6 Excellent
Pros: If you have a vehicle, the location is great and quiet. If you do not have a vehicle, you may want to stay downtown. The breakfast western omelette is huge - 6 eggs! It is also delicious. Two people can share the breakfast easily. All the meals in the restaurant were very tasty. There is a guest laundromat which is convenient. The room was normal size and very clean. We had a small kitchenette with fridge, burners, microwave and dishes which was a good addition. The airport shuttle is free and needs to be booked in advance.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff were super helpful, really nice
Cons: Slightly dated motel, a little inconvenient location (rather than being central Whitehorse)
6.3 Good
Pros: Relatively quiet. Rooms were generally clean.
Cons: If you’re walking it’s a treck to the city core. There’s not a lot around the hotel.
7.0 Good
Pros: The kitchen had all the essential items for light cooking
Cons: The reservation did not match my confirmation they said I should have been their on Wednesday. I had to show them my e mail confirmation

5.8 Okay
Pros: Location is good
Cons: Really tired and rundown place. The bar was shut due to staff shortages. There’s no lift. The air con is really loud too. No breakfast
5.4 Okay
Pros: Location.
Cons: Amount they wanted to charge was more than the price I booked through bookings.com. Night staff was miserable & didn’t even look up from his phone when we asked about our tv issue. The bathroom is old, paint peeling and very dirty. Hotel rooms are dated.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, friendly staff , comfortable room
Cons: No elevator but many stairs !
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice, large room. Accommodating staff. Good night's sleep.
Cons: A/C unit needed some help, but staff fixed and worked fine.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location, price.
Cons: We were on the 3rd floor which was nice and quiet. But the decor is dated and the bed was too soft and the foam pillows too hard. I sound like Goldilocks! There's no elevator so it wouldn't be good for anyone with mobility challenges
7.5 Good
Pros: The location is excellent and near a lot of great downtown restaurants.
Cons: Very hard to control the temperature in the room and because they allow smoking it would waft in from other rooms.
5.8 Okay

Pros: Good location
Cons: Its a basic place but does the job fine

5.4 Okay
Cons: It was a tired motel. My neighbour was outside constantly smoking pot.
7.5 Good
Cons: Often I'd go back to my room and the door would be closed but unlocked. They need a better lock on the door
7.5 Good
Pros: Very friendly and helpful receptionists.
Cons: Room a little stuffy and "tired". Overpriced -- although we do realize that the Whitehorse tourist season is short, and that local businesses have to make hay while the sun shines. Friendly receptionists made up for it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is definitely not the Ritz. It is comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The laundry facilities came in handy.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were super awesome when we checked in and were very accommodating. The beds were very comfortable.
Cons: Just a heads up, there is no air conditioning so our room was very warm. Probably not a big issue year round however it was pretty warm during our stay.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was tasty just portions a bit small
Cons: No air conditioning and it was sweltering hot and couldnt sleep
8.3 Excellent
Pros: This was the second leg of our trip and proved to be a better experience than during the first leg, one week prior. The room was air conditioned this time, and there were plenty of towels and washcloths.
7.5 Good
Pros: Staff friendly
Cons: Lack of parking and slow breakfast restaurant
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Accommodations were great. LOVED the Gold Pan Saloon. Great place with great waitresses!! Easy to walk everywhere. Will definitely be back!
5.8 Okay
Pros: Good location and helpful staff
Cons: The first room we were given didn’t have air conditioning and the second was in a part of the hotel under renovation.
7.5 Good
Cons: Somewhat noisy, could hear other guests. Expensive!
8.3 Excellent
Cons: Long delay for check in.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location is convenient, staff were helpful, good laundry and bathroom facilities.
Cons: Breakfast was adequate rather than exceptional
5.0 Okay
Cons: They could have put a shower curtain up in the bathroom. Also, pet fee was excessive at $20.00 per pet; especially when one was a non-shedding toy breed. The outside of the hotel was absolutely filthy. Granted it was spring, but, they could have swept and picked up the trash. Also, loading onto a cart is difficult as there is limited temporary space in front of the hotel and you need to park off-site.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was nice for the Yukon, but that's about all I can say.
Cons: You could easily tell when other patrons were walking passed our room. Also we had 2 dogs and we were put on the 2nd floor which was a hassle we had not encountered at other hotels.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Honestly, not much. The hotel itself is on Main Street which was nice o
Cons: So much. No included breakfast. The walls are paper thin, so I could hear every group of people walking by leaving the bar, could hear the housekeepers in the morning. The parking lot is not close to the building, did not feel safe leaving valuables

5.4 Okay
Pros: Front desk was super helpful, and great that the would keep our bags for us even after check out.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, central and courteous
Cons: N/A
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to downtown shops and restaurants
Cons: We liked it all
6.3 Good
Pros: The rooms were large & the beds were comfortable. There was a laundromat on site. The kitchenette was well setup.
Cons: The night we arrived it appeared the bathroom had not been serviced & a dirty facecloth was found between the sheets in one bed.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Location was excellent.
Cons: All the staff were wonderful with the exception of the General Manager. He and only he was smoking in the office so the entire hotel right up to the 2nd floor smelled like cigarettes and on a side note what he was doing is illegal in the Yukon as you cannot smoke in your business. Next our shower did not work properly nor did the fan in the window, and they did not have staff to fix anything and the Gm also told us that no one would be making up our room as his cleaners had all taken off. The disrespect from this GM for his staff and customers was deplorable.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean looks up dated.
Cons: They need new beds springs stick out
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was close to lots of places to eat and. Downtown area
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Place is central, restaurant next door, room had a fridge and coffee maker and microwave - always useful.
Cons: Room smelled a bit of cigarette - even if smoke free

