they forgot to load our luggage onto the plane and we were without it for half of our trip to Paris. Didn’t seem to have much interest in getting it to us expeditiously.
Loved everything, especially during check in, very amazing people, they were so patient with me cos my bag was overweight. Loved their service. I’ll be using them again.
As per usual, lately, the flight was delayed. I can’t recall the last time a WestJet flight was on time.
Check in agent was good, stewardess was unfriendly and certainly did not have the care of the passengers in mind Spent the whole time on her phone
Average at best. Typical of WestJet these days. Crew far from friendly.
The flight attendants could have been mote professional, talking about other people's life choices loudly and rudely. Delay to board which seems more and more standard with westjet.
I like the leg room in the exit isle..easier to get past people and I did t have to pay extra! Westjet changed my return flight time to a night flight 2 weeks before I left and left me hanging with NO HELP to resolve all the frustration they caused since I booked thru BudgetAir. They receive the lowest of star ratings I can give (if there was negative stars I’d be using those) for customer support and an overall bad score for the rest of the experience! So sad cause they used to good :)
Not having a screaming baby in my row the whole trip would have improved the experience.
Better boarding process, but not the fault of the airline… people are dumb.
Flight was delayed a few times but that is just something that can happen. We were glad we had a long layover before our next flight.
Although check in crew at the counter was helpful, gate agents were not forthcoming with delays and eventual need for overnight stay at Toronto. No voucher was issued for the delay and promised that Toronto crew will take care of us with vouchers for hotel stay, food and transportation to md from the airport. Toronto gate agents pointed to customer service who flatly refused. I will never fly Air Canada again
Our flight was delayed 6 hours and we finally got to Montreal at 9PM, instead of Houston where we were supposed to be. Several flights we could of got on and fixed our situation were nixed as they wouldn’t put us on a plane w/o our bags, but when they finally canceled our original plan they easily located and relabeled our bags. No one seemed to care.
They were so kind and helpful and they even brought an item of mine that I forgot on the plane!!
Air Can strike caused us to have to buy another ticket. Then at the end, it was wasted monye, because strike did not happen.
I’m a creature of habit and I like to sleep while I’m in the air
I’m not a small man but a little more leg room would make a big impact
The crew was excellent, taking off and landing was great, but the seats weren't comfortable and we didn't have any good food.
Solid value in general for economy traveler's, tho the quality of the food and general presentation could do with improvement.
Due to the approaching strike I have to admit Air Canada personnel showed empathy and compassion.Thank you for an enjoyable flight
The flight was canceled. We only found out at the airport. We had to book another flight which cost us more then the whole trip booked through Kayak. Lynx took our email and was supposed to write us with an alternate flight. We never received an email. They talked about reimbursement which was to be explained in the email (which we never received).
The online system for Lynx air to pay for additional baggage is not satisfactory. I was charged 100+$ for my suitcase when I tried to explain that the online payment was not functional using the app and showed screenshots of the same. In the end I gave up and paid and went ahead.
No snacks, just water.... could have been better. The actual flight was good.
Flight delayed by 4 hours but no communication. With passengers until after the posted departure time became apparent the flight was not going to board even close to on time.
Flight was sent canceled. The absolute most useless staff I have ever witnessed. Utterly careless - literally could not care less. 100% never using this airline again.

Flight arrived late but other than that everything else okay
Great price for a new plane. Only offered water which we knew.
