Don't eat dinner if you are doing the red-eye flight. Japan Airlines serves plenty of food.

HKG has a lot of great (albeit expensive) restaurants, but by 10pm, your options become just McDonald's and the noodle place next to McDonald's.

Keep an eye on your gate number because they will change it from the original. Other than that I like there service.

My only advice is don't check bags, the quicker you can get off the long flight and to your destination the better. The movie selection was awesome too, I was able to watch 9 movies on my flight over to Korea and they kept me entertained.

Give yourself enough time for connections otherwise you are late for the other line. We thought we have enough time like an hour and a half but lines are too slow.

The luggage compartments inside the flight can be full so that deposit what you could in advance and/or do not carry on more than 1 luggage.

There is a library in terminal 2 near gate D8. It has private desks and stuff. It’s like a free lounge minus the food.

The flight attendants were very helpful, efficient and courteous in helping everyone!

More tasty food particularly ethnic food. Staff didn’t respond to calls some of the time in premium economy.

It was great. It was my first time with Cathay Pacific and I really recommend.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The food was great. Lots of movies to choose from as well as tv shows. Highly recommend.

The only problem was my connecting flight to Chiang Mai on Hong Kong express that I booked through Cathay Pacific was canceled and I was never told about it. I was rescheduled on a flight 10 hours later. Very long day at rgr airport in Hing Kong after a 13 hour flight but that's OK, I understand things change but I think I should have been told. I would have prepared myself for a long wait. Great flights all around though. Thank you

Better. I took an aisle seat this time. Although the overheard compartment above the seat ahead of me kept opening up during flight.

I have a Peanut Allergy and the Steward staff were very accommodating in ensuring my safety as my allergy is life threatening. Very professional and so vested in their profession.

Everything was fine and I have no complaints or things to note.

My seat was sold off to someone else. Had to wait 9 hours to catch the next filght. Definitely will never use Cathay Pacific again. Bad, very bad airline. will comment on google reviews too.

The aircraft was slightly newer but the food was very bad. Bland and uninteresting. Nothing special at all.

Air hostesses were great. Food was good. Flat bed is not that flat or comfortable.

It was excellent service in the snow storm gives us hotel and transportation. It will be more better if u can add one more meal because it’s a long flight boring journey. If you give extra meal time passes faster and can enjoy the trip better

Early arrival. Good boarding. Deplaning this flight is very slow both coming and going. Baggage arrived quickly for Pearson

Wish the flight attendants were more attentive in serving food

More leg space than other flights, but *maybe* narrower seats

Did not provided with option for class upgrade. Staff at gate was not able and willing to accommodate with class upgrade, eather with plenty empty spots in business and first class.

Flight was delayed due to slow boarding process by etihad. Update food options and movies as well.

Liked leg room Disliked unable to book to sit with my family on same flight without paying extra

Very unfriendly team. It was very difficult to get a cup of coffee. Legroom was extremely small. Old, dilapidated plane.

Everything was great. Cabin Crew was awesome and very helpful. Thank you so much.

Food was great, I wished there was better options for movies.

Multiple delays and flight cancellations meant that I arrived five and a half hours late at my destination. There was limited communication from the airline. The airline left my checked bag at my departure city and stopped tracking it almost immediately. The airline has made no apparent effort to return my bag despite filing a report, and has provided no communication or ability to check on the status of the bag.

O’Hare is a joke of a decrepit old airport. The amount of times I’ve circled that stupid place in an airplane is ridiculous. Wait in the air for a runway, wait on the tarmac for a gate…give up on O’Hare as a hub already. It can’t handle air traffic on a warm, clear, June day

737-8 Max is an awful design. Toilets in the rear are inaccessible for most of the flight due to service carts.

I'm 6'8" (2.03m) so more legroom would alwqys be appreciated, especially on long international flights. The food choices were underwhelming.

Flight was first delayed for 1 hour, then was cancelled. Communication was poor. I ended up booking a new flight on a different carrier to return home. I heard people in my gate area on the phone with Air Canada customer service who had to inform them that the flight was cancelled and they weren't being helped because the system hadn't caught up with what was actually happening.

Other airlines offer free wifi to business class customers, Air Canada does not

Food options were ok but the actual meal was terrible. On my way back, they simply said that there was no vegetarian option; somehow they struggled to get one meal and did not give me any breakfast at all which in my opinion was terrible. Never had such an experience in the recent years.