Cons: Outdated rooms with old stained towels .
4.0 Okay
Pros: Good location. Large room. Free on-street parking.
Cons: WiFi was non-existent. Room/bathroom could have been cleaner.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Downtown was convenient for work. That’s all.
Cons: Dirty, tired, old, room cleaning not done, bathroom so gross couldn’t use it, request to clean shower...promised but not delivered. Noisy facing street. Stay away!!!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room was large and beds comfortable.
Cons: People standing outside the hotel were unkind and told us we couldn't leave our car parked there. It would be helpful to have a sign posted about parking or the desk clerk could inform visitors when they arrive.

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The staff tried to be helpful.
Cons: We had no hot water our entire stay. We were driving the Alaska Highway and had to change a flat tire in the rain. We couldn't take a hot shower, but wasn't told about this at check in.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Well located in a tourist oriented area.
Cons: Parking was a little scarce.
6.3 Good
Cons: Ran out of cribs for our toddler; breakfast buffet was a bit spartan- continental breakfast of toast and oatmeal was $15.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Great courtesy bus from the airport. Well located. Pillow better than expected.
Cons: The place was under repair. The smell was disgusting and our room was even worse. Stand alone air con had a pipe running to the window which had to be left open. The fridge had mold or an exploded coke can through the freezer. Bed side table moulding hanging of the table. Tv kept buffering and screen freezing. Gave us a tea bag but no way of getting hot water but had a coffee machine? Note showing not to use all electrical appliances at once. Shower rod needed replacing the curtain kept getting stuck. Really this hotel should be charging 50 a night not 180... absolute rip off and poor quality facilities.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Check in, luggage car, parking, elevator, heat and A\C, bed, windows, check out shuttle
4.6 Okay
Cons: condition of this hotel is old and in need of a lot of work. Prices are pretty outrageous. Breakfast could have been better.
7.5 Good
Pros: The Westmark was easy to find and the bed was comfortable. The female at the desk was very nice.
Cons: Parking was difficult to find, was terrified that my car would get broken into on side of street, and room initially smelled like dog. I also booked the hotel for the fitness center, then the treadmill didn’t work.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Westmark is conveniently located in Whitehorse and has early hours for breakfast. Nice beds and linen, carpeted room. Warning sign about running too many high power appliances.
Cons: The room on one side had a young family that were noisy though they didn't stay up too late. Also got to smell the diapers, baby powder and milk. On the other side, the man spent several minutes clearing his throat every minute. Blowing his nose in the morning sounded like he was in my room. Hair missed by cleaners in sink. Sound wise, not much different than lower priced facilities in Whitehorse.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location and promptness of staff. The restaurant service was well below standard
Cons: Room dint have half the stuff it needed. It was more like a spare room that real. No bathroom curtain , no remote for TV, lights went off Window was open all night for air conditioning because air conditioner was tripping power. Carpet had huge stairs - I could go on and on

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The price, although after seeing the hotel, I would have paid a few dollars more to stay elsewhere.
Cons: The lack of parking, long walk from parking to room to shuttle bags.
6.7 Good
Pros: Close to town, walking. Staff helpful.
Cons: Stayed there twice, first time roon was noisy and room needed reapair. Second time better as we told them room noisy, so given better room.
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: This place is not great to stay in. After my first night they had taken all my stuff out of my room and put it in the lost and found. I was not impressed with how they dealt with this. Not the cleanest hotel either.
6.3 Good
Pros: The room was clean
Cons: Rooms and hallways had a strong smell of cleaner. It was strong enough to be unpleasant.Otherwise the room was clean. It is very basic.
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: Did like anything about this place
Cons: Everything pictures and what is actually in rooms not the samr
9.6 Excellent
Cons: Walls are as thin as paper. Can hear everything below and next.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Beds comfortable.
Cons: Could improve on cleanliness. Some hooks were broken for the drapes. Windows really dirty. Noisy from inside and outside. Bathroom very old and bath stained. Shower curtain was pink at the bottom. A good wash with bleach would remove the stain.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location is very good
Cons: Hotel is in need of renovations
5.8 Okay
Pros: Room was reasonably clean.
Cons: Older building. Very loud - could hear people in other rooms and outside.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing. Should have saved the money and slept in the car.
Cons: Room is old, worn out and wasn't clean...very disgusting and to top it off has bed bugs. There was no where to plug the clock and the lights.
7.9 Good
Pros: good location, food on site if interested, easy to get to from airport and friendly staff.
Cons: definitely a fixer upper
2.8 Mediocre
Pros: This hotel has no redeeming qualities.
Cons: Our room wasn’t ready until 9:30pm. The vinyl flooring was coming up; the halls were dirty; there were black spots on the tub and shower curtain. Worst of all, the hotel is infested with bedbugs. By 2am we retreated from the premises and slept in the car. In the 4 hours we were in the room I was bitten more than 20 times. The only silver lining to the whole affair was that when I brought out an engorged bedbug I’d trapped in a coffee cup, they comp’d us the room. Avoid this hotel.
