Good flight. We were all boarded in good time for departure time but baggage loading had barely begun. So left late. No food just snacks and basic drinks for free (food also for purchase). No entertainment as again, unable to connect with wifi on WestJet despite being a rewards member.
Everyone was extremely friendly and nice, from the front desk to the cabin crew!
I liked absolutely NOTHING, Westjet is the worst airline in the world, they should be ashamed, they treated me like dirt, let's put it this way, I am truly pissed off. If anyone cares about my experience someone should call me so I can tell how bad my experience was, what a shame
Flight was 1.5 hours late because the groceries for the flight did not arrive on time. Plane was new but basic low end seats. Very basic airline
Nothing to like about flying in the Dash 8s. With very small seats, little legroom, and a very noisy plane, nothing about such trips is enjoyable.
Our flight experience was great! Flight staff was funny and offered great service. Made record flying time coming home from Vegas after having to wait for planes on the tarmac because of high winds
Boarding was fine, but then we were delayed a while due to some baggage issues, then de-icing.
Only thing better would have been a direct flight from Kelowna
The announcing and changing of gates to board from is very stressful to run from your current gate location to one that is a great distance away. Elderly and mobility challenged people can't get there quickly. Also didn't like using Kayak. I accidentally paid for my flight twice and they will not reimburse me. It was a technical issue that charged me twice. What business doesn't reimburse you for a mistake?
Flight delayed to start, then took 2 extra circles over Saskatoon for unexplained reasons and finally had to be pulled by a tow-truck from the runway, since apparently it was not maneuverable for the taxi...not very confidence inducing...
I n the Toronto airport I had trouble finding my zone. It was 47. I went from Zone 1 to the end of the line.didn't find it. Then saw my zone somewhat by accident over by where you first come in. Signs could be more helpful or more personnel directing people like me.
Everything was great, clean plane and washrooms. Flight was on time, excellent boarding process
Seats were comfortable, flights boarded easily, arrived early in Toronto and on time in Nassau
Short delay to Regina from Toronto. No in flight entertainment, but crew were professional in their duties
Female flight attendant was SO wonderful. Funny and entertaining g and engaging. Great flight
I think the plane that they changed at last minute could be better
Worst travel day I have ever had in 25+ years. Pulled off of two AC planes that were leaking and the third plane that was boarded had maintenance which delayed the flight for over another hour! A total of 10 hours spent at Pearson International before finally taking off! These planes were over 25 years old! Update your equipment!
When I arrived in Calgary I discovered my plane was reassigned to a more profitable route and I was left stranded in Calgary. I had to rent a car and drove 8 hours to get home at my own expense. 2 of my last 3 flights with Air Canada were cancelled and the 3rd one was delayed 2 hours. Air Canada is an unreliable airline. Choose another airline if you can!
Was kinda tight in the seats no leg room. Seats uncomfortable. Maps cpuldnt keep up Allot of ports not working. But was an amazing ezperience.
Long time for luggage to show up. I know pearson is short staffed but it was a long time.