Every flight was canceled and they didn’t care much about their passengers

Flight got delayed But satisfied with the pricing of tickets

In my first flight with Air Canada we sat in the plane for 4:00pm to 6:30pm. Finally we were asked to get off the plane and we were told the flight was cancelled after 7:00pm There was o clear explanation of what was the problem. I was booked without my permission on a Delta Flight at 7:30pm that was leaving at 8:00pm and I still had to go get my luggage(my final destination was Rome with one stop in Toronto. The luggage claim for Canada was closed so had to return to finally get it on the luggage belt.. Of course I missed the Delta flight and all the next day flights were booked. I also lost what I paid for my stay in Rome because I did nt cancel in time. A complete nightmare.

The flight was delayed 7 hours and we were given 10 euros vouchers. This is ridiculous. The crew was not nice at all, they just did their job with serving food and drinks. Did not even apologize for the delay!!!!

Paid for exit row at the back of the plane. Window seat with lots of leg space. Food was inedible (as usual). Brought my own.

Missed flight. Requested assistance for my father and he did not receive it in Paris.

Business Class was very comfortable and the food and service was top notch.

The crew was very nice. The equipment on the 747 felt old.

As expected. Would have appreciated a 3-day headsup reminder as a reassurance that all is well.

Poor food on flight between Toronto and Stockholm Airport Toronto too crowded

Business Class Configuration was excellent- private and comfortable. Crew and service were excellent. I really appreciate Air Canada cabin pressurization equal to an altitude of 8,000ft. Upon landing, I felt more alert and refreshed than typical for international flights

Hard to use tables and TV screens interfere with the enjoyment of flight experience. Other than that it was a smooth and comfortable ride and we were well taken care of.

Flight has no entertainment. Crew doesn't care atall. Horrible service and never going to take Air india and will spread their Horrible service.

What a pathetic plane it was. Entertainment system didn’t work. USB port was broken. There was a hole on top of folding serving table. Broken restrooms in the middle of flight.

The planes are dated and need upgrades. Seats are not comfortable and entertainment equipment doesn’t work

Everything from check-in, punctuality, working screens, food, service, baggage handing

The crew smile nicely when you board and exit, in between they are sullen and innattentive

The flight taking off from BOM was delayed by 3 hours - making a 15 hour journey into a 18 hour journey!

Having travelled quite a lot in my life -- Air India flight from Washington to New Delhi on November 19, 2023 - I thought was the worst ever - little did I know at that time that the flight back - from Delhi To Washington on December 6 - would be an actual NIGHTMARE for me and for about a dozen of fellow citizens from the United States who were experiencing it with me! Two of the passengers had kids: a baby and a toddler who was sick at the time, three or more elderly people of about 70 years old or more, I also remember a woman of about thirty years old who looked about 10 years older after the ordeal was closer to the end- on the flight from LONDON !!! (they sent us all to London instead of Washington!!! (The transit flight from Kathmandu - to Delhi - also by Air India- was delayed 3! times from 9,50 p.m. to 11.50 - which lead transit passengers to be late not by their fault but by the same Air India fault!!! - at after midnight at the transit counter at Delhi airport we were told there was no room in a hotel, that all we could do "call the center'' --- managers as well as clerks were at minimum rude and ignorant - finally we had nothing other to do than to leave to London at their suggestion at 7 !!! in the morning (the flight was also late for an hour) to later fly from London to Washington! If only you have the slightest choice NEVER DEAL WITH AIR INDIA even if it is the cheapest route!!!

I would love if the ground crew would be vocal about how they are boarding the aircraft. It seems chaotic.

Only crew members are good food quality is not good same types of both times and just only panir related food very bore to eat tvs are not working and nobody’s have any knowledge to fix same seat covers so dirty to sit over there

Our flight was cancelled due to technical issues. Air India staff caused each one of us to go through nightmare before finally placing us in a hotel by 2 am. I was asked to share a single room with a stranger. I insisted that I cannot share the room as I needed privacy due to my vulnerable medical situation (Heart issues, High blood pressure, High Cholesterol and Type 2 diabetics). Even after explaining my medical situation and the need for privacy, Air India instructed the hotel to charge me Rs 4000 for the room and I was forced to pay the amount at 2 am (roughly $49). Air India should refund the amount I paid for my hotel room, at the minimum. Air India didn't have any Standard Operating Procedure to do what/how/when/by whom under this situation. Mom with babies, Elderly people and people with medical condition like me were forced to wander from here to there and talk to each person right from 10pm all the way till 2am. The Air India staff didn't have PA system to give a consistent announcement, instead they were murmuring on a one-o-one basis with more than 200 passengers. It was a sight of utter mismanagement and lack of commonsense. I will not ever, I MEAN EVER TRAVEL an Air India flight even if it is free, and will not recommend Air India to anyone I care.
