Either the system was not working properly and/or the troubleshooting instructions were incorrect. This was a five hour flight with no entertainment, in a cramped seat."

Cons: "Long wait to board due to people checking in on line and having to show passports at the last moment...delaying boarding for everyone else..."

Cons: "Indidn’t Like that that the flight was delayed by more than 1 hour. I really do mean t believe that it was because the pilot was late. I think that it was a way to arrive at the Regina airport when other planes arrived to save airport fees."

Pros: "Due to a baggage check-in snafu, we were very late to arrive at our gate. But we made it! And the staff were still very kind to us even though we arrived so late and they didn't know why. The flight was probably the smoothest I've ever been on, and the snack and beverage service was just fine - I loved that cookies were an option and not just pretzels. Overall, an excellent experience!"
